Good for party place - Please treat this comment as information: I wish I knew before I booked This hotel is not suitable for someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep at night. It is next to the bars and clubs. Nights can be very noisy and uncomfortable. If you are looking for a party place and don't mind a noisy neighbourhood then it is perfect. Location of the hotel is good, close to many restaurants(budget/local) and malls Rates are cheap. Rooms are okay for the price. Things that are not good Internet signals were not reaching in my room TV had only 2 English channels and the sound of those channels dropped after two days. TV screen smaller than my "laptop" Congested room

Worn out hotel - There's rat run beside the staircase..We have booked 2 standard rooms but 2 rooms bed got bugs, old pillows, wall paint drop off..Then we request for Deluxe room but still towel got stain, shower soap bitten by rat, tissue roll not enough..Banned for this hotel, no more next time!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap but no sleep - We stayed over Saturday to Monday and the noise from the bar kept us awake even though we had earplugs. Wifi and breakfast were okay. Sheets were kind of dirty. We should have checked more carefully, the area wasn't what we expected: lots of bars and rats and all in all the area looked sketchy.
- Ruben (8/5): Needs some replacement and repaint - This is the fourth time to book in the hotel and I always requested a specific room in the GF. But seems there is a need to repaint a portion of the wall that looks not good. Towels likewise need to replace. One towel provided to me shows some holes already. The bad part of my stay this time the foot towel was unchanged and it seems used for many times since both parts looks untidy.

Judging from the garden picture that they put up online, people will think that it is a quiet place but actually it is surrounded by pubs. It is so noisy at night to the point that I can't sleep. The service is poor too. No housekeeping for the period of 6 night stay there at all. For breakfast, every single morning I have to wait for the staff to check with the counter if I can have the breakfast although my package include breakfast. The worst is on the last day of stay, they said I am not entitled for breakfast. They have a poor system to manage their hotel.

- Leung (6/5): OK Budget Hotel - Everything is basic given the price level - room, comfort level, cleanliness, service. This is expected. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Only things unexpectedly better are the breakfast and the lady who serves breakfast. She is welcoming, helpful, polite and full of smiles. Guys in reception are cold and not client friendly.

The guy at the front desk, who also seemed like the manager was very rude, the only thing he didn't do was yell at us during check in. He also hung up the phone on me when I called to inform them that we would be checking in late at night. The rooms weren't that clean, very small, so was the bathroom. Towels were old and stained. One night's stay was enough at this place, actually too much. The only good thing about here was the location.

Other reviews talked about how loud their stay was but we didn't have any problems with noise (there were a few loud guests in the middle of the night but we can't blame the hotel for them walking by our room). The hotel is in a great area, the room is comfy, the A/C works great and the staff is nice.
- gaurvi (10/5): Best of the Best - I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. It's location and staff makes it so perfect. Miss Sasha and Mr Jahangir helped me with everything possible. They are so friendly and welcoming. It's a home away from home. I'm not just in love with the city but also in love with this hotel and people. Everything was beautiful. I'm definitely staying in this hotel again.
- Shohug (2/5): Terrible Staff & Rude behavior. Do not Stay. - This was my second stay. I always believe giving people second chance so I decided to stay again. But the staff and their behavior still as terrible as before. Although I book 1 month in advance and I paid in full as my flight was early in the morning so I paid from previous day so that I do not have to worry about my room but as usual like last time they sold the room to someone else and wants to give me single room although I paid for deluxe room and paid from previous night. So my advise to you, if you want to spoiled your holiday or work than stay in this hotel. If not stay away from it. Horrible staff and rude behavior.
- Andrew (6/5): Cheap and you get what you pay for - Reception is staffed 24/7 but at 5:30am they refused to call a taxi to get us to the airport which was very disappointing. Instead they told us to walk around the block to find a taxi. WiFi takes about 15mins to connect to but once connected it doesn't drop out. Upside is its cheap for the location but you definitely only get what you pay for and nothing more.

- Shohug (2/5): Terrible. Don't stay. - I booked 2 room in advance but when I reached at hotel on 31st Dec 2015 was told no room. Send us to another dirty filthy hotel. Hotel that is clearly catered for prostitution together with other customers. As we booked in advance it was cheaper and that's the reason when they got some expensive booking because of last minute so they didn't give us room as I checked with some customers. So I suggests if you don't want to spoiled your holiday do not book here.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended - Not sure who was to blame, we booked with the pay on arrival option & checked in at 1 AM. Guess they assumed we weren't coming and our room was gone. They gave us a room in a super seedy miserable hotel called 33 something!! We HATED our room, changed it twice and chafed our sheets twice, hardly slept. The next morning we went back to V'La and were given a room which again was very bad. I have no idea why all their sheets were that dirty & the pillow cases torn. They promised it was all washed but then!!!! The staff however were super accommodating & I don't think they could do anything else to help. Well, I'll be very wary now on with payment options on Hotels.Com.

The garden at the lobby really make me feel relaxing even it's located in a really crowded spot. For those who really like night life...there's a lot arround this area. The room size,really worth it 4the money I pay. Overall I found it excellent compare 2the price I pay.....

