• Theresa (5/5): - We truly appreciated the warm welcome, the comfortable and clean room, and the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary drinks and attentive staff support via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the burst water pipe on the evening of our stay. While we understand that such incidents are beyond your control, the alternative accommodation provided did not meet the standards we had expected. The room had visible mold, was generally run-down, and lacked basic amenities such as a functioning hairdryer. Additionally, the bed was a cot rather than the double bed we had booked, and the earlier checkout time disrupted our plans. What disappointed us the most is that this feedback was shared by email after our feedback was requested and we did not receive any response whatsoever.

Potser m’hagues fet falta poder deixar les maletes fins l’hora de marxar, pero la recepcio tanca a les 4 i s’ha de recollir, tot i que t’ofereixen la opcio de deixar-ho en una habitacio que queda oberta. Va ser perfecte perque varem arribar abans de l’hora d’entrada i ens varen trucar per fer-nos saber que l’habitacio estava disponible abans de les 15 i aixo ens va ajudar moltissim. Tenia els meus dubtes perque posa que es un hotel de 2 estrelles pero la veritat es que es comparable amb hotels de categories superiors, el rebedor de les habitacions te un encant especial, la moqueta, els colors… sembla que t’endinses en un altre mon. Les habitacions son silencioses i els matalassos comodes. Les begudes de les habitacions son de cortesia, aigua, cocacola i nestea (em sembla un super detall) al final de passadis hi ha una zona de cafe tambe de cortesia. Excellent! Repetirem segur! Com he comentat, la unica cosa negativa per dir algo es que necessitava deixar la maleta mes estona perque tenia un dinar de feina i ho vaig haver de recollir abans del dinar, pero aixo no treu que repetire segur.

Arabayla gitmeniz durumunda Plaza Catalunya'ya park edebilirsiniz. Park ücreti için otelin indirimi mevcuttur. Aparta ve odanıza giriş size verilen kod ile sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Apart girişinde tuvalet ve güvenli şekilde valiz bırakacak yer olmaması, tuvaletlerin ve havluların kondisyonu çok iyi değildi.

Lovely rooms, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and always clean. We didn’t see much of the staff but when we did they were always kind and friendly.

Ayrıca yüksek tavan olması ve gereksiz ve yorucu eşya olmaması çok iyi. 24 saat ücretsiz su ve çay/kahve (içtiğim en güzel makine kahvesiydi) olması çok hoşuma gitti. Girişte beni karşılayan resepsiyon görevlisi çok nazikti ve çok yardımcıydı. San Sebastin'a geleceklere tavsiye ederim. Wifi odalarda çekmiyordu maalsef :/ Sürekli alt kata, resepsiyona inmek gerekiyordu. Benim gibi seyahatinde sadece wifi kullananlar ya da odadan wifi bağlantısı ile çalışmak isteyenler için zor olabilir.

Pardo Tapia (7/5): CULTURA, GASTRONOMÍA & DEPORTE - El personal perfecto (atendieron todas nuestras peticiones), poder disponer de una cafetera para tomar café a primera hora de la mañana todo un detalle, además de la botellas de agua y refresco en las habitaciones. El problema que tuvimos con el parking debido a que teníamos la aplicación TelPark, tardamos un tiempo precioso en solucionarlo, pasando de los dos días que nos ofrecía la rebaja del la estancia en el hotel. Esperamos que lo solucionen para los próximos clientes.

Very easy check in and check out. The room is quite a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. One side of the double bed is right against one wall and not much space on the other side. Perfectly adequate, just not that spacious.

Si tuviera que poner un pero simplemente seria el no disponer de Servicio de Desayuno, Comida o Cena. Algo en nuestro caso totalmente irrelevente. Si dispone de cortesia de maquinas de Cafe y Te. Asi como microondas y hervidor de agua.

The hotel decor was modern and interesting, the bedroom clean and sunny with a lovely little balcony looking out onto the street. Well located near the beach and the city centre, yet quiet at night with no drunken revellers downstairs. The all-day water, coffee and tea station was a nice touch, especially when leaving early in the morning.

• David (9/5): Nuestro alojamiento favorito en Donosti - Este alojamiento nos encanta ya que está superbien ubicado (cerca de la playa y restaurantes, paseando cerca del centro y zona comercial), es muy acogedor y el tamaño de la habitación es grande. Nos sentimos muy cómodos siempre que vamos. Debajo, en la esquina hay una cafetería que nos encanta para ir a desayunar. Todo correcto, como siempre.
