• Ammoun (5/5): Overall, our stay was fine, though it didn’t fully meet our expectations. - The apartment was located opposite the beach, perfectly positioned between Palm Cove and Cairns. The apartment was not very clean, and unfortunately the oven was not working at all. We contacted someone to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved, which made dinner arrangements difficult.

• Bijal (5/5): - Apartment was ok, big rooms and all utensils provided. Good balcony, Washing machine and dryer. Lights not working in one of the bathroom which got fixed when we raised. Infront of the beach and pool outside. Due to restaurant next door or some plants during the day it was really awful smell outside. Somehow in night the smell went away. Even on the main road and beach across the road whole area is very quite. Parking in garage is very tricky for big cars. Next door neighbor been troublesome as she did not like when kids going in and out also if they talk or make normal noise.

• Pam (9/5): Spacious and comfortable - The apartment was so spacious. Bedrooms were huge. Loved the terrace out the front and direct access to the pool. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee shop next door had great coffee.
• Cheesman (7/5): It was convenient and clean but not ideal for a week-long stay for people wanting to cook at home - Being given 2 sets of keys and a lock box for access to the keys on arrival was very convenient The kitchen appliances (dishwasher and oven) were impossible to use as the writing had all been scrubbed off. The kitchen was missing basic items which made it hard to cook such as a spatula and washing up brush. No aluminum foil or glad wrap or paper towel was provided, or multi-purpose kitchen spray to clean the benches. There was no vacuum cleaner that we could find. We also couldn't find an outdoor shower or tap to wash our feet or bodies after coming in from the beach or pool area. The TV was replaced while we were there but the new TV was very small and the remote control didn't work from the couch as it was too far away, so we had to move the couch closer to the TV to avoid getting up all the time. The vertical blinds were in poor condition in the living room. The cafe/ restaurant next door was noisy a lot of the time when it was open and the sound of the exhaust fans were noisy 24 hours a day.
• Rebecca (7/5): Good - The location was good for our purpose, as we were there for Crankworx. The apartment was spacious and clean and had good facilities, e.g. washing machine, fridge, cook top. The pool was great and well maintained. Minor things that make you feel comfortable or not... Dishes were dirty. Blinds were missing, meaning no privacy in the main living and the main bedroom, we had to move blind pieces so the busy restaurant next door couldn't see into our bedroom. The remote control for the TV was broken and had its batteries hanging out, so we had to put it up away from our 2 yr old.

• Rhonda (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others - It was a convenient location for the purpose of our visit The oven didn’t work. The TV reception wasn’t good as the picture kept on pixelating all the time. You couldn’t get into the garage if all the parking spaces were taken. The pool was extremely hard to get out of especially for older people and the water level was low and it was not serviced at all whilst we were there

• Sarah (9/5): Highly recommend staying here! - Awesome location, directly across the road from the beach, direct access to the house swimming pool, lush garden around the pool, which was the direct view from the terrace. Everything was clean, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils were provided, very easy access to the key through a lockbox. There were even some pool/beach toys for the kids! The area was quiet, we had access to a garage as well as plenty of street parking. We loved our stay here - thank you!! Minor inconvenience of not enough cutlery, I think there were only 5 forks and we were 6 people. Otherwise the kitchen supplies were good.

The kitchen was great, with plenty of space and good facilities, a comfortable living area, lovely deck and BBQ. The children enjoyed the pool. A very enjoyable stay. Some lights not working, couldn't open door to deck from main bedroom. Sensor light of building next door came on and off all night. Maybe faulty?
• John (8/5): Very happy with the apartment as it is right across from the beach and park. - wonderful location and generous layout to the unit. Balcony, pool and pool access all very good. Good size wardrobes and storage. Decor and fittings largely outdated and a little drab. For instance there is only one counter stool, and the oven settings have all faded.

