PARKING: The Lisbonaire has indoor car parking, with a cost of 15€ per day, subject to availability. The parking is accessible by elevator and limited to a car length of 15 feet.
PETS: The Lisbonaire accept pets with an additional cost (15€/night). Please confirm you will bring your pet.
GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 2 or more apartments will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made or approved through our reservations team, and The Lisbonaire Apartments reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. The property is not appropriate to accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Studio
Three bedrooms (2 Queens and a King) have ensuite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms (one with 2 twin/1 king convertable bed and 1 king bedroom) share one bathroom (upstairs). There is a half bath located on the main level for easy access to the pool. All bathrooms come fully stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, feminine products, q-tips, makeup wipes, toothbrush, tooth paste and mouthwash, as well as bathing and hand towels. This house is set up perfectly for large groups and multiple families. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom as well as in the living room and on the pool lanai.

The apartment was perfect with lovely big windows, nice bathroom and having the washing machine in the kitchen was great. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing at all.

- Alain (8/5): Très bien situé. - Appartement bien situé, proche des transports en commun (Métro, Bus, Tramway). Bien équipé, avec du matériel en état. Garage accessible par un ascenseur à voiture, garantissant la sécurité du véhicule. Situé dans un quartier habituellement calme, même si pendant notre séjour des travaux limitaient la grasse matinée. Réservation tardive, il est possible de trouver beaucoup moins cher, en s'y prenant plus tôt. L'ascenseur descend jusqu'au garage, mais ne monte que jusqu'au deuxième étage. Si vous êtes logés au troisième, il faut finir par les escaliers. La décoration ne nous a pas emballés, mais c'est une question de goût.

- Kok Hee (8/5): I would recommend it to families & friends travelling in small groups. We stayed at a loft unit with 2 beds on the f - The location is great. Near to amenities yet at a quiet street. Walk a short distance, turn a corner and you are at the heart of the bustling city. With metro, restaurants, sights within short walking (5 min) distance. It’s not the cheapest but I would say you get what you paid for.
- DIR60795 (10/5): Great experience at the Lisbonaire - The front desk staff were very helpful in getting us oriented to the city. They went out of their way to assist when our Uber got rerouted due to a road closure, and even delivered a package to the post office for us. The apartments were quite large and had fully-appointed kitchens. The location is just off the Avenida de Liberdade, but was very quiet at night. Our son had a great time in the game room downstairs.

El apartamento estaba genial, muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Hay también una zona común con sillones, billar, juguetes para los niños... También hay una habitación para dejar el equipaje si llegas antes o te vas después del check-out. Hubiera preferido ducha en vez de bañera.
- SarGilMil (10/5): The location was unbeatable and so was the entire space - Our family of four stayed at the Lisbonaire Apartments at the end of April 2026 for three nights. I booked this place specifically because they had luggage drop off and a basement area to hang in since our flight was arriving very early in the morning. I was so happy upon arrival to have that space for us to change and recharge after an overnight flight with kids. We booked a one bedroom apartment and we were put on the top floor. Our kids didn't mind the stairs but for those with mobility issues there was not an elevator to the top. I would say the apartment was well worth the 4 flights of stairs. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for three nights plus a nice view. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket 5 minutes walk that allowed us to buy food. I loved that there were 2 twin beds in the living area for the kids to sleep on and a huge king bed (or two twins) in the bedroom. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. Steps from the Restauradoes Metro and down to the river was about 15/20 minutes walk. The apartment is one street up a hill so there is a bit of a hill climb but again this is Lisbon and there are many hills to climb. Overall we absolutely loved this place, everyone was so kind and welcoming and I highly recommend booking here.

The studio has everything needed: a comfortable bed, bath tube and powerful hairdryer in the bathroom, iron, washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. They even provided a special bed and bowls for my dog. I’d come back, indeed. Stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor was t a big problem but would be good to have elevator there. The studio looked a bit better in the pictures.

- Kai (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage - Super Lage, ganz in der Nähe zu Rossio und Bairro Alto zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und großzügig. Gute Ausstattung, man hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind komfortabel und es gibt eine Dachterrasse. Keine - nur die Pfanen waren etwas alt.

- Jopi Huang (10/5): Great location, comfortable space and friendly staff - My hubby and I got a studio. There is a 4-person round dining table and a small desk. With our 2 large suitcases in the room, there is still plenty of room. This apartment is in a great location. With a short but hilly walk, you can see lots of shops and restaurants. If you plan to take day trips to Sintra and Cascais, the meeting spot with your tour guide is probably at the Hard Rock Cafe, which is just a 5-minute walk away. We did GetYourGuide. There seemed always to be someone on the ground floor at the reception area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked a staff member to reserve a taxi to the airport on the day we were leaving Lisbon. The lighting in the room was limited. To brighten up the room, we turned on all the lights in the room, including the one in the kitchen hood. lol Another disappointing area is the gym. The variety of equipment is very limited.

- Bruce (10/5): - 房間很大。 接待櫃台相當友善，多次協助處理洗衣錠與烘衣問題，並協助處理臨時狀況，如火車被取消、弄錯景點預定時間，櫃台協助用葡語與對方連繫，相當棒，十分感謝。 值得肯定與推薦! 洗衣房有點遠，但瑕不掩瑜，光是能洗衣且烘衣對於長時間家庭旅遊來說就相當恩典了。
- FRANCISCO JOSE (9/5): Ubicación genial, al lado de todo! - La ubicación muy buena al lado de todo, el apartamento genial con muchos detalles. La limpieza muy bien. Nada.
- Daniel (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable, muy tranquilo y limpio - La ubicación es perfecta a un salto del centro y en un barrio con una amplia avenida con tiendas de marcas de primera linea, es como la milla de oro de Lisboa. La calle donde esta el alojamiento es sin salida lo que hace que no haya ruido y sea muy silencioso. Muy bien dotado para lo que se paga, es muy tranquilo y tienes zonas comunes con billar, nosotros estuvimos tres o cuatro veces y nunca hubo más gente, muy tranquilo. El aparcamiento se accede mediante un ascensor y la verdad que es un poco justo, a mi me costo algo sacar el coche, es la única pega. Los colchones algo bajo, pero se descansa bien.

- Quentin Sellar (9/5): We had a really good time in Lisbon - The staff were really helpful and professional. The location was perfect for exploring the area and there are lots of bars/restaurants in the area.
- Dolores (9/5): - Buenisima la ubicación. El lugar es amplio. Me encantó que tuviera baulera. Adema era super cómodo el hecho de no usar llaves. Se ingresa con un código. El personal muy amable. Tenia todo lo que necesitabamos.
