• Djamel (1/5): - The only positive aspects were the location and the morning staff member during the first days, who showed empathy and was attentive. The worst hotel and the worst hotel experience of my life. This place felt like a real-life version of the TV show “Hotel Hell.” For three nights, loud concert music under the rooms continued until 3 AM, making sleep completely impossible. At times, we honestly felt treated like Guantanamo prisoners, subjected to the same kind of psychological torture through extreme noise. Most of the staff were incompetent and showed no empathy at all, except for the young man on the morning shift who genuinely tried to help. The breakfast was overpriced, badly managed, and often missing basic items. Avoid this place at all costs.

La habitación que nos dieron está justo abajo nuestra y la música hasta las 2 de la mañana parecía que la cantante estaba en nuestra habitación. Solo había un baño y una ducha por planta y era mixto. La habitación también mixta. Mi estancia un desastre que no dormimos nada bien por lo que no descansamos lo necesario..

• Eduarda (6/5): Good location but very noisy - Convenient location near two tube stations and close to Borough Market, right next to a Tesco Express, easy to navigate central London. The beds looked clean. It was an okay place to crash for one night, but no ammenities at all. The lady in the front desk during the afternoon was nice. If you like parties you might enjoy the place more Pub downstairs was very noisy and crowded, and the music was extremely loud until late at night. I had to use earplugs to fall asleep. The lockers under the bed were somewhat small and made a lot of noise to open, and having the bathroom outside of the room was inconvenient. There were 4 bathrooms which were shared with the entire floor, and the shower area was super small. Check-in process is annoying as you have to download an app. There was no kitchen area, not even a small fridge, which was inconvenient.

• Marlot (7/5): - De locatie was erg goed. Ze verschaffen oordopjes voor geluidsoverlast, aangezien het hostel zich boven een pub begeeft en er (live) muziek aanwezig kan zijn. De voorzieningen zijn prima geregeld. We verbleven met drie personen op een vierpersoonskamer, echter wisten wij niet of er nog een vierde persoon bij ons zou verblijven. Het was prettig geweest om deze informatie bij het inchecken te krijgen.

• Jung Min (8/5): 숙소는 잘못이 없다. 룸메이트 운이 없었을 뿐. - 이름은 기억나지 않지만 친절하고 미소 가득한 직원분 덕분에 기분이 좋았습니다. 샤워 시설이 좋습니다. 숙소에 들어가려면 pub 앞의 가드가 저를 붙잡습니다. 숙소 예약증 또는 디지털 키를 보여주시면 됩니다. 숙소 1층 pub이 새벽 2시까지 운영됩니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않지만 숙소 측에서 귀마개를 제공합니다. 냄새가 많이 나는 룸메이트와 하루를 보냈고, 새벽 3시까지 큰 소리로 youtube를 보는 룸메이트와 그 다음 날을 보냈습니다.

O recepcionista não receptivo, não podia adiantar o check-in 5 min. se quer, daí atrasou em 1 hora pois não localizava a reserva e não fazia nada pra resolver. Só escadas então vai preparado e com pouca bagagem

It’s so noise whole night as it was located above the pub and couldn’t sleep. Staffs are rude and no proper response. Bathroom was so tiny and not tidy. So hot inside and steps and pathway to the rooms is quite narrow. I like only location

• Carl (9/5): Great Budget Accommodation - Great location, excellent showers and toilets. Beds was really comfortable. One man almost spoiled it for me. He slept in the bed below and was very rude to me in the communal area whilst I was talking to someone else on the phone. Also I don’t know what he was doing in bed but he woke me up a few times by causing the bunk bed to vibrate violently. Despite that, he didn’t manage to spoil my stay and the property cannot be blamed for the behaviour of one crazy resident.

Yatakta kişisel mahremiyet açısından perde olmasını bekliyordum ama maalesef yoktu Bir de kullanım kolaylığı açısından yatak kenarlarına ufak bir raf yapılsa çok iyi olur özel eşyalarımızı yanımıza koymak durumundayız yatağa koyduğum eşyalar da kenardan yere düşüp duruyordu aynı şekilde yukarıda kalan kişinin eşyası da üzerime düşer korkusu yaşamadım değil 🤣 tuvaletler idare ederdi. Pub ın üst katında olması sosyallik açısından iyi olsa da bazı günler gece 2 ye kadar çok yüksek sese maruz kalıyorduk.

People are still beautiful in other parts of the World!Enjoy your brief stay in Beautiful and Friendly London,I know others are travelling to different cities. Only stayed for a Night! • Paul (1/5): Please don’t stay at this hell hole - Nothing Booked week before was noisy and the staff are very very rude I booked again and had booked too many days so they wouldn’t let me stay!! Booking.com didn’t tell me there was a limit!! I explained I was stuck and had hardly any money left till I got paid and I would be left on the streets the manager didn’t care said I would be reimbursed 7/10 days which I still have not had refunded… they can take payment in seconds but takes 7/10 for a refund.. luckily I managed to borrow some money from a friend otherwise I would have had to sleep on the streets.. is this how you treat people?? Horrible horrible man I hope that nothing like this ever happens to you no compassion no thought for peoples struggles etc just a cash hungry parasite… do your self a favour don’t stay at this establishment you have been warned
