Вокруг тихие улицы, нет толп туристов, можно с удовольствием понаблюдать за венецианцами, занятыми повседневными делами, но при этом быть в 3 минутах от Гранд-канала. При заселении нас ждал сюрприз - бутылка просекко.
• Anna (10/5): Perfect romantic Venice stay - We booked the room with the beautiful terrace in the photos. We weren’t expecting that but it was amazing. The sunsets from up there are gorgeous. The hostess was incredibly nice. There was a minibar with free drinks and she gave us a free bottle of prosecco when we arrived. The whole experience was lovely. It was about 10 min walk from the train with our bags, faster without bags. Easy to get to and in a great location. The boats do a lot of honking at the bridge under the hotel but with the terrace door closed you can’t really hear them. Nothing

• Gerlinde (10/5): Entzückendes kleines Guesthouse mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Kanal - Es ist ein entzückendes kleines Guesthouse in einer sehr schönen Lage. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Kanal. Es war einfach zauberhaft! Rundherum sind sehr viele Restaurants und doch ist es nicht so voll, wie am Markusplatz. Ich werde das nächste Mal sicher wieder dort übernachten und kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

• Louise (10/5): Perfect location, lovely traditional accommodation with a fantastic view and very helpful staff. - This property is small but perfectly formed. As a base to wander the streets it’s perfect with many different options. The view from the corner balcony is beautiful and it’s lovely watching the hustle and bustle during the day and the winding down in the evenings. As per many traditional homes/guest houses in Venice there are no elevators so be prepared for a couple of staircases to get to the room. Also the door out to the balcony is quite low so watch your head!

Da der öffentliche Schifffahrtsverkehr hier eine unübersichtliche Stelle hat, wird am Tag gehupt, in der Nacht wird das glücklicherweise mit Lichthupe geregelt. Manche Schiffe haben ganz lustige Hupen. Da kommt zusammen mit dem Sound der Möwen gleich eine maritime Grundstimmung zustande. Freu mich schon auf das nächste mal.

• Anjanette (10/5): A lovely stay in Venice, close to everything and far away from the crowds. - The location was so close to the train and water transport and yet not overwhelmingly crowded like other areas can be. Our room had the most incredible view and we enjoyed seeing the bustle of people walking over the canal bridge. The host, Rozy, was so friendly and kind—even offering to take our picture and leaving me a special treat in my birthday. I would absolutely stay here again. The mattress, in European form, was very firm. A little too firm for me.
• Šebek (10/5): Opožděné líbánky 2026 - Byla to naše opožděná svatební cesta. Já jsem Benátky navštívil úplně poprvé, a má žena zde už v minulosti byla. Ale i tak jsme si Benátky zamilovali, a užili si vše. A na toto úžasné ubytování, které je v takovém duchu starých časů, se určitě zapomenout nedá. Vše bylo krásné a čisté, personál velice laskavý, pečlivý a vstřícný. Paní která se o nás starala, byla na svůj pokročilejší věk velice čiperná, milá a obdivuhodná jak to vše zvládá. Komunikace s hlavním vedením hotelu byla po mailu, či WhatsApp. A komunikace byla vždy velice přesná a rychlá. Ubytování jsme si opravdu moc užili. Moc děkujeme, rádi se k Vám zas někdy vrátíme. Petr a Ivetka, Česká republika Nenapadá nás nic, co by se nám nelíbilo. Ale jen nápad pro zamyšlení, lepší výplň oken ohledně odhlučnění pro ta rána, když by chtěl někdo déle spát ( naštěstí to nebyl náš případ.. měli jsme dost plánů a chtěli toho hodně vidět).

• Marcel (10/5): Perfect stay in Venezia! - Very centrally located in the Canaregio area, mingling more with the locals rather than all the tourists. The owner gave us free drinks upon arrival and afterwards, adding further value to our stay. We had the balcony suite, which was exceptional with a gorgeous view of the canal Everything was great!

• Wilfried (4/5): Venedig war wie immer eine Reise wert, wir würden diese Unterkunft jedoch nicht mehr buchen . - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nett und sauber Die Dame des Hauses war freundlich. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Kanalblick gebucht und bezahlt -- geworden ist es ein ´Zimmer mit Blick auf die Fussgängerzone ?!?. Das Zimmer war über einer Bar und es war aufgrund des Lärmpegels unmöglich bis 01.00 Uhr an einschlafen nur zu denken . Wenn man es vorher wüsste könnte man sich entscheiden ob man dieses Zimmer trotz des Lärm-mankos bucht oder nicht . Die auf den Fotos präsentierte sehr hübsche Dachterrasse steht den Gästen nicht zur Verfügung .

The hotel is in a perfect location in Venice, just a short walk from Santa Lucia Station and close to many cafés and attractions. The room was full of Venetian charm — elegantly decorated with colorful textiles, stylish furniture, and artistic touches, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. We also enjoyed the lovely canal view from the window, which added to the city’s romantic ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised that the minibar was included as a complimentary gift — a thoughtful and elegant touch! In the mornings, the sounds of city cleaning can be heard, which is understandable given the hotel’s central street location. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the authentic Venice atmosphere.

Amenities were great and the welcome drink was a nice touch. We were happy to have air conditioning. We booked very last minute and our host was able to accommodate us within the hour! I struggled with the online check-in as the drop-down menus were not working, but Eva quickly wrote to me on WhatsApp and I was able to send her photos of our identification for check-in. We really loved watching the boats in the canal from the room, but the downside is that it is quite loud most of the night with the sound of boat motors, so bring ear plugs!

We were able to check in early, which allow us to start our stay very relaxed The location of our room was very noisy. The noise of motors and equipment moving outside was until past midnight till around 1am and started again shortly before 8 am. Even with the windows tightly closed it was difficult to find sleep, as the windows are thin and not noise proof

The terrace room needs more light so it would have been nice to open the roof windows. It would be great for people who like the room dark. It would have also been nice to have something more than instant cafe for the morning.