- James (6/5): Fantastic Location, Great Price, OK Facilities - The breakfast is very limited, rooms are quite basic/small and the hotel is noisy at night time. Also, the washrooms are poorly designed - they're tried to create a wetroom, however the toilet is right underneath the shower, which just gets water all over the toilet seat and floor. That said, this hotel offers a fantastic location, right in Bukit Bintang. Public transport is within easy reach and it's cheap. There's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the Petronas Towers are walkable from here. Beds are comfortable, staff are polite and rooms are clean.

- Jesse (2/5): I Hate being Lied to - I booked this hotel from Travelocity. It had decent reviews but the location and price is what pulled me in. I looked clean and would have a nice view. I booked two deluxe rooms with "a pool view". When i arrived the rooms window faced a concrete wall 3 feet away and the second window faced the powerlines and a steet alleyway.. no pool is even on the property. I went to the lobby and showed my reservation for a pool view which i paid more for and they said its a mistake and they dont have them.... OKAY?? So i said thats fine id either like a lower rate or better room. They said no but they would give me free access to a neighbor hotels pool... Really? I can understand legit mistakes but i was lied to just to get more money from me. Please dont stay here there are plenty of very nice places to stay in this area of Chang Mi for the same price or less. I hope Travelocity steps in and deals with people who make fake hotel accommodations.i also took pics if Travelocity is interested :/ very disappointed

Room is clean, comfortable bed and staff are so friendly and very attentive with their customers need. Overall happy and satisfied customer. When i go back to malaysia, i will stay in the same hotel. :-)
- Anett (8/5): Oasis in the middle of Kuala Lumpur - Nice little place with some nice decoration, good value for the Bucks. Very friendly welcome, got an "upgrade" for my 6 days stay. Room was on the 4th floor in the new building with a little view of the soroundings. If you are a light sleeper there is a bar with loud music and sometimes roof garden party just beside!

- marly (6/5): Basic comfort in kuala lumpur - Very small room not as seen on pics. For a short stay is good right at the centre of town. That's it! To locate it is quite difficult even taxi drivers have no clue. The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis even if u request. What I liked was the proximity to the malls n the bus/train stations. The wifi availability not so good. Breakfast is basic n the same daily.

So, by using a cab to move is not advised coz too expensive although its just not too far. Pubs are around this hotel. Restaurant as also near to this hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Better options available - The only redeeming quality is the location, which is right in the heart of Changkat. Aside from that, this is what you can expect: -unhelpful front staff who don't seem overly interested in helping out -dirty rooms; i found bugs in my bathroom -dirty bedding - my sheets had notable stains on them (multiple colors). when I asked for new ones, the cleaning staff came and explained to me they were clean even though there stains. -smoking - though the rooms say no smoking, the ventilation bring smoke from other rooms into yours. -noisy - it's right next to a club which plays loud music til late in the night. you can hear bass through the walls. There are also windows to the hallway so you can hear everything going on in the hallway.
- B (4/5): Not a good choice to stay here - Bad experience in payment insisting I pay cash but I made my booking online and provided my card. Made my stay uncomfortable instead of getting some rest I was worrying why my card did not work out. The problem was settled when the manager was on duty at night I asked his help eventually my payment via card went through. Breakfast is fine I love the watermelon that comes with the regular breakfast offered. Bedsheets and comforter have yellow stains. Pillows have dark black spots that looked like molds good thing the pillow case were clean. What baffled me was my reservation came with free internet connection and I didnt have a reliable connection inside the room. I have to go to to the hotel lobby to go online. I need a reliable connection for my kids and my work also. Disappointed!

The third room was fine and we had a nice stay. They have elevator doors but no elevator! The breakfast was simple and not very good nor hot but edible.
- Nitesh (4/5): Too small rooms - As a budget hotel and the price at which I stayed it was worth. Yes the rooms were too small to stay and were not cleaned on second day, but still managable. If you have to come to sleep only then it is fine. Somehow the location in Bunting Bitang for this hotel is best, because if I was one street back, it was too noisy at night. I was saved. Breakfast was same everyday, but managable. Best thing about this hotel is Bunting Bithang monorail station is walkaway. Please carry your plug converters, if you are from India.
- Tang (4/5): price cheap - Hotel is far away from mono rail station. At least 15mins walk. Hotel cleaning service & manner is worse. Hang out the cleaning room tag at noon but no one cleaning when back at 6pm. When asking reception to help, need to wait 30mins. And the room services lady was rough & show you "black face". Even ask to open the door for her!!
- Benji (8/5): Hotel V'La Heritage - Bukit Bintang - This hotel was situated close to everything! It was a 2 minute walk from the Jalan Alor Street Food Markets and only took 5-10 minutes to walk to the Lot 10, Pavilion and Berjaya Times Square Shopping Centres. The continental breakfast that was included in our package was not too bad, they served eggs, sausages and a noodle or rice dish every morning. The room was quite clean and the air con was nice and cold.

Air con is great in the rooms. Rooms themselves are satisfactory- bed sheets and towels are stained (not dirty). For the money- it is great though.

Pros: reasonable price, eclectic decor, good breakfast-nice eating area, very helpful daytime staff, central location, many restaurants nearby Cons: pub and karaoke nearby so bring earplugs, very small room- about 18 inches between wall and the double bed.

Room is good clean .. even it is small for me just nice but water pressure a bit low need to be improve. Other then that I say recommended budget hotel ... Will be back soon
