• Nothreeputts (10/5): Nice stay, good bed, good breakfast - Hi gang, Here in Sioux Falls we opted to stay at this Comfort Inn because of its good rooms and breakfast. Our room had privacy, comfortable bed, easy access to elevator and all the breakfast necessities you’d want to eat. That is what I look for in a hotel stay. Close to shopping and freeway. Plenty of eating places nearby. I recommend a stay here for the weary traveler. Rich

Bathroom shower didn't work right, there is no vent fan and the the only way we got hot water from the sink is if we kept turning the valve underneath the sink and the room heater didn't wanna work correctly. Very quiet, clean and friendly staff! Paul and Desire were very accomodating and helpful in securing our reservation and checking us in. We definitely recommend and we look forward to returning again!

• James (4/5): Not up to the Comfort standard we expect. - The staff was nice, the breakfast was as expected. However the room had numerous problems. #1, this was a handicap room but the toilet was lower than normal with no assist bars and the bed was so high that my wife had to have a step stool to get on it. The maintenance on the room was very poor with the bulbs missing from the floor lamp, all the visible wall plugs were so worn that they would not hold standard charger modules, the thermostat on the air conditioner was wildly off, an even the glass shower door was out of alignment so it did not function properly.

The door to the room was so difficult to open that I had to use all of my body weight to get in and out of our unit. Parking lot only had some of the lights in working order. • Amber (8/5): Friendly staff but little negatives - The bed was firm, but comfortable... the sofabed was most definitely NOT. The littles ended up just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out. There was mold under the edge of the bath mat and in the shower corners but otherwise, it was clean enough to use. It would be helpful if there was an exhaust fan to help pull moisture out of the air. All of that being said, the staff was super friendly, even with our late check in. If the mold and sofa bed are addressed, this would easily earn a 5 star review from me.
