Bellevue Restaurant is available for all guests at a charge, by reservation.
Sos Aranzos Restaurant is available for guests in Classic, Family and Premium rooms.

Une cuisine fraîche diverses poisson espadon lou dorade poulpe poutargue un choix exceptionnel je recommande de fin gourmet et très gourmand Parce que j'apprécie le moins c'est qu'il n'y ait pas de discothèque sur place que les boutiques d'exception sont encore fermées à la fin mais que les renseignements vous renvoie à droite et à gauche de chaque bureau et que le service restauration ne soit pas mieux organisé car pour débarrasser il n'y a pas de technique à la française c'est un peu brouillon et bruyant c'est dommage

- Marine (3/5): Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel - L’emplacement au bord de la plage était parfait, mais nous ne pouvions pas être devant la Plage car il fallait payer un supplément Les chambres n’étaient pas propres, la salle de bain était vraiment très sale avec des remontées d’égouts et d’eau, des fourmis par terre. La literie était vraiment horrible. Je déconseille cet hôtel le pire que nous avons fait. ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment pas bon avec des boissons, plein d’eau. On a demandé à partir et nous faire rembourser l’accueil à refuser.

- nUwe (7/5): Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie. - Der Strand war einfach wunderbar. Auch der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Qualität der Betten/Matratzen war okay. Der Service im Zimmer und im Restaurant hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren im Oktober dort. Einige Aktivitäten waren dann nicht mehr möglich. Insbesondere die Snack-Bars hatten nichts mehr zu bieten für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Auf der Freiterrasse, wo das Abendessen stattfand, wurde es abends mitunter sehr kalt und zugig.

Niestety, po prawdopodobnej zmianie sieci hotelowej zauważyłam wyraźny spadek komfortu i standardu. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié. Bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre à l'arrivée. Jardin impeccablement entretenu. à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon mari J'avais réservé une chambre super premium vue mer, les plus chères, suivant les recommandations de commentaires sur Tripadvisor et Booking. Quelle déception ! La chambre était minuscule et la moitié de la vue mer était bouchée par le toit des chambres du dessous ! Sur le balcon (minuscule), même pas de fauteuil, juste des chaises en bois ! (d'où on ne voit plus du tout la mer une fois assis). La salle du petit déjeuner a vue mer mais elle est fermée par une grande vitre..... donc pas d'air, on est comme dans un bocal, et il y a un vacarme assourdissant tant cela résonne. Les deux piscines sont superbes mais impossible d'en profiter: elles ne sont pas chauffées, du coup l'eau est glacée (beaucoup plus froide que la mer). On comprend pourquoi il n'y avait personne ! Pas de minibar/frigo dans la chambre pour garder les boissons au frais. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Nous sommes arrivé le soir, nous avons louper un dîner et l’hôtel nous avait préparer une mini assiette qui nous attendait dans la chambre mais alors un choix vraiment … pas très appréciable. Nous avons demander si nous pouvions avoir une réservation au restaurant du côté deluxe pour compensé le dîner que nous n’avions pas pu profitez et nous avons demandé 3 fois, même a si possible faire un petit déjeuner si c’était moins chère mais en compensation et nous n’avons jamais eu aucune réponse. Le dernier soir nous avons du insister pour demander à la réception de nous booker un taxi pour le lendemain matin 8:45. Et le personnel très désagréable en refusant car c’était trop tard. Il a fallut insister. Heureusement que l’emplacement et l’hôtel était agréable.

Frühstück ist gut und gibt fast alles: Rührei, Bacon, Brötchen, Toast, Käse, Salami, verschiedenes Obst, Salat und auch süßes: Crêpes, Nutella, Kuchen, Croissants,.. Und Säfte + Wasser + Kaffe, Kakao,… Abendessen ist leider fast immer dasselbe und sehr fischlastig.. teilweise auch kalt.. es gibt eine Seite des Buffets mit kalten Platten, die aber nicht soo bombastisch sind. Außerdem gibt es eine Nudelstation mit verschiedenen Soßen und Nudelarten, diese sind ganz gut (Lasagne gab es dort auch 1x während unserem Aufenthalt)..Weiter gibt es auf der anderen Seite des Buffets immer etwas frittiertes (jeden Tag was anderes) 1x gab es Nuggets, 1x frittierte Krabbenbratlinge, 1x frittierte Veggie Bällchen…und dann gibt es beim Buffet immer noch Kartoffelecken (aber nicht kross, aber okay :)) und wie gesagt viel viel Fisch!! Salat gibt es auch jeden Tag!! Aber leider nur Balsamico und Öl Dressing.

