• Dale (8/5): - Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They do have food available but mostly microwave meals or frozen pizza.... but if you get in on a Sunday and almost nothing else in town is open, it is nice to have something so conveniently located.

• SANDRA (8/5): HEULA - Une arrivée tardive, et très bien accueillie. Chambre très confortable, avec œuvre humoristique de Heula. Salle de bain qui aurait pu être parfaite s’il n’y avait pas eu un cheveu qui traînait dans la douche. Salle de fitness très appréciable, il y manque juste un petit peu d’aération. Mais à 9h30 aucun accueil pour le petit déjeuner, dommage!

• Jean-Pierre (8/5): Un choix sûr - Tout a été presque parfait excepté le réveil à 1h20 la première nuit pour une fausse alerte incendie, nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi puisqu'il a été impossible de retrouver le sommeil après ça...par contre pas un mot d'excuse ni une proposition de nous offrir un verre ou autre pour effacer ce désagrément. Pour autant tout était malgré tout, très bien.

• Anna (6/5): Dommage pour le service, sinon bon cadre - L’hôte est très bien, mais service très limité. Il faisait froid dans la chambre et pour chercher le chauffage d’appoint proposé il fallait descendre à l’accueil (après une journée de travail de 20h, je n’ai pas eu la force et donc j’ai eu froid car chauffage principal en mode été en juin en Normandie !!!) Au petit déjeuner, qui est très pauvre en choix, la dame m’a tout simplement proposé “me débrouiller” avec les œufs… viennoiseries industrielles pas bonnes… vraiment il y une grosse marge de progression dans le service. Sinon, très propre, literie correcte, parking. Les installations sont parfaites, il faut juste apprendre d’être au service des voyageurs, à mon avis la base de l’hôtellerie, n’est pas ?

I enjoyed my stay and wished it had been for longer. Everything was clean, the room was a really good size. I would defintely return.

• christian (8/5): Mauvaise entente - Le séjour était agréable à par un bémol c'est que entre la réservation et la sortie de l hotel il y a fallu payer deux fois une fois hotel.com et surprise l hotel ibis style à la sortie du séjour.peut être manque d informations entre les deux prestataires

• John (10/5): IKEA crossed with Holiday inn express - a very pleasant 3 night stay. The hotel is very colourful and comfortable with a great shower in the rooms. The room heating seems to switch off through the night which makes for a cold sleep. The restaurants in Flers are amazing and well worth a visit. The train station is a 10 min walk and very convenient for Paris.

• Woody (8/5): Shiny and new - The hotel is very new and obviously designed for short stays and business travellers. Our room was large, ultra clean, and functional, but apart from the bed had very few aids to comfort. Only one plastic chair, and a plastic "hospital bed" type table. The breakfast offerings were very good, but the colour changing flashing lights were a bit out of place, and we couldn't see why they were there. Great for one night!
