I stayed APA in different locations before but they were all small. I booked there because booking.com, which I’m thinking those rooms make the Americans happy. Too small, my husband and I were comparing the rooms in cruise ships. I think someone from booking.com need to see every hotel if those would fit Americans’ needs. Please see the previous comments.

• こすっ (8/5): - 3泊しました。手違いで喫煙の部屋になっていましたが調整してくれ禁煙の部屋にしてくれました。その対応が嫌な顔せずしてくれました。 特になかったてす。 しいといえば、連泊でガラスのコップなどはお客様の指示がない限りいじれませんとメモがありました。使ってたコッブはそのままでも良いのですが代わりに新しいコップを置いておいてくれたらありがたかったです。フロントに取りに行けば良かったのですが帰った時間が遅かったのでそれも億劫になってしまいました。

• sei kiku (7/5): リーズナブル - 部屋がきれいで良い。 イメージ通りの清潔感なので 外れのない安心感がある。 浴室のタオルハンガーと便器との位置関係で、 便座から立ち上がる際に タオルハンガーに頭を強打してしまいました。 また、男性は便座と便器の形状が合わないに感じるかもしれません。 座ったときに体の一部が便器に突いてしまうのはちょっと・・・。

• Masaki (4/5): 次は違うホテルを探したい。 - 朝のビュッフェが6:00から始まるので、7:00出発にもかかわらず食事ができて良かった。他のホテルは6:30からの朝食時間なので。 ・トイレのタンクから水の流れる音がしていた。原因がパッキンなのかタンク内開け閉め用のチェーンなのかは分からないけど、ずっと気になった。 ・ベットの真ん中が経年劣化で凹んでいるのか、高さが違うように感じた。 ・新幹線駅横の影響でのぞみ・ひかりの通過音が入ってきて、静かではなかった。

• Naoki (7/5): - ベッドが寝やすかった。 水回りのカビとアンモニア臭？が気になりました。ユニットバスなので仕方がない部分もあるのかと思いますが、排水溝から上がってくる感じがしました。 シャワーの水圧ももう少し強いと気持ちよく使えるのかなと思いました。
• みなみ (5/5): 手頃なお値段と新幹線移動の利便性を重視 - とにかく駅から近い！ 年始の帰省時の宿泊で利用しました。 宿泊の２日前にも関わらず、空いていたのでありがたかったです。 翌朝の新幹線に乗る予定があり、小さな子どもがいる為とにかく利便性を重視していたので良かったです。 壁紙や水回りの経年劣化を感じました。 清掃が行き届いていないわけではなく、普段の清掃だけでは限界がある汚れの蓄積は感じました。