Fomos upgradeted então recebemos um quarto com vista mar logo na primeira fila. A equipa de entertainmento bastante simpáticos e acessíveis , mas muitas vezes não traduzem as regras dos jogos em inglês também. A comida variada e muito boa. Há muitas atividades para as crianças que também podem ficar no Club deles das 10 às 18 horas , levam a praia, almoçam, estão em segurança. Os empregados da restauração podiam ser mais simpáticos , e infelizmente poucos falam/entendem inglês. As vezes a comunicação era complicada, mesmo na recepção. Os quartos podiam ser mais arranjados e mais modernos. Os roupeiros são horrorosos, as portas não fecham bem, tal como o móvel do minibar.

The pools are wonderful and the entertainment is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. It would get serviced everyday, but the sheets didn’t get changed the 4 nights we were there. They also don’t seem to vacuum the floor which became really annoying as we had been to the beach and the sand built up and was in the bed and all over the floor. The other negative is the hand wash, it’s some eco friendly thing but doesn’t really work.

- Frank-Peter (6/5): Schöner Strandurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen in Toplage - Sehr schöne Lage in Strandnähe mit sehr gutem Hotelstrand, wobei Liegen und Schirm und Shuttle inkludiert waren! Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet. Das Bad nicht mehr zeitgemäß und keinesfalls im 4 * Niveau! Die tägliche Reinigung war eher halbherzig. Obwohl das Essen akzeptabel war, war die Esskultur mit Pappbechern, Anstehen, nicht nachvollziehbarer Tischreservierung eher auf Betriebskantinenniveau.
- Carmine (6/5): Peccato perchè la posizione della struttura è stupenda - La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, spiaggia tenuta bene e mare spettacolare. Il personale della spiaggia e dei ristoranti molto carini e attenti, animazione quasi inesistente. La struttara risulta molto datata avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata, la pulizia è molto scadente soprattutto le camere. Anche il ristorante andrebbe rivisto c'erano cose che erano di scarsa qualità e cucinate male, diciamo che non arrivano neanche alla sufficienza.
- Andrei (8/5): - Die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich hervorragend – es gibt immer ausreichend Sonnenschirme, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders im ansonsten schönen Badezimmer war die Dusche nicht in Ordnung, da die Fugen stark von Schimmel befallen waren. Das Konzept mit Tabletten als Seife und Shampoo hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war eher träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Uma viagem que seria para descansar, voltamos cansados de não conseguir dormir bem e cheios de dores pelo corpo.

Énormément de monde dans la salle de repas. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées on ne sait plus où se mettre pour manger. Les chambres sont bien à l’intérieur. Par contre impossible d’y aller pour vous reposer entre les spectacles le soir qui font un bruit monstrueux jusqu’à tard car très mauvaise isolation de la chambre, et le ménage qui passe des 9h. Les nuits sont courtes. Il faut savoir qu’il y a énormément de marches à monter si vous avez des problèmes de mobilités. Une mini voiturette fait le tour du domaine pour aller à la plage. Si vous arrivez à l’avoir et à avoir de la place. La plage de l’hôtel est belle, vous n’aurez pas l’occasion d’aller sur n’importe quelle transat même si ils sont vide. Chacun sa place sur la plage. Dommage. En bref on s’est senti à l’étroit, beaucoup trop de monde mais pas les bonnes capacités pour gérer ce flux. Le bruit quand on a une chambre vu piscine est terrible.

- Daria (6/5): - die Unterkunft an sich war im Großen und Ganzen okay das ganze Areal war eigentlich ziemlich schön wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben bucht also die billigere Preikategorie ist man weiter entfernt vom Strand nichts desto trotz fuhr immer ein Shuttlebus und konnte dich bis zum Meer mitnehmen das Meer an sich unter Strand waren auch schön. ich weiß gar nicht mal wo ich beginnen soll beginnen wir mal bei dem Lärm den man jede Nacht nicht überhören konnte. jede Nacht gab es irgendeine Art Disco oder Animation mit grauenhafter übertrieben lauter Musik. die Wände der Zimmer sind so unheimlich dünn dass man die Nachbarn beim Atmen hören konnte d.h. sie können sich gar nicht vorstellen wie laut diese Disco in der Nacht war und ich schlafe mit Ohropax und es war der Horror. zum Personal kann ich sagen ja nichts besonderes sie haben sich nicht wirklich Mühe gegeben die einzigen die irgendwie motiviert weil man die Animato aber der Rest hat sich nicht wirklich um dich gekümmert . darüber hinaus waren die Preise für zum Beispiel Getränke auch ziemlich hoch.

