• Stéphane (8/5): Bon séjour, assez étonnant du fait que nous étions les 2 seuls clients !! - Le personnel était très gentil. Literie et propreté de la chambre trés bien. Dîner plutôt raffiné , hors d'oeuvres surtout, un peu moins aimé la viande de veau que le poisson crispy. Cheesecake un peu lourd . Très copieux. un peu déçus pour le petit-déjeuner, on avait trouvé le dîner la veille trés bon dans l'ensemble et je m'attendais à du bon café, du pain frais, du vrai beurre, salade de fruits frais .... il y a eu un problème pour le café, imbuvable, on a demandé des œufs brouillés : on nous a apporté des œufs trop cuits, en quantité énorme, pas bons. salade de fruits frais .... Je pense qu'étant les seuls clients ils ont proposé un petit déjeuner revu à la baisse, dommage

• Eva (10/5): - Hotel na prekrásnom mieste. Veľmi milý personál, skvelé jedlo a útulne izby. Wellness prekonal všetky očakávania. Po lyžovačke padla super sauna, vírivka aj bazén. Výhľad z lehátka pri bazéne je absolútna topka!!! Nie je absolútne čo vytknúť.

• Agnese (7/5): - Le stanze , l’accoglienza, la location e’ perfetta, sala sci comoda, hotel attaccato alle piste, cani ammessi, personale e proprietaria molto gentile. Troppo tempo per consegnare le chiavi della camera, box doccia rotto, sauna e idro massaggio in locale troppo freddo a cui si accede passando per un garage, cibo mediocre.

• Miroslav (10/5): Skutočne výnimočný hotel - Neuveriteľné prostredie priesmyku Pordoi, krásny historický a zároveň moderný hotel s priestrannými izbami, výťahom a vlastným parkoviskom, fantastické viacchodové večere. Hotel je pár metrov od vrcholovej stanice kabínky a sedačky, milý a ústretový personál. Skutočne výnimočné!
• Attila (9/5): Astonishing Location, Great Kitchen, Kind Staff - First of all, the location is utterly astonishing. It's right at the edge of Passo Pordoi, on the Arabba side, with all the implications of this fact. The views are spectacular. The way up is around 30-ish hairpins from either direction. The traffic is either terribly heavy or non-existent depending on the season and the time of day. Do not expect a whole lot of options when it comes to restaurants, obviously. But looking up at the mountains from there is totally worth it. The rooms are somewhat simplistic, traditional. They are clean, functional, nevertheless. The common areas are great, they are really cozy, well-furnished, and airy. The staff is kind, helpful, courteous. There were not a whole lot of people at the time of our travel, so we really felt the attention provided. The kitchen is great, the dinner was very delicious (half-board: three courses, three choices for both first and second course, rather good food, great dessert), and the breakfast was also pretty good, kitchen service staff was also very kind and attentive. Expect that you are still in a mountain pass. Water is somewhat difficult to get up there, so there is some water-consumption based payment. Our room was probably a later addition to the building, so it was a bit cold-ish in October. Nothing freezing, but certainly not warm either.

• Nicole (8/5): - L'hotel è un po' retrò ma con uno stile piacevole e accogliente, il personale è gentile e la colazione a buffet molto buona! C'è anche la possibilità di usufruire dell'idromassaggio e della sauna. Accanto alla struttura c'è la fermata della navetta per il Passo Sella, molto comodo per chi vuole fare passeggiate in zona. Andava tutto bene

L unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto che non sapevo che le bevande e il caffè non erano compresi, secondo me bastava specificarlo.

• Benno H.J. (9/5): Top uitvalsbasis voor een motortrip! - Mooie ruime kamer voor 3 volwassenen met goede bedden. Heerlijk rustig bovenop de Pordoi pas gelegen. Mooie uitzichten en opties tot wandelen. Bedienend personeel zou iets meer taalvaardig mogen zou in.

Very quiet and cozy at night, while during the day the pass is full of activity. Tasty food and a restaurant with a wonderful view of the mountains. I went out late in the evening to look at the night sky, and when I came back everything was locked, nobody was around, and no one answered the phone. If my wife hadn’t been inside to let me in through the emergency exit (which could only be opened from inside), I would have had to spend the night outside...

• LAURA (10/5): Excelencia - La ubicación es excelente, está en pleno Passo Pordoi donde se puede coger teleférico o empezar diferentes rutas. La habitación era gigante y comodísima. Llegamos tarde a la cena y nos esperaron. El hotel tiene mucho encanto e historia y el personal es majísimo. El desayuno es excelente. .

• Manfred (8/5): Gutes Hotel in einmaliger Lage am Pordoijoch. - Hotel mit Flair, alles sehr ordentlich, sehr gute Küche. Die Matratzen sind "durchgelegen" und gehören getauscht, man "versinkt" im Bett. Überraschend an so einem Tourismus-Hotspot: Personal im Restaurant spricht weder Englisch und schon gar nicht Deutsch, mühsam, wen man nicht Italienisch spricht.

• John (7/5): Simple friendly hotel in stunning location - This is a simple family-run hotel that has been welcoming travellers at the top of the Passo Pordoi since the 19th Century. It is now surrounded by the car parks, souvenir shops and other accoutrements to be expected from a 21st-century ski resort. Nice room and pleasant staff. Good for a no-frills stay at the top of a stunning Alpine pass.

• frank (8/5): Mooie plek - Authentiek, vriendelijk, goed ontbijt maar terrible diner, neem geen halfpension hoewel: op de top zijn er geen alternatieven. Inrichting is prachtig passend bij de plek, heb wel de indruk dat er weinig geïnnoveerd wordt. Hoe hou je toekomstige klanten vast? Innoveer! De geweldige locatie en authentieke inrichting niets aan doen maar maak personeel meer toegankelijk (keukenprsoneel verstaat geen Italiaans, Duits noch Engels). Trek het prachtige terras bij de lunch overdag. Wees actief in marketing anders gaat deze parel verloren!
