- عبدالعزيز (9/5): جميلة ولكن لابد من التغيير في الأثاث للمحافظة على جودة المكان - الاستقبال - النظافة - الاستجابة لأي طلب بشكل سريع - عمال النظافة ودودين ويخدمون بشكل جيد الأثاث قديم رغم انه نظيف ولكن بدأ في فقدان بريقه وبدأ في الاستهلاك - الإضاءة خافتة بقوة ولاتوجد خيارات لإضاءة الغرفة بشكل أعلى - لايوجد سرير إضافي لطفل يبلغ عمره 9 سنوات والموجود فقط لأطفال 1-2 سنة

- slamet supardiyono (10/5): - My experience with this hotel was very delighful and amazing, the apartment we booked was a large unit and perfect for us as a family , the breakfast lounge was an experience we can never forget thanks to a lovely staff MR RAMESH from nepal. Thank you mr ramesh and the hotel bould apart taif for your dedication we appreciate your service to the fullest thank you so much. Nothing everything was top notch!

- Desai (8/5): - Its clean and spacious. Market area and eateries are easily accessible. But a heater in the room would be very good as I visited in jan and it was extremely cold. It wasa bit overpriced, considering the fact that it did not have any recreational activities like swimming pool, billiards table or a sports area. My kids got bored as they had nothing to do.

- OMAR (1/5): سوف أفكر ألف مرة قبل ان احجز مره أخرى في هذا الفندق - الموقع العام الفندق قديم جدا ، الفرش و الأثاث و الكنب و الدواليب و الحمامات قديمة جدا و تحتاج تجديد ، اضاءة الغرف سيئة و ضعيفة ، هناك ريحة من الموكيت أو الفرش ، لا يوجد مرايات في شقة متكونة من 3 غرف ، سماعة الدش في الحمام مكسرة ، المياة تخرج و تتسرب من الحمام إلى الغرفة عند الاستحمام ، كان هناك ازعاج من المنور في ساعات الفجر ، الدواليب متحجرة و صعبة الاستعمال ، نوعية المواد الاستهلاكية مثل فرشاة الأسنان و المعجون وسليبر رديئة جدا ، بلاط الأرضيات للصالة و احد الغرف يصدر أصوات عند المشي ، التلفاز سيء من ناحية جودة الشاشة و الصورة مشوشة ولا يوجد تنوع في القنوات السعر إجمالا غالي ومرتفع بالنسبة للخدمات و الفنادق الأخرى
