- Isaac (10/5): - Un alojamiento increíble sin duda. Tiene todo lo necesario Y MÁS. Hay dos puntos que me resultaron incómodos pero que no deslicen la estancia. 1) La entrada: te encuentras con una maraña de puertas en la que para abrir una tienes que cerrar la otra y casi no tienes espacio. Luego tienes que subir unas escaleras empinadas para acceder al alojamiento. 2) Debajo del alojamiento vive un vecino, con el que compartes la entrada y, al parecer, el WiFi. De hecho, vino a tocarnos la puerta porque no recibía señal y nos dijo que si habíamos tocado algo. Traté de solucionarlo y listo, no hubo más. Pero fue una situación algo rara.

- Araceli (8/5): Bien rebien!! - Apartamento muy cuco y bien ubicado con supermercados cerca y zona muy tranquila a 20 minutos del centro andando y zona de aparcamiento justo delante!! El apartamento muy acogedor, bien equipado y el baño súper cómodo, todo limpio y la cama y sofá bien!! La puerta de entrada y escalera de acceso al apartamento es muy empinada con escalones con poco fondo, muy incómoda sobre todo para gente mayor o niños. La cafetera Doce gusto no funcionaba. Las sartenes estaban muy viejas y rayadas.

- Mark (6/5): - Well presented and reasonably priced apartment in beautiful Cuenca with a comfortable double bed and easy parking outside. A very helpful lady at the office where we collected the keys. Close to supermarkets and a very quiet location (except for road noise at night). WiFi was good and kitchen fine for a couple of days. The stairs are dangerous going up to the bedroom loft space. The handrail is loose and really needs to be better secured - it is an accident waiting to happen. It is mentioned in numerous previous reviews but not resolved. Maintenance is poor - the radiator in the bedroom fell off the wall during our stay. It is too heavy to be attached to a stud wall using standard wall plugs. Its clearly happened before given the numerous other drill holes in the wall. The shower hose is damaged and most of the water leaks out before it reaches the shower head. We spent an eternity trying to turn on the induction hob. Instructions would have been helpful. The location is well away from the historic centre. You will need transport if you want to visit.
- Blasco (7/5): - Un alojamiento completamente equipado, muy confortable y acogedor, barrio tranquilo pero alejado de lo que es el caso histórico, pero para aparcar por allí sin problemas La limpieza que deja mucho que desear, nos encontramos manchas de aceite en la vitro, un pañuelo tirado por el suelo, el rollo de papel estaba sucio, en general, no estaba muy limpio. Además éramos 2 y solo había un juego de toallas.

- Janet (7/5): Has potential, but safety issues. - Location: free parking, ease of key collection, comfy bed. No instructions for hob use, no kettle found, no wine glasses found. Above all a dangerous hand rail tied with black tape leading to the bedroom!! A new rail must be fitted before a serious accident occurs.

- Serena (10/5): Una perla in Cuenca - L'appartamento è forse uno dei migliori in cui io abbia mai soggiornato. Il parcheggio è comodo e gratuito di fronte alla porta d'ingresso. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato con molto buon gusto. È funzionale e sono presenti piccole attenzioni pe gli ospiti, tra cui l'occorrente per il caffè e tutti gli utensili per cucinare. Sono presenti lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Forse la presenza delle scale può rendere difficoltoso l'accesso coi bagagli
- Andrii (9/5): Superb - The location is very convenient for those with a car, and having free, easy parking right by the apartment is a big plus, especially since parking closer to the old town can be challenging. The apartment is well-equipped with everything necessary for a long stay, including a comfortable bed, electric heating, and large panoramic windows. Overall, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and it’s a place one would love to return to if possible. Overall, there wasn't anything too critical, but I'll mention a few points that might be important for someone. The keys had to be picked up in the city center, about 2 km from the apartment, with paid parking nearby. The entrance door is inconvenient as it’s in a narrow corridor, so you have to open it simultaneously with the main building door. Additionally, you could hear when the neighbor downstairs came in. After climbing the stairs, there was a leak at the entrance to the apartment, but this happened after a heavy rain. There’s limited space to hang coats, the sofa is worn out and quite uncomfortable, and where to take out the trash wasn't clear.

À boir kes maisons suspendues du XIV ème siècle . Grosse chaleur en juillet mais de nombreux espaces verts séjour agréable
- Yolanda (10/5): Muy buena relacion calidad-precio - El hotel estaba muy bien, a unos minutos andando de la zona historica y muy limpio y moderno. Lo unico malo es que dormimos en una habitacion con cama supletoria y para que mi hija no se cayera de la cama dormi yo en ella y el colchon era malisimo, se notaban todos los muelles. Para un niño sin problema, pero para un adulto fatal..., menos mal que yo duermo en cualquier sitio.
