• Dmitriy (6/5): - Номер был не грязный,новый кондиционер,плитка на полу,в ванной пахло сыростью,поэтому дверь нужно было плотно держать прикрытой всегда,спали на 2-ом этаже (в этом крыле он был верхний,чердак отсутствует поэтому как в духовке,если не включать кондиционер.. Горячей воды не было,утром спустились на ресепшен попросили что б её сделали,её кстати вроде и сделали,но только она была с утра и до вечера,вечером с моря уже под горячей не помоешься,утром ..каждое утро-ОРЁТ ПЕРСОНАЛ…или так разговаривает,в общей кухне,ВОНЬ СТРАШНАЯ ,спускался туда резать фрукты и делать кофе (в номерах чайника нет) А в остальном ….прекрасная Маркиза..но кстати персонал(хоть и крикливый по утрам) отзывчивый получается и приветливый

• Andrey (7/5): Good - Good value for money. Everything you need is there and works. Towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush. We took it for one day, decided to stay. We lived for three days. We took two rooms, my room had a harder bed (I like it) and there was no outlet by the bed (I don't need it), my friends had a too soft mattress. At their request, they were moved to another room with a medium-hard mattress and outlets by the bed.

• Johann (8/5): Very good budget choice - Charming arrangement of rooms around the courtyard. Very nice & helpful staff. Less than 5 min to the beach. Very decent standard hotel room with good bed and desk. 2nd room smelled of fish, so we asked for another. That room had no window, only light from the door. Rooms with small windows to the courtyard, a bit dark anyway.

I spent 3 nights there , the first 2 nights were ok but the 3rd night a big group came in (over 20) and the noise was disgraceful, no care for other guests just themselves from late at night , shouting screening , kids shouting until early in the morning Impossible to sleep . Avoid this hotel especially at weekends .
• DrewWilliam (4/5): Need to change - We checkin at the midnight, noone help us for this process except older person(maybe owner). Floor in the roon isnt clean, which is quite dirty . When we open room, musty smell spread all of room. Bed and cushion cant be better than ever.

• Marilyn (8/5): Very good - The room was large, fresh and clean, linens, lighting, AC and fan excellent. Good restaurants close by. The location. It is across the street from the beach, but the beach here is mostly large slopes of cement and sand bags. There are terraces overlooking the sea at the resorts, which you technically can't enter. To get to the main long beach it's about 3 km on a busy noisy main road. However even at that beach there is little public access, it's mostly blocked off by resorts.

• charlieta (8/5): Good location and friendly - Minh Hung hostel is a great hostel to stay at when in Sapa. It’s close to all you may need whilst in Sapa and they provided fantastic tours at a good price. Huynh and parent were always at hand to provide assistance with their local knowledge . I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m Sapa. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.
• Swarren1 (6/5): Grand but not by the beach - It was overall fine. Very basic but did the job It is not by the beach! The advertisement says it's near a beach. Yes it is very close to the sea but you can't get to it due to lots of other buildings/walls and even when you can it's just the sea and a wall, no beach. You either have to use the private beach of one of the bigger hotels or walk about 20 minutes to get to a beach.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 나트랑에서 무이네가는 새벽 슬리핑 버스타고 잠깐 쉬려고 머물렀어요. 일단 가격대비 방 컨디션은 나름 괜찮은 편이였고 위치도 신투어리스트에서 도보로 20분정도로 나쁘지않았는데 문제는 사장님인지 직원인지 남자분의 응대 태도가 정말 별로였네요. 새벽 체크인이였는데 분명 사전에 새벽 체크인한다고 알려드렸음에도 불구하고 굉장히 짜증내는 말투로 응대하시고.. 저희말고 현지에서 만난 동행분들이 저희가 머무는 숙소에 여유 방이 있으면 머물고싶다 하셔서 이분한테 여쭤보는데 정말 경악스러웠습니다. 영어 당연히 못할 수 있죠 근데 번역기 어플까지 켜서 안되는 손짓발짓 다 써가면서 설명해도 못알아들으시는건지 귀찮으신건지 짜증내시고 결국 말이 안통했는지 저희보고도 나가라 하시더군요. 저희는 도대체 어디가 잘못된건지도 모르겠었습니다. 여유 방이 있으면 혹시 제 친구들이 머물고 싶다했다고 말씀드린게 잘못된걸까요? 정말 불쾌했고 짜증내다 못해 화내면서 나가라는 태도에 정말 실망했습니다. 새벽시간이라 저희도 그냥 참고 하루 머물렀지만 정말 돈 더주고라도 다른 숙소 잡고싶었네요.. 그냥저냥 방 컨디션은 괜찮았지만 당신들의 서비스 태도는 이 싼 가격보다도 못한 수준이였습니다. 가시려는 분들 참고하세요
• Moberg1998 (2/5): DIRTY - Worst hotel my girlfriend and I have visited in the whole of Southeast Asia. Every single corner of the room was super dirty and the staff was probably also the worst we've experienced on our travel. There was also a bug problem in our room and it smelled of sewer.

• Abbiehorry (8/5): Well worth the price! - Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms are ok they have everything you need, the bed linen isn’t the best though. Can’t moan at the price we paid for a triple room. We were woken up at 7am though every morning as there is building works going on next door and we were right next to it. So if you want to stay in bed later than 7am for the next few months then avoid.

• Wenshen_96 (6/5): Budget stay - Near to the seafood restaurants (which are targeted to the tourist). Although they have balcony view of the seaside, it's almost entirely impossible to get a taste of the beach given that all resorts and restaurant adjacent have dominated the area by themselves. It is located in between cho ham tien and the end of beach (I guest that's the only entrance, and the most beautiful view is from here), so in either way you have to pay to go whichever way. They helped to arrange tours and bus, and their prices are cheaper compared to the tour agencies nearby. The boss who speaks basic English is at least trying to help, tho I had better experience with other hotels in hcmc or Vietnam. Anyways with 500K vnd for a family room which can accommodate up to 6 people per night, their prices are relatively cheap. They have their own website and a functional email address, so you can negotiate the prices with them instead of booking through other platforms.
