• Jaana (6/5): Hyvällä sijainnilla, kohtuulinen majoitus, mutta korvatulpat tarpeen - Sijainti loistava, lähellä London Bridgen metroasemaa ja rautatieasemaa. Runsas valikoima ruokaravintoloita, kahviloita ja pubeja lähistöllä ja myös Borough Market lähellä. Muutama ruokakauppa myös lähellä. Henkilökunta ei kertonut avainapplikaatiosta, vaan jokainen joutui itse päättelemään, kuinka lukituista ovista pääsee sisään. Vilkkaan pääkadun varrella, josta valitettavasti kuuluu runsaasti ääniä. Metrotunneli on myös suoraan rakennuksen alla, josta kantautui tärinää ja metron jyrinä jopa toiseen kerrokseen. Sänkyjen alla olevat laukkulokerikot ovat sängyn alta vedettäviä, joten jotkut vetelivät niitä edestakaisin myös keskellä yötä, jopa kymmeniä kertoja, niistä lähti todella ärsyttävä jyrinä myös muista kerroksista. Ei mitään järkeä. Kaikki äänet kantautuivat käytäviltä ja yläpuolelta. Sänkyn patjat vähän kulahtaneita, tyynyt lättänöitä. Missään ei ollut tietoa hostellin alimman kerroksen ruokaravintolan ruokalistasta.

• Rachel (6/5): Great location, there are definitely better nearby. - Great location, bed linen and toilets were clean. Two toilets and one shower for three dorms. Bed curtains on lower bunks don’t close past the ladder, and my bed faced the door. Had an incredibly inconsiderate person in the dorm (lights on and off repeatedly at 7am while 13 others were sleeping and rattling round loudly for one hour) and the lack of privacy curtain/light blocking made it impossible to ignore. Beds are both hard and saggy at the same time, but linen was cosy and spotless. Staff barely spoke two words on check in, no information on facilities or location of anything and any time you asked them something they were annoyed. Not the most social hostel.
• Borges (8/5): - A localização é excelente, perto de várias atrações e do metrô. As camas são confortáveis. Os atendentes são bem tranquilos e solícitos. Eu pedi pra trocar de cama pq a tomada da minha não funcionava e o funcionário prontamente me atendeu e trocou as camas. Tem lockers dentro dos quartos pra guardar roupas. Tem mesas, cadeiras e espelhos dentro do quarto. O prédio é muito confuso, parece um labirinto com várias escadas e portas que dão pra lugares estranhos. Além disso, pro hostel inteiro só existe uma salinha com dois sofás e um microondas que só vive fedendo, as pessoas comem a comida de mão e fica um odor muito forte, é desconfortável ficar nesse lugar... não tem um lounge descente ou área de convívio, sendo necessário comer na entrada do hostel ou dentro do quarto. Pra acessar o hostel e os quartos é necessário instalar um aplicativo no celular, que abre as portas com bluetooth. Mas se o celular estiver descarregado a pessoa fica na rua... Até pra ir no banheiro precisava levar o celular. Depois de uns dias eu aprendi que também existia uma senha que dava pra digitar na porta, que está disponível no aplicativo mas ninguém avisou nada sobre isso. Com a senha ficou muito mais fácil. Todos os dias tem uma festa no térreo que é bem barulhenta, no meu quarto era até tranquilo, mas fora dele era muito barulho até tarde (umas 3h/4h da manhã). As tomadas da cama são padrão da Inglaterra, então precisa de adaptador. Algumas das camas não funciona a entrada USB pra carregamento, então a pessoa fica sem carregar ou pega um carregador. O armazenamento que fica embaixo da cama não dá pra usar pq as camas são muito perto umas das outras, então nem tem como puxar ele pra guardar as bagagens. A cortina da cama não fecha inteira, as camas de baixo não tem cortina na parte da escada, então dá pra ver todo mundo que tá deitado pelo espaço sem cortina.

