• Kawewat (8/5): Great beachfront location and very comfortable - The location is fantastic, right across from the beach. The view is stunning, and the room was very comfortable for our 2-night stay. I also appreciated that the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. There were quite a lot of insects during our stay. If we opened the sliding doors to the deck, they would come inside immediately, which was a bit of a shame as we couldn't keep the doors open for the breeze.
• NWnwnw (10/5): - One of the best accomodation for the trip!!. The location is super luxury, you can see the appollo bay from your terrance. The terrace are well docorated with open area and beautiful trees. Feel the fresh air in the morning. Very clam ans peaceful place to stay. Check-in and check-out was easy. There are some alpacas on the hill. The tolet and shower area is small.

• Thomas (8/5): We enjoyed our stay waking up to the sound of the ocean was very relaxing - We stayed in a studio apartment which was ample space for 2 people, a little out of town but the location was more about the view and the quietness that we enjoyed. Lacking on storage for basic items like clothing and bathroom items.

• Andy (8/5): Wonderful but incredibly expensive views along the Great Ocean Road - The location and views across the ocean was amazing. It was a short skip and hop to the beach and it was nice to hear the ocean as we went to sleep. The furniture and decor looked tired and worn. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. We had instructions that if we didn’t wash up before leaving the property we’d receive an additional charge! For the price we paid (it was Easter but still waaay overpriced) for 2 nights accommodation it was missing those little touches that make all the difference. Other than coffee there was nothing provided for breakfast. We’ve stayed in places that didn’t have the views this place had but worked so much harder to make their guests feel special and welcome. Try harder!

• Caitlin (8/5): Lovely property with stunning views! - Beautiful location with stunning views. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable and very quiet overnight. Check-in and check out was very straightforward. It was an easy drive into Apollo bay where there are lovely restaurants and cafes. We were unfortunately put off by the long list of rigid rules given to us at check-in (including warnings of fines if any dirt is left in the room or if dishes are not fully cleaned). There were also numerous and repetitive posters around the property advising how and when fines would be imposed. This created an unwelcoming environment for us, which made it difficult to fully relax and we’ll be looking for other options of accommodation when we return as a result.

• Semiha (8/5): Amazing view and clean and comfortable property! - The view of this place is amazing. I think thay was our favourite part. The beds were comfortable and clean which is the most important for us. There was also alpacas on site and the kids fed them which was lovely. It would have been nice to have some local snacks at the property (cookies, muffins, chocolate,etc.) and some breakfast cereals. There was only a few tea and coffee packs, which we didn't use. Bathrooms could have also had some ear cleaners, toothbrushs/paste, etc. The kitchen also didn't have an oven or grill.

No blinds on rear windows - particularly annoying because there was a bright light on outside all night that couldn't be turned off - so constant light in rear bedroom and living room and (slightly less so) front bedroom. House info inaccurate. Nespresso machine leaked. All easy to sort out.

By sheer luck we visited during an amazing aurora australis event and the view from the balcony was just impeccable. The staff were lovely and friendly also. Highly recommend.

• Rainer (9/5): - Schönes Hotel mit tollem Meerblick Eine wirklich schöne Anlage. Kein typisches Hotel, sondern eher Appartements. Schlüssel muss man bei der Rezeption „anonym“ abholen - wir haben nie ein Hotelpersonal gesehen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich toll. Vom Bett, sogar aus der Dusche, voller Meer Blick, Meeresrauschen, einfach top. Es gibt eine Nespressomaschine und Kapseln werden bereitgestellt. Man kann auch zwischen 10-15 beim Personal, falls man eines findet, nach Kapseln oder Klopapier fragen. Der Ton, wie einem vermittelt wird, was man machen sollte oder unterlassen (schriftlich), ist etwas wirsch, aber …. toller Blick, tolles Zimmer. Das Meer liegt quasi vor der Tür - es gibt nur eine Strasse, die Great Ocean Road - dazwischen. Der Strand ist wirklich schön, aber keine Liegen oder so (nicht Europäisch). Will man dort liegen, muss man alles selber mitbringen, was als Flugreisender eventuell schwierig wird. Davon abgesehen, ein Top-Quartier.

Overall size and layout of the apartment and facilities were good for a family of 4. Beds were hard and the exhaust fan in the shower practically screamed when you turned on the light which was very annoying.

The beautiful sea view was the best part of our stay and something I truly loved. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything met our expectations and contributed to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Not enough tea and milk for 4 people. Asked to do dishes before leaving, but no tea towel provided. Rooms just finished cleaning on arrival, although 3pm access promised.

• Raymond (5/5): It was not the first time we’ve been here. The overall hygiene condition is disappointing. - The quilt cover was dirty. The toilet tower was yellow. The toilet was leaking or pretty wet.

Lack of certain facilities, quilts were without cover (bed sheets were placed above and below quilts as part of cover), not much stuff in bathroom, not enough things in kitchen (dishes, crockery, silverware) for cooking and eating comfortably for a family. more stuff like moisturizer, toothpaste in bathroom. more cleanliness (seems the pillows and bed sheets were not cleaned thoroughly), the quilt didnt have cover just to sheets above and below (whole night I was arranging and adjusting those sheets above and below quilt as the quilt obviously was not washed).

• Frank (6/5): Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem Blick. - Leider etwas kalt und windig, aber ein super Ort für einen schönen Sonnenuntergang. Zwischen der Unterkunft und dem Strand verläuft die Straße. Nachts fährt dort aber kaum jemand.
• Colin (6/5): Nice view. - Location and the view Exhaust fan broken, coffee machine just leaks everywhere, cobwebs and spiders in all corners, had to buy bug spray and clean them all away. Only one tiny milk container, enough for 2 teas and a coffee, in the fridge for a booking for 4 people. Very fast and minimal service from the one staff member at check-in. No in room information or recommendations on what to do or where to eat in the area. For $600+ per night my expectations are a bit higher. Many other places along Great Ocean Road with better facilities and service.
