Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war ok, es wurde nur das nötigste gemacht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das einzig positive an dieser Unterkunft ist der bezaubernde Ausblick von der Terrasse.

• Muhammed (2/5): - Das Zimmer war nicht sauber das Bad war nicht sauber. Unser Balkon war voll mit Vogelscheiße. Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Der Abfluss vom Bad war nicht ausreichend, so dass da das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Ausreichend aber nicht mit viel Auswahl. Der kleine Mini Kühlschrank war nicht sauber da waren Haare drinne. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert hat aber gestunken. Es war abends sehr laut, da in der Nähe sehr viele Bars sind, weil die Anlage direkt in der Innenstadt ist. Die Lage vom Hotel ist top

• abdulkadir (10/5): Harika bir konaklama - Otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Odalar son derece temiz ve ferah. Yataklar rahat, uyku kalitemiz oldukça iyiydi. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine ve turistik yerlere çok yakın. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve her zevke uygun seçenekler mevcut. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve sunumu da oldukça başarılıydı. Personel son derece nazik, yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Check-in ve check-out işlemleri hızlı ve sorunsuzdu. Oteldeki genel atmosfer huzurlu ve samimi. İnternet bağlantısı güçlü ve kesintisizdi. Otelin dekorasyonu modern ve zevkliydi. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Teşekkür ederiz!
• DONNA (6/5): Ok for an overnight stay - Ok for overnight stay. I have to agree that the room wasn't as clean as expected and very basic. however, for the price point in Kalkan it was ok. The breakfast and view from the restaurant was lovely. The reception staff were helpful and polite.
• Hugo (2/5): Hôtel à fuir pour son service médiocre - Je ne comprends pas les notes misent pour cet établissement Sur la page de l’hôtel, il a mentionné « parking gratuit » sauf qu’il n’y a pas de parking gratuit, les gens se garent sur les côtés des rues qui ne sont pas des parking et peu de place, le seul vrai parking est payant Il faudra monter de longs escaliers pour arriver à l’hôtel cependant il est bien placé L’accueil est basique La chambre bas de gamme, assez petite et pas complètement propre, la Clim fonctionne bien, le lit n’est pas très confortable mais ça va, il a un frigo a l’intérieur de la chambre Depuis la chambre nous attendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir ou dehors Le montant de la porte est tombé sur ma tête en voulant ouvrir la porte, heureusement que je ne me suis pas fait mal Pour le petit déjeuner, très peu de choix, le personnel se permet de manger en meme temps que les clients sans remplir les plats et de se garder certains aliments pour eux, ils ne sont pas du tout cordiaux et pas aimable. • Ümit (10/5): - Kalkan’ın tam kalbinde yer alan bu şirin otel için tam bir fiyat-performans oteli diyebilirim. Merkezi konumda yer almasının yanı sıra şirin odaları gayet temiz ve kullanışlı. Sabah kahvaltılarını terastaski harika deniz manzaralı alanda yapabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve kesinlikle güzel. Ayrıca otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Eğer Kalkan’a gelirseniz her yere beş dakika mesafede olan bu otelde gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Sorun olarak söyleyebileceğim tek şey otopark olabilir. Otelin bir sokak üstünde park yeri var oraya koyabiliyorsunuz. Çok kalabalık olduğu için yer bulmak zor olabiliyor ancak büyük bir sorun değil.

Breakfast is nice , fresh juice etc Nothing, wouldnt want to stay a week here unless l was going for the party scene but a fabulous location.
• yildiz (6/5): Otel deneyimi üzücüydü - Konakladığım otel genel anlamda vasat bir otel,odalar temiz görünsede bakımsız perdeler kornişlerden ayrılıyor yatak ve klimanın konumu çok kötü,çok gürültülü bir sokak olduğundan pencereler kapalı oluyor,klima çalışıyor ama klima tam yatağa karşı olduğundan insana vuruyor o yüzden uzun soluklu çalıştıramıyorsun,banyodan gelen ps koku sabaha kadar fan çalışmasına rağmen gitmedi,otelin tek artısı çayı katı restoran manzarasında kahvaltı ama kahvaltıda öyle aman aman değil tek gece için yer ayırtmıştık iyiki de tek gece için miş daha fazlası çeklmezmiş.

• Graham (10/5): - What a great little hotel and right in the heart of the old town. easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants all right on the doorstep. The staff were fabulous, warm and welcoming, always very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was brilliant too, lots of variety brought to your table. Don't expect a full English and why would you. Go for the healthy option of olives, several different breads, eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumber and at least 4 different jams and honeys. Room service was always available. We're going back as soon as we can.

