The entire atmosphere of the resort was serene, well-maintained, and highly comfortable. All the amenities provided were of a very high standard and contributed to a pleasant and relaxing stay. - Marym (1/5): It neeeeeeeeeeds an upgrade in all its furniture - Location, the quietness of the place and the kindness and attentiveness of their staff. The size of the rooms are amazing spacious but everything needs an upgrade The furniture is sooo old and rustic, the sofas are soooo old and completely uncomfortable because they are low and it needs an upgrade, the tv connection is weak and not enough channels so is the tv cabinet needs an upgrade, the beds are very uncomfortable, noisy when we move because it's rusted and the pillows are very hard to sleep on. The bathroom is another story there is no proper shower space in one bathroom and the other bathroom shower you can barely stand its tiny, the bathrooms neeeeeeds an upgrade the owners have to do an upgrade for this hotel.
- abdulrahman (8/5): اقامة جيدة شكرا - ⸻ 🔹 ملاحظات الإقامة في بودل النخيل – عنيزة الإقامة كانت مريحة عمومًا والموقع هادئ ومناسب للعائلات، إلا أن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي تحتاج إلى عناية لتحسين التجربة: • قنوات التلفزيون محدودة جدًا، ويُفضل توسيع نطاق القنوات المتاحة لتناسب مختلف الأذواق. • أجهزة التكييف بحاجة إلى صيانة دورية لضمان الأداء الجيد خصوصًا في فترات الحرارة العالية. • بعض التفاصيل تحتاج إلى لمسات صيانة واضحة، مثل خزانة الملابس، الأبواب وحلوقها، إضافة إلى بلاط أرضيات الحمّامات. • ضغط المياه في دش الاستحمام ضعيف نسبيًا ويؤثر على راحة الاستخدام. • الإضاءة الخارجية للمرافق ضعيفة وتحتاج إلى تعزيز لتوفير مستوى إنارة أفضل في الممرات والمداخل. • هاتف الغرفة لم يكن يعمل، وتم إبلاغ الاستقبال بذلك دون معالجة المشكلة أثناء الإقامة. بشكل عام، المنتجع يتمتع بموقع جميل وتصميم هادئ، لكن هذه التفاصيل الصغيرة تُحدث فرقًا كبيرًا في جودة التجربة، ومع الاهتمام بها يمكن أن ترتقي الإقامة إلى مستوى أعلى بكثير
