• Dloris (5/5): Comfortable Bed, Needs Better Cleaning Cozy Room, Limited Charging Point. - The bed was very comfortable with thick, cozy blankets. I really appreciated having extra pillows, which is something many guests need and will enjoy. The floor was very dusty when I checked in, and it caused me to sneeze a lot. There were not enough power outlets near the bed—an extra charging plug would be very helpful. The check-in time felt quite late at 2:00 PM, while the check-out time at 11:00 AM was too early and didn’t give enough time to rest.

• Simon (1/5): Non acceptable en terme d’hygiène - Rien Puces de lits dans la chambre. Ma femme et moi avons été piqués. On a changé d’hôtel à 23h du soir sans passer de nuit du tout dans cet hôtel. Le personnel à l’accueil n’a pas trouvé de solution à ce problème et le prenait pas sérieusement.

• David (5/5): - Location was excellent just around the corner from Gaya St Market place. Close to food and malls. Room was small and city views is a bit of a stretch, although yes it had a window. Note though it was inexpensive.

• L. T. (7/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut - Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Man braucht einen Code, um ins Gebäude reinzukommen, d.h. es kann nicht einfach jeder rein. Manchmal hatten wir für einige Minuten kein Wasser, aber es war jeweils schnell wieder da. Bei den Betten hatte es unten so komische Fäden, wo der ganze Staub hängen blieb, weshalb es nicht ganz sauber gewirkt hat. Geruch im Zimmer war auch komisch.

The toilet door can be fix next time because cannot lock from the inside. A bit difficult to find parking during daytime,but at night time no problem

• Sebastian (1/5): Dirty hotel with no service - No people in the reception or anywhere, When i entered the room the smell inside the room was very bad and humid. The bed sheets and pilow case was very dirty, Black stains all over the sheets. Lots of ants in the room and on the bed. The water in the bathroom did not work, later it worked and then it didnt work again, no water presure, no water comming out. From start to end the Wifi didnt work. I needed wifi to send important work mails, so i had to go to a cafe to get some wifi so i could message the hotel staff wich i havent seen here on my second Day. I asked Them to please try and fix the wifi, but they Said it was holiday so no one was at the Office. I told Them that if the hotel is open you need to have at least one staff to help your costumers. They Said no their was no one to help. I gave Them then the choice to try and fix the wifi or please cancel my reservation for today and give me my money back just for today not for Yesterday. They Said that they would not do any of Them. When i Got back from the cafe to the hotel i finally saw a staff and made her Call the Office, i talked to 3 different people and they didnt Care ether. Very very nasty and bad hotel with no service, keep a loong distance to this place, never stay here.
• Macsa (1/5): BETTER BOOK YOUR ROOM TO OTHER HOTEL EXAMPLE 'GAYA CENTRE HOTEL' . ITS WORTH PAYING. - Great location to walk around no need to drive. Near to night market, merdeka mall and others suria mall . Easy place to find food & drink. Too noisy. my parent complained cant sleep next door customer kids was crying at night. Well, what to expect to pay cheap hotel to stay overnight right"? .. with cheap economy budget hotel can stay overnight but don't expect too much. Have TV also cant watch even just to watch a normal local chanel. what purpose to put TV in a room hotel if it not function ?! ..Ask staff to reconnect , they give easy answer " MASALAH WIFI" .?? ..Parking also main problem.

Will comeback again nextime 😊 We wait almost for 15minutes outside since there is nobody at the counter. We can't get inside since the door has a code and hot weather. What even worse no smile and appology for the late response from the staff after we came check in.
• Sylistah (10/5): Recommended budget hotel! 👍👍 - This is my fifth stay at this hotel (once I even booked directly at the counter!), which speaks volumes about how much I appreciate it. Here's a breakdown of what I like: Friendly staff: Connie, in particular, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was always a pleasure chatting with her before heading out to explore. Powerful shower: The strong water pressure was fantastic! Secure access: The pincode entry system at the main entrance provides an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Comfortable bed: While there were a few stains on the pillows, the bed and pillows themselves were very comfortable. Prime location: You can't beat the location! It's surrounded by eateries, pharmacies, a GP, markets, and malls – all within easy walking distance. The weekend markets are practically on the doorstep. Strong WiFi: Reliable WiFi is essential for me, and this hotel usually delivers. There was a brief period with some connectivity issues during my last stay, but luckily my mobile data worked well. Hopefully, the WiFi issue has been resolved. Overall, I've consistently had a positive experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for budget-conscious travelers. Just keep the stairs in mind if you have difficulty with mobility. The fantastic location and friendly staff make this a great base for exploring the area and enjoying all the delicious food nearby!

Outside the window was laundry, and a large plastic barrel and inbetween of buildings. Had a horrid smell of sewerage. No internet while I was there. I spoke to reception but the 'city view' rooms were already in use. I left after a day. Still waiting for booking.com to reply.
