- Kai (10/5): The location was great and the room was big and spacious - We were on the 7th floor in room 703 and I really loved the room. It was a big room and a nice bathtub. What made our stay great was the cheerful and incredibly helpful staff of the hotel. They provided advice, support for trips and transfers to the airport. The bell man staff were super friendly, he always said hello with us every time he met us.

For service the day staff are very courteous and nice however the night staff were very rude and non friendly Room size and lobby is very very disappointing... they are very small. Though rooms are neat and clean but size is unexpectedly super small with no balconies or outside view also. You will be lucky to have a window if atvall you have. This is rated as 4 star but not sure how basis the amenities.. however for the location and some courteous staff marks on. The morning breakfast menu for veg is also very limited and whatever is there also is not good... :(. If u are a vegetarian.. be prepared to carry se food or survive on fruits and salads.

Toilet is leaking. entrance is like someone entering a shop. Breakfast is without Much choices. Not on time in the morning. Reception staff is rude. It is better to avoid this hotel. Three are much better choices available.

My friend and I wanted to find a place to rent a bike so we asked for advice. The receptionist named Phillip took his motorbike to take my friend to see the bike, then took my friend back to the hotel😊. The room is clean, elegant, the wall paintings are quite beautiful, the bed is quite comfortable, the room is not spacious but just enough for my needs.