Ragazzi gentilissimi, simpatici e capaci di svolgere le attività per adulti, bambini e spettacoli serali. Personale di reception scontroso e incapace. Servizi di buffet colazione e cena pessimi sia per qualità del cibo, norme igieniche e professionalità del personale. Api nel cibo del buffet e in qualsiasi zona nella struttura. Spiaggia priva di bar e servizi igienici. Molto grave! Navetta serale disponibile solo fino alle 22.30. Prezzi per cocktails e bevande fuori di testa. Camera non nuova nonostante fossimo nella struttura ristrutturata del beach hotel (muri rotti e sporchi, stupiti della porta del bagno divelti, porta del bagno non completamente apribile).

- Valentina (8/5): 7 notti in coppia - relax e buon cibo - Tutto è stato impeccabile e all’insegna del relax. La pulizia era curata in ogni dettaglio: soggiornavamo in una camera deluxe e il personale passava due volte al giorno per sistemare il letto e sostituire le tovaglie. L’animazione era davvero eccellente, sempre presente ma mai invadente, con spettacoli serali e attività pensate anche per i più piccoli. Pur non partecipando direttamente, ci siamo divertiti molto anche solo come spettatori. La spiaggia era a pochi passi dalla camera e la piscina estremamente comoda. Ottimo anche il buffet: la colazione ricca e varia, mentre la cena sempre abbondante e ben organizzata, resa ancora più pratica dall’app dell’hotel che permetteva di consultare in anticipo il menù serale. Ottimo il bar bistrò, mangiato benissimo e pronti ad accogliere ogni esigenza. Un Grazie anche all’equipe della terrazza Tavolara, non potendo mangiare molte cose si sono adeguati alle mie richieste senza farmelo pesare. Il buffet della cena, in particolare il lunedì e il martedì, non era allo stesso livello delle altre serate: meno vario e con una qualità inferiore. Inoltre, il bistrot con servizio pizza chiude alle 20:30, quindi chi desidera cenare con una pizza deve farlo piuttosto presto. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda la presenza di api e vespe: lo staff cerca di contenere il problema con trappole e caffè bruciato, ma purtroppo le misure non risultano sufficienti. Il buffet, poi, offre pochi prodotti tipici sardi: c’è stata solo una serata a tema, molto gradita, ma sarebbe stato bello poter gustare le specialità locali anche in altre occasioni. La colazione, invece, non è all’altezza della categoria dell’hotel. Per ordinare le bevande calde bisognava spesso richiamare più volte i camerieri, e non tutti potevano raccogliere le comande. Inoltre, una volta effettuato l’ordine, non veniva trasmesso subito in cucina: si attendevano altre richieste, causando notevoli ritardi. È capitato più volte di terminare la colazione senza aver ancora ricevuto il cappuccino. Poco apprezzata anche la gestione del ristorante Bellevue: era necessario prenotare entro il giorno precedente sia per il pranzo che per la cena, e nonostante alcuni tavoli fossero liberi, non era possibile accedere senza prenotazione anticipata.

Il resort e' adatto a famiglie con bambini, non a coppie, forse andrebbe specificato meglio.Peccato per i lettini al mare che non sono prenotabili e nonostante venga detto di non occuparli vengono costantemente occupati dall'alba. L'animazione dovrebbe essere anche per gli adulti e' troppo tutto concentrato sui bambini.

Tutte le personne Che abbiamo incontrate sono gentili. Ristorante, cibo vario e molto buono, lo chef del ristorante Che supervisa tutti, la navetta per andare alla spaggia, gli autisti della navetta molto gentili,la reception, pulizia, gli spettacoli e particularmente Greta che è molto gentile, Il bar, la piscina. Vacanze bellissime. Mi scuso per éventuali errori in italiano. Sto imparando l Italiano. A presto.