• zeynep çakmak (10/5): çok iyi lokasyon - Sanırım üçünü kez kalıyorum, merkezi ve canlı lokasyona sahip. Odalar temiz ve rahat. Lodon bridge metro istasyonu 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Kadınlar bölümüne ulaşmak zor gerçekten, çok güvenli :D Resepsiyon yoğun olabiliyor, son gidişimde acelem vardı, check in yapıp hemen çıkmak istediğim için biraz stres oldum.

• Monami (10/5): Great! - It was clean. Close to my destination. Easy to find. Also close to tube station as well. Staff are helpful and their coin locker was a massive hit for me. The Oasis part is really safe for solo girl travellers like me. I didn’t like that a male used to come to the room at noon. He was a staff and used come for work only when other female workers were present. I could see that. But I still didn’t like that. Cause us girls don’t really wear much clothes when we’re comfortable in our room. It was huge shock for me. I would appreciate if they replace him with a female worker for Oasis part.

Que sea solo mujeres una parte. Habitaciones pequeñas ncluso ls de 4 personas, con poco espacio.Y el.sitio para poder cenar en invierno muy reducido
• Linda (7/5): Not my cup of tea - The property was near a couple things that I guess people wanted to see. The staff were nice. The bar next-door was a great amenity. The security was pretty good. The property wasn’t as close to the places that I wanted to see including the Christmas markets of Covent Garden and others. I walked to the theater for the show, SIX, that I wanted to see; however, when I went to get a bicycle taxi back, the guy told me it was too far. When I told him I walked there, he finally agreed to take me, charged me €70! I had a top bunk, which was not a good idea for a 70 year-old, especially when I had to get up and down in the night to use the bathroom. Otherwise the bunk was clean, the sheets were clean and nice, the mattress was adequate, & the comforter served its purpose, but the pillow was horrible: thin and flat. it was really hot in the room with 10 women and we were only able to open the window about 6 inches. One of the women in the room was sick with a cold, coughing and sneezing, and blowing her nose and just really obviously very unwell. At least she kept the curtain to her bunk closed. But trying to keep the bunk curtain closed just turned it into a sweltering bed. The two nights and days I was there, a guy in the other half of my floor would end up, screaming and banging the wall because he couldn’t work the doors to get through the security locks. He couldn’t figure out how to use the app or the code or open the door at the same time is pushing the security button. This was really a horrible situation that was not dealt with appropriately after somebody else reported him. The bathroom was always clean; and we seem to work out rotation for showers and toilet. However, there are very few hooks and nowhere to place your toiletries or makeup. Most of the young women were putting on make up daily. I would not recommend this place for older women who have issues with arthritis or balance or joint issues, unless you requested the bottom bunk.

• Rosa Almudena (7/5): - Fácil para llegar. La habitación femenina es amplia. El desayuno no esta incluido pero creo que compensa. Que se tuviera que hacer todo con el móvil. Si no tienes Internet puede ser un problema. Los colchones son quizas demasiado finos. Los baúles para dejar tus cosas bajo la cama tienen algunos la vinagre rota y es muy incómodo el tener que estar sosteniendo la tapa mientras metes o sacas las cosas.

• Edith (6/5): - Breakfast was good, Very crowded. Shades for bed were not long enough to block out light, i.e. one foot too short. No electricity in the room for 2+ days, i.e. Saturday 8am to Monday 10am. Some reception were kind and helpful; others were curt and acted bothered by my questions. Key codes for hostel/ OASIS/ room had to be reset several times on my phone; in talking with other guests, I was not the only one with reset issues.
• Taylor (3/5): The storage was so inconvenient to use that I ended my stay early, as I needed my suitcase to be easily accessible. - Good location The underbed storage was incredibly inconvenient to use. You have to use one hand to hold the lid open, and it only goes up to about a 60° angle, and then use your other hand to lift and manoeuvre your 20kg suitcase to fit into the drawer, all without accidentally pushing the drawer back under the bed which forces the the lid down even lower.