• Monika-alisa (9/5): Good hotel if you go to bed at 2a.m.) - The hotel has a good layout, located in the very center of the old city, in a quiet alley. There are small restaurants nearby, but there is no noise from them. The room was clean, there were shampoos, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, an electric kettle. What we didn't like, unfortunately, doesn't depend on the hotel. It was the music and noise that came from the dance floor and restaurants by the sea. All we could do was close the window tightly and turn on the air conditioner at night. I recommend the hotel for one or two nights, as it is close to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants. If stay longer, then close the windows at night.

Resepsiyon altındaki odalar maalesef kotta kalması sebebiyle bu şekilde. Ek olarak gürültülü bir ortama sahip. • Esref (4/5): - Das Erreichen der Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Wir haben ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen (angeblich Terrassenlevel). Dies war nirgends vermerkt. Keine Gardine an einem Fenster so dass man reinschauen konnte. Kein Toilettenpapier. Diese beiden Punkte wurden zum Glück vom netten Personal behoben. Dennoch würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, da bis Nachts nach 2 Uhr laute Musik gespielt wurde.

Leider hatten wir nur Economy Zimmer gebucht, welche sehr klein und dunkel waren. Leider war auf Grund von Renovierung auch nicht alles sauber, z.B.Haare im Bad, Boden verunreinigt.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Great staff but overall a poor stay - The lady running reception is really excellent - but that's where the good news end. The location should be a plus so close to the harbour but unfortunately (and not their fault) you are within 50 yards of the clubs which pound out the loud music until 2 am. In the room itself, beds are very hard and uncomfortable with just one cover and the aircon was such that you either froze or suffocated. The tiny bathroom flooded every time the shower was used, clearly the drain hadn't been cleaned, so the wet floor made it pretty dangerous. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast was pretty poor and certainly not plentiful. I wouldn't chose Zinbad again.

There was no way we were going to be able to sleep through it. As people who had never been to Kalkan before we felt it would have been appreciated to learn about this before making a decision on our booking

Amazing views from the roof top restaurant at breakfast. Negatives…NOISE omg didn’t realise 2 nightclubs the next street. The room was shaking until 3am. Tiny bathroom you would struggle if a larger person. Also breakfast was ok. Eggs, salad and bread basically. No fruit juices just tea and coffee
• Sergei (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - Nice location in the historic downtown area, very close to the marina and all cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, very basic, but the view from the terrace is great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall it was nice experience for 2 nights stay. Money for value is ok, but it was high season. Minus of the location is that there are some noisy bars next to the hotel, so it might be a problem to some people at night. Bathroom is a tiny. Bed was not very comfortable, but some might like it, we just prefer more soft pillows and mattress.

• David (10/5): A little gem of a hotel in the centre of Kalkan - We stay for a week and we’re made so welcome by Ahmet and his team . The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Kalkan .Our room had a fabulous view of the harbour very well appointed for this class of hotel comfortable bed and good sized bathroom . The included breakfast was superb taken in the roof top restaurant overlooking the bay of Kalkan . We ate at the restaurant on four nights of our stay . It has an Asian menu and both the Indian and Chinese choices are outstanding . Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and restaurant and hope to return soon .
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the views from the hotel. Staff where really friendly and helpful. We would of had a curry in the restaurant on the terrace but we did feel as we was a guest that they could of offered a discount. Maybe something they could look at the only problem we had was bat poo all on our balcony but as soon as we asked to move room we was moved right away and we was very happy. I'm not sure what they could do to stop this really anyway we would definitely stay here again so all is good

• Daniel (10/5): Perfect hotel in the heart of old town - Spent 2 nights here for a mini break whilst on 10 day holiday in olu deniz so glad we did 1st off kalkan is an amazing boutique type resort set on a hillside with the most amazing small cobbled streets with amazing rooftop restaurants and bars one of the most picturesque places we've visited but was made even more special with the hotel we booked sea view balcony which was amazing looking over the old town and harbour great air con comfy bed and powerful shower and always hot water exactly what we wanted for 2 nights right in the heart of the old town and the owner was a great man gave us advise of where to go which we took and got dolmus to Kas which was lovely and a stunning beach on way back! Will def be back

• Chad (10/5): Perfect 3 star, modern, boutique, family-run hotel right in the middle of lovely Kalkan. - I’m giving this the highest rating possible. Now, clearly it’s not a 5 star hotel with a swimming pool and world class service. But then, it was only £80 a night for a family room in August, booked at the last minute. Very clean, recently decorated, high standard bathroom (if a little small), v helpful staff, decent breakfast, and simply the perfect location if you want to be right in the centre of old Kalkan. Our room was perfect for us and our child (big comfortable double plus a decent single). Sure, I’d love to say I’d like a bigger bathroom and to have two air con units in the room so it cooled quicker when we came back to the room each evening. But for the money? Absolutely nothing!