• Grigg (8/5): The unit met our needs and we enjoyed our stay - Apart from tea and coffee facilities there was no breakfast!!, The accommodation was very good, however I will make a few comments in the next section. We were advised that there was no parking available apart from out on the street!! There was no problem with parking at the rear of the units. There were plenty of plastic containers but very few matching lids! the BBQ was in poor condition but worked OK The cover was disgusting (Sticky and grimy). I went out into the living area in the middle of the night and there were a lot of cockroaches!

Cafe/bar next door and another a short walk away. Bus stops to city and Smithfield are close by. Need to be able to manage a couple of flights of stairs easily.

Facilities were pretty good and well organised There were live music next door restaurant. The atmosphere was good! We liked it. The garage was ok but it was hard to put a large car into the garage. And also, there were no instructions of washing machine and dish washer. At last, the main bathroom's shower head was ridiculous. It sprayed whole bathroom wet. hahaha

A spacious apartment that was well equipped with an awesome covered deck to sit on and enjoy the beautiful sea views through the trees. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Access to pool and beach from ground floor a big advantage. Close to cairns and trinity beach. Quiet peaceful location. Perfect for our family. Unit was nice but in need of some updates. Kitchen appliances were dated. Bathroom had a leak from the basin tap. Door handle and lock on entry door was in poor condition. Had trouble locking at times. Security Screen sliding doors to balcony can be slid past the stop on the left side so unable to be used as a security door. Trundle bed was uncomfortable for the 4th child. Better mattress would have been ideal. Blinds to balcony missing some drapes. Bathroom door has water damage.

• Robyn (9/5): Winter getaway dream place for me. Love my time in Yorkeys and will come back every year to enjoy. - Well-equipped to make living away as homely as possible. Beds super clean and comfortable. So was the couch, easy to snooze off listening to the waves on the beach :) When the restaurant left the noisy AC unit on overnight! There was a 6 hour blackout and the touch battery was 3 years expire making for a very dark and dangerous navigation..

Recommend to go and try the pizza Proper maintenance of the property and appliances. We did not have lighting in the laundy and thw dryer was not in a good qorking condition.It was hard for 5 people to dry their washing in this humidy weather

Great location right opposite the beach. Maintenance issues. The place needs a few repairs. Walked into the ensuite and the door handle fell off, blinds missing, stopper on external door was rusty and fell off etc.

Size of the apartment was great, perfect for a family of 5 with 3 active boys. The dryer didn't work properly, it didn't dry our clothes. The shower/bath didn't work well in the main bathroom. The bath taps didn't turn off when the shower was on, so pressure was weak.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Short Break in Yorkey's Knob - We stayed 4 nights visiting relatives who live in Yorkey's Knob. It is a very quiet township with limited shopping for food and cafes. The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony and a good view to the foreshore. It has full kitchen facilities and is very well equipped - also washer and dryer. Most enjoyable stay.

• phillip (10/5): Christmas in Tropical Queensland - Fantastic location for sight seeing in Northern Queensland - the sights and sounds of the wildlife on the beachfront is a great way to wake up. Apartment was well furnished and extremely comfortable for our family of three. Trish, the manager of the apartments, was always on hand to arrange trips or provide advice on things to do. Whilst there are local buses, you ideally need a car to get the benefit of the many activities there are available in the area. Eating out locally is more takeaway than restaurant - not a problem if you are catering in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay in a quiet and relaxing location.
• Canberra group (10/5): Quiet and close to the beach and closetoswimmingaa - No hot water. Provide milk that already expired. However the apartment is nice and clean.

• KM (6/5): Amazing view rock hard bed and no in room wifi - You couldn't get a better view. The bed was very uncomfortable though. We specifically chose this location over others as it said in room wifi and we needed wifi but in fact you are asked to go next door and pay to use their wifi. Which would be fine if you didn't have to sit on the balcony close to next door to access it. When I told the manager she said she had a dongle thing if I wanted to use it. But even that never got organised before we left.
• N.C. (8/5): Good apartments close to the beach. - Good position. Clean, spacious, no wi fi which is sad for luxury apartments these days. Local restaurants are pretty poor, better to enjoy brought in food on the balcony.
