• Peter (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! - Sehr gemütliches Quartier, das am Orte zu den wenigen gehört, das einen offenen überdachten Vorplatz mit freier Aussicht auf das Meer hat !! Äußerst angenehm auch die Gastgeberin, die mich mit Ihrem Auto von der Fähre abholte, mit allen guten Informationen versorgte (und mich dann den ganzen Aufenthalt über meine Ruhe genießen ließ, sehr angenehm) Leider erwies sich das WLAN als recht schwach , sodas sowohl sowohl die Verbindung mit dem Handy als auch mit dem Laptop immer wieder abbrach und neu gestartet werden musste - die Netzversorgung wie auch Wifi scheinen aber auf der ganzen Insel nicht gerade optimal zu sein …

• Marco (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Albergo situato proprio in centro, a 2 passi dalla strada principale dell'isola, con camere comode pulite e dotate di tutti i servizi. Il proprietario poi è stato di una disponibilità e gentilezza rara e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo certamente.

• Herbert (10/5): Problemlos, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett zu uns. Wir haben mit ihr unser Italienisch geübt und sie war sehr geduldig. Wir konnten auch länger im Zimmer bleiben, bis die Fähre zurück nach Palermo ablegte. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen

• Davide (9/5): Consigliamo l'hotel ad altri ospiti. - Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile: dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre cose in hotel e, più tardi, dopo essere andati al mare, abbiamo potuto usare la doccia. Ne siamo stati molto grati. Quando siamo arrivati ​​in traghetto, ci hanno prelevato in auto e ci hanno anche accompagnato al porto in auto al ritorno. • Dale (10/5): Fabulous - Wow. What a fabulous place. Lovely, spacious, well equipped apartments with loads of character. Our host Cinzia was so charming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and her homemade cakes, jams, and pastries at breakfast were divine. Great location. We could not fault Clelia Case Vista Mare and cannot wait to return. Grazie, Ci Ci ❤️

Petit déjeuner incroyable: toutes les spécialités italiennes et Siciliennes. Accueil souriant et efficace. Emplacement un peu exposé au bruit. selon l'animation ( sympathique) de l'été.

• Roberta (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico - Abbiamo prenotato una notte e ,a causa dei collegamenti sospesi per il forte vento ,siamo rimasti in questo bellissimo hotel per 3 notti. Quello che doveva essere un grosso intoppo si è invece trasformato in una bellissima vacanza ,grazie alla cortesia e all'ottimo servizio offerto dai proprietari e dalla Receptionist Rossella. Sono stati deliziosi . La location è fantastica,l'hotel è in pieno centro del paesino e ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera aveva un comodissimo letto matrimoniale ,si è dormito divinamente. La colazione ricca e abbondante ,ancora complimenti per le torte e crostate alla ricotta . Le signore del servizio colazioni sono di una gentilezza infinita . ll giorno della partenza , anche se non avevamo più la camera e dovevamo partire il pomeriggio, ci siamo goduti il mare perché ci hanno tenuto i bagagli nel loro deposito e poi abbiamo potuto fare una doccia nei bagni della hall. Servizio molto apprezzato ,come il servizio da/per l'aliscafo ,i proprietari ci hanno accolto e accompagnati personalmente con la navetta. Complimenti ancora ,speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno..e w Ustica ! Niente da dire. Tutto ottimo

• Sis (8/5): Very good - I would also have liked to say goodbye, but found the reception desk locked between 8am and 10:30am. But since I had already paid via Booking.com anyway, no one was there. It's just not the season. My room was spacious. The bathroom has a shower cubicle that only very slim people can squeeze into. The water takes a long time to heat up. The soap containers in the shower and at the washbasin can only be squeezed simultaneously with both hands so that washing gel comes out. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom mirror is 180 cm high. Obviously, the ideal guest is super slim and tall, but as muscular in the arms as a bodybuilder. 😎 The furnishings: the simplest. The nightly noise from the bar next door was as deafening as on the "Ballermann" in Mallorca, "party time", and ended at 4am. The very powerful bells of the church wake you up at around 8am. The fact that my room card no longer worked later in the evening... One phone call: and a member of staff came by to let me into my room. Very friendly people - as in general in this place: 10/10 for Ustica 10/10 Friendliness of the staff 2/10 Rest overnight 2/10 Noise during the day (if you want to take an afternoon nap: not possible) 7/10 Room because of the size and beautiful, colorful tiles 5/10 furniture 3/10 Bathroom 10/10 Café Central around the corner ☕️👌
• Jakob (9/5): Superb - The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the view from the breakfast terrace was wonderful and breakfast very diverse. The location was awesome, close to the central square but still in a quiet backroad. The room was rather simple for the price.

• Timothy (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. The staff very helpfully picked us up from the port after our ferry arrived, which was important because it's quite a steep hill up to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and on a pretty rooftop terrace. Chilled water also freely supplied. Bed was a little uncomfortable. We were charged for a three night stay even though we stayed for just two nights. Ferries were cancelled on the day we meant to arrive, which meant we had to arrive a day later than expected. Still, the staff allowed us to check in early the next day and were friendly.

The staff is welcoming and helpful regardless of the request and the facilities are aligned to the price paid. Moreover, they offer an amazing breakfast in the morning, really recommended! So far so good

• Torun (10/5): Friendly and quiet little paradise - This place is a small paradise. Clelia and Cinzia are wonderful hosts. They pay attention to all the details: From the beautiful garden, the comfortable studios to the breakfast on the terrace. Cinzia shared a lot of information about the island and activities. Our studio included a very comfortable double bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with many shelves for all your stuff. Outside we had our own patio with dinner table and deck chairs with amazing view over the garden with fruitful trees, the village and the sea. The common garden had an outdoor kitchen and large table as well as a shower. We were offered to stay in the garden the whole day after check-out. Very convenient that you can shower there before catching the ferry. The location is also perfect - a few steps from the main square but still very secluded and quiet. Ustica is a lovely island for trekking, snorkling and diving. Perfect to move around with electric bike which can be rented by the port. Nothing. But good to know that it’s on a hill side, so not ideal if you have problems walking.

• David (8/5): Nice friendly simple hotel right in the middle of main town.. - Great and varied breakfast on roof terrace looking over town. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location in centre of la piazza and short walk from port. Can be noisy at night- particularly when there’s a party in the square!!
• Christian (8/5): Very good - top location. They couldn’t keep up at breakfast with flow of people. But think they just came out of covid and was not used to many guests staying.