• Khrystyna (8/5): Excellent location with friendly staff. The hostel and rooms were clean and well-maintained. - The location is perfect. Rooms were clean. Bed covers and mattresses were clean and comfortable. In general, the building is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe in the woman's part that was locked with app locks. I was pleased that in our room, the ladies were respectful to each other, and even if someone got up early or returned late, it wasn't noisy. The room was well furnished (mirrors, chairs, 2 tables). The only problem I had was not enough space between beds. It wasn't easy to roll out my locker from under the bed and fully open it. An extra 10 sm would solve the problem. I had to keep the cap of the locker in one hand while putting/taking out my suitcase in the other.
• Julija (3/5): Poor - The location. Unfortunately, our stay at this hostel was quite disappointing. Cons: The rooms were extremely small for the number of guests crammed into them. Beds were very noisy and extremely uncomfortable – definitely not ideal for a restful night. There was no real security or privacy – only curtains around the beds, and no lockers included unless you paid extra at reception. The metal cages under the beds for personal belongings looked odd and didn't feel secure. Towels were not provided unless paid for, which added to the cost. The bathrooms were dirty and very worn out, much like the hostel overall, which felt run-down and poorly maintained. Breakfast was a letdown – very limited, low-quality food served in a poorly lit, dirty basement room. Not worth the money. Staff at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful, which added to the negative experience. The app-based door system was awkward to use, especially for our group of three. One of us was elderly and had trouble with it – they had to wake someone up just to go to the toilet or leave the room, since a phone was required every time. Overall, this hostel did not meet even basic expectations. While budget accommodations don’t need to be fancy, cleanliness, comfort, and a sense of security should be standard. We wouldn’t recommend this place.

• Bains (6/5): It was safe, clean and the location was good, the downfall was the bathroom - Female only side was nice, it was behind 2 password protected doors. The beds were clean and privacy screens were nice. The bathroom was small only 2 very small sinks for the whole women’s area. The bathroom wasn’t too clean. The sinks were the push to activate the water for 10 seconds and then it stops which is very annoying. Your touching the dirty sink mid way washing you face to push the water back.

Beds was fine and had a curtain, which even though did go all the way to isolate helped a little. doors with code on a new app on phone not card which I was the first time using so had some problems with it, not much explaining and had to have phone charged and with me all times. no kitchen area or social area, just bedrooms and bathroom so I was unable to cook or had any meal on the hostel and.

• Svitlana (6/5): Excellent location - Location is excellent. 24/7 reception. Enough amount of toilets and showers on floors. Elevator is essential to reach upper floors. Bed is big and comfortable Very tiny common place, no real kitchen, only kettle and microwave, but the only place where you can charge devices from a few USB since in your place over a bed only British sockets. There are no hooks for coats and no chairs in the room.

• Marina (8/5): Very good - It was my 2nd time, it was good, I actually like that there is almost no contact needed with employees thanks to the app, I prefer systems and messaging. Some girls were very annoyingly loud after midnight but it's about people not the hostel... USB charging didn't work this time, I tried also to plug in my cable in couple of vacant beds, didn't work either. Maybe now USB option doesn't work and only "actual" plug is needed, I didn't ask at the reception because of long queue there when I was leaving. Also I wasn't able to use my metal locker under the bed because the other bed is too close to mine.

The flush didn’t work properly in both toilets.. There’s additional bathrooms in other areas but shared with more rooms.

• Yessica (8/5): Good location, but it could be cleaner - It's comfortable. The location is good. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms are not so good. They are small, uncomfortable, and not clean enough. The space to store the bags is not comfortable, and the beds are very close to each other.
• Martha (6/5): Good value for money, but not much privacy and definitely in the budget range. - Bathroom was close to the room. 24hr access. Brightly lit entrance, and close to several small supermarkets. The women I shared the dorm with were lovely, and everyone was respectful. The entrance key was via an app .... not really the most reliable and it took a long time to get through each door because it had to bluetooth connect. Good idea but fairly average execution.
