Without looking further into this, I could not answer t - The terrace that I had did capture some of the sun for this time of the year, I noticed neighbouring apartment did not. Towels were changed halfway through the week, which I did appreciate. The Wi-Fi was poor, particularly considering Spain is renowned for good Wi-Fi service generally. The oven didn’t work.

Literie pas très confortable, chambre petite avec peu de rangement (que des cintres, pas d étagères) Vaisselle en arcopal blanche très basique Remise des clés et dépôt des cles dans une boite donc nous n'avons vu personne. Petit problème de communication pour trouver notre numéro d' appartement dans la résidence car nous ne savions pas qu il y avait un papier à prendre avec les clés.

Joan (7/5): - Location is good, the pool is open longer than in most other urbanisations around that area. It was clean. The staff were quick to respond when there was a problem (but they are not always there). There were a few broken parts in the apartment. The apartment gets no sun at all. In the late afternoon there is a bit of sun in one corner of the balcony which looks out over the roof of a supermarket. This is a basic apartment with no extra nice touches.

Brian (10/5): Highly recommended - We liked the quiet and peaceful location of the apartments. It was a gentle walk of about 20 minutes to the main restaurants and bars in the central part of Nerja. There were other places a lot closer but we loved the vibe in the centre.The development is very well maintained and clean. The apartment was comfortable, with plenty of space and a useful kitchen area. The two supermarkets nearby are great, but we preferred Mercadona over Carrefour. Finally the reception staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing at all. It was all good.

j (8/5): - De locatie is prima. Dicht bij supermarkt, bushalte, restaurants en hoofdweg. Het appartement is ruim en fijn. Veel privacy. Het zwembad is in het najaar ook open. De bar is dan niet open. Lekker om bij het zwembad op steen of gras in de zon op een ligbed te liggen. Aan de overkant is een sportcomplex wat via de intercom wat luit is, maar na een uur meestal wel weer stil. De bedden zijn behoorlijk hard.

Un peu à écart de la ville, 15-20 minutes à pied, aussi pour la plage Mon appartement avait des escaliers très étroites pour la chambre à coucher et celle ci n'était pas très attirante. Très basique avec 4 lits Mais Nerja est magnifique, et l'hôtel à un prix très correct pour ses appartements.

williams (5/5): - Location,access to local bus and shopping Apartment was very cold at night no heating,got no clean towels or toilet rolls for the week,had to ask for hairdryer also asked for clean towels but never got them,while the beds were comfortable they were very short,called to reception a few times but it was closed every time, Disappointed as I have stayed here before in the summer months and all was ok,but seems the service is different in the winter months,very dissapointing 🤨

David (10/5): Lovely quiet apartment - We are a couple in our late 50s, who have visited Nerja 5 times over recent years. This was our first time in Las Rosas, and it will not be our lasts. The apartment was spotless on arrival and well equipped, it had a great outlook, close to local bars and supermarkets. The pool areas were really clean and well cared for. The staff we met could not have been more pleasant or helpful It's a longish, but downhill walk to Burriana or Nerja and a quick bus or taxi ride back. Great experience and highly recommended Nothing.

Angela (8/5): Good value and close to central Nerja - Stayed in a basic 2 bed apartment, got what I expected for the price paid. It was very clean and we had a large balcony over looking the athletic track with and side view of one of the pools. You can the sea in the distance. Easy check in/out from a lock box which thankfully came with a map to find your room quickly. The gardens were very lovely and tidy. The pools and areas around were clean. We did not use the outdoor bar area as it was limited opening times (probably due to end of the season) You can walk to Burriana beach 15 mins and there are a few places to eat. Ideal for the 25 mins walk to the Balcony of Europe. I would stay again, kids loved it. Next to a supermarket. Free easy parking at the side gates. The beds were really uncomfortable as the mattress was far too hard but that might be our personal choice. The sun loungers by the pool were a bit worn out, one had no arm.

Charlotte (8/5): - Great girls’ getaway! Had a great time away with the girls! The apartment was lovely and spotless when we arrived. It was advertised as a two-bedroom but turned out to be one bedroom with a sofa bed — luckily, the sofa bed was really comfy, so it wasn’t a big issue. Would’ve been nice to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom or hallway, though! The only disappointment was that the pool bar was closed for three days we were there open on last day Apparently, if there’s a chance of rain, they don’t open, which was a bit of a shame. Thankfully, there’s a little shop just around the corner for drinks and snacks. The pool was full of flys so no chance of a swim The area itself is really nice, just a bit of a way out from the main town — about a 20-minute walk or around €8 in a taxi. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back for another relaxing break!

