- Mathilde (6/5): Hotel central à Canggu - L'emplacement de l'hotel est top, central pour visiter Canggu. Le personnel était présent, dès qu'il y avait un soucis avec la chambre ils ont été réactifs. Lit confortable. L'hotel mériterait un coup de neuf (couloir, escalier). A notre arrivée les toilettes fonctionnaient pas et faisaient du bruit. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude dans la douche le premier soir, après qu'un monsieur soit passé vérifié on a compris que le chaud et le froid étaient inversés .

Breakfast was limited but lovely , Ac in the room was nice and cold and the staff were the most friendly and helpful people The balcony doors were not the best , they were not sealed and because of that ants and mosquitoes were constantly in the room , there were gaps under the door and at the sides of the door , but other than that the hotel was great

- Elena (9/5): Lovely hotel, but it can be messy in the rainy season - Amazing location! In general, very nice hotel for this price. The stuff was friendly and very helpful! Unfortunately, our window faced the wind, and during heavy rains our room was always a bit flooded and very humid, so all our clothes felt wet even if we didn’t wash them😅 The hotel helped by putting towels on the floor to block the gaps between the balcony and the room, so it was okay, but it still ruined the experience a bit. Also, the room is cleaned only once every two days, which is not great with this humidity and in general with the Bali lifestyle. Everything else was great!

- Olga (7/5): Convenient stay with some comfort issues - The location is very convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants, and the hotel offers bike parking. Cleaning was done daily at a reasonable hour; towels were changed, water was refilled, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge for a couple of days before check-in while we were away. The hotel looks much better in photos and from the outside than it does in reality. It seems a bit older and not as well maintained as I expected. We stayed in a Double Room with Pool Access, and the humidity level in the room was very high. At times before falling asleep, it was difficult to breathe for me. I haven’t experienced this issue in other accommodations in Canggu. As expected, the room window faces a passage area near the pool, so there is limited privacy when the thick curtains are open. And the lighting in the room is very poor.

Nice spa inside and outside almost next door to the hotel. The taps were a little old in couple of the rooms (we had 3 rooms) and not all showers were working properly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and to facilitate everything I needed, which made a big difference. The food was fantastic, with great flavors and quality, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Another highlight is the excellent location — very convenient and close to many tours and attractions I wanted to visit, as well as great restaurants and nightclubs nearby. I truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! It was a high experience—nothing in particular.

- Theo (8/5): - Goede locatie en heel vriendelijk personeel. In eerste instantie hadden we de goedkoopste kamer, deze was niet heel hygiënisch. Nadat we dit hadden aangeven kregen we meteen een andere kamer voor die nacht. Vervolgens hebben we er voor gekozen om wat bij te betalen om de rest van ons verblijf in de luxere kamer te verblijven. Dit was zeker de moeite waard en zou ik ook adviseren. Uiteindelijk zeer tevreden over dit hotel