Tina (6/5): Helt greit opphold, men prøver nok et annet overnattingsted i trivelige Nerja neste gang 😊 - Det jeg likte med overnattingsstedet var at beliggenhet lå i et rolig område, men ikke alt for langt utenfor sentrum. Brukte 20 min dit ca, men taxi når det var for varmt å gå (lang bratt bakke). Lettvindt med leilighet og å lage mat selv. Godt utvalg i matbutikken rett nedenfor. Romslig balkong. Vi hadde fin utsikt over bassengområde. Bassenget var helt greit, men burde kanskje vært mer parasoller og skygge når det er mer folk der i høysesongen. Brukte bare bassenget som lå nærmest baren da jeg syns det var koseligere der. Kjekt å kunne benytte seg av baren. Grøntarealet var velholdt. Hadde rom med to etasjer, 2 soverom og to bad. Leiligheten var verken moderne eller hjemmekoselig, men helt OK. Veldig bratt og kronglete trapp opp til soverom. Det var flere bittesmå maur på golvet allerede første dag vi kom. Sengene var veldig harde å ligge på. AC kunne ikke justeres på temperaturen, så det ble enten alt for kaldt i soverommet oppe når den var på (plassert rett over sengen), eller alt for varm når AC var slått av. AC var tidsinnstilt, så den slo seg av etter 4 timer. Sov ikke så godt de nettene vi var der på grunn av det. Det manglet blant ant såpe på badene, og oppvask kost til kjøkkenet. Kjøpte bare dopapir selv for det ble ikke fylt på. Skulle gjerne fått byttet håndklær mer enn 1 gang i løpet av de 5 overnattingene vi hadde der.

Benditas Vacaciones - Limpieza, la cocina bien equipada, se agradece que hubiera horno además del microondas, cafetera normal de esas de jarra, incluso tostadora vamos impecable!!!. Plancha ideal, se agradece. Y bueno que decir del aire acondicionado además de ventilador. Terraza imprescindible, y que decir a pie de piscina. Es difícil la verdad, quizás que la piscina se cerrase tan pronto.

CARLOS (7/5): - Limpieza del entorno y buena presencia de plantas. El Equipo que dirigía el bar de piscina. Ambos, encantadores. El personal de oficina muy atentos con las consultas. El apartamento bien equipado y cómodo. La televisión era un horror. Fué imposible a pesar del interes del personal arreglar el pésimo sonido de la misma. La playa más cercana y que se encontraba según información del personal de los apartamentos a sólo 13 minutos andando, era un horror de cuesta con una pendiente absolutamente imposible para personas que no sean deportistas de élite. Les recomiendo poner una lámpara de pie al lado del sofá para no tener que encender el salón al completo.

Lesley (7/5): Clean apartment and surroundings, more suited for a short stay - Choice of 2 pools. Well kept around the complex. Apartment was clean. Bedroom had lots of storage. Single beds were big but firm. The beds were very firm. You can hear noise from other apartments like when they flush the toilet, scraping chairs across the floor, dropping things on the floor. No cleaning products left.

Cristina (8/5): Estancia cómoda, familiar y tranquila. - Apartamento con terraza y tranquilidad. No se podía tirar papel higiénico al WC 🚽 y había bastantes mosquitos.
MARIA JOSE (8/5): Buena estancia en familia - Los apartamentos están muy bien y las piscinas también. La ubicación está a 20 minutos del centro, por lo demás está todo bien. Me dijeron que me darían una habitación superior pero no fue así porque la habitación era para un matrimonio y con dos camitas individuales.

Simon (8/5): Definitely would return here, - Nice apartment,with lovely staff, very nice pool bar, where food was very good and reasonable. Gardens were immaculate.Bus Service outside Apartment ,runs regularly to beach and town. I liked the fact that it was outside of main town and a bit quieter. Needed air con unit in bedroom, ad well as the one in the main area,although there was a fan which worked fine

F5807RAmichellem (8/5): Ideal - A lovely apartment within easy walking distance of burriana beach and the town centre. The apartment is clean with very comfortable beds. Good choice of english channels on the TV. The pool area is relaxing, good water temperature with a friendly poolside bar/cafe. Ideal.
