• Jou (1/5): Will NEVER recommend this facility - The room was disgusting, smelled and filthy. Didn't trust laying on the bed for bed bugs. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Once we told her about the problems in the room, she explained there was a new owner and they just started working there to fix it up. They NEVER should have advertised they were open. Everything!
• Debra (2/5): - The office was locked up. We had to go to the hotel next door to sign in. No breakfast as was advertised. TV did not work. Three lights in room did not work. Dirty ring in the toilet. Coffee pot in room was broken. A couple of dead crickets in bathroom corners. The WiFi is not on a secure setting. The outside had over grown weeds all over the property.
• Chad (2/5): Horrible Stay - First all it was deserted and there was no one there to take us a check in. We have to go to the hotel next-door. Then when we get into the room, there’s no hot water. It was ridiculous. Under construction or whatever just close until your staffed and ready.

• Karrtman (1/5): BS. This property sucks. Booking.com sucks as well. - The motel took oour money. Or Booking.com. We booked a no refund deal in advance and we were not checked in at all. The motel was sold out. Allegedly? However the reservation system took our reservation. Somebody has my money, but the motel and Booking.com are blming each other. I will definitely consider not using this booking site at all in the future. Yes I was in touch with the motel and like 7 times with the Booking-com assistance number. No help. I even drove to the motel and they denied doing anything wrong and told us that Booking.com has our money. The fact that I paid for 2 rooms and was not allowed to have them. Did not get a refund either.

• Onica (1/5): Don’t even waste your time you won’t get your money back - Booked a room from them and when I arrived, they didn’t have the room and I still haven’t gotten my money back a week and a half later. Don’t stay there. Never kept their promise to let the booking company know that they couldn’t honor our room that we already paid for
• Christine (2/5): - Didn’t stay!! Rundown property. Office locked with note to go to neighboring motel to check in. Groups of men hanging around opened room doors. Awful!
• Craig (2/5): Do mot recommend - From the coffee pot with a water ring and dirty to the water in the sink coming out cloudy, I can not recommend. The heater had to burn off the dust and then it quit blowing heat. Checking in was rather difficult as we rang the bell, the desk was a mess with open chip bags and papers. Checking out at 9:45 am was difficult since 2 other guests were waiting even after ringing the bell I knocked on the private door and the same guy who checked us in finally came out with the same clothes on from the day before when he checked us in.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - It started badly. I had to go next door to check in. Once in the room, the tv remote was missing and the refrigerator didn't work. I tried to call the office to report and just was disconnected. I had to go back next door to report the issues. The manager brought a different refrigerator and remote promptly. However, when I started to shower it took 22 minutes for the hot water to be warm.

• Susan (4/5): Stripped out “pet friendly” rooms - “Pet friendly” rooms were stripped out normal rooms. Wood floor, one bed without bedspread or blankets, one chair (other chair and table removed) - fridge and shelving removed from cabinets. Also security lock disabled. This is a pet owner and animal - not a lion with tamer! Really unacceptable accommodation for a public hotel. Don’t stay here with a pet
• Crystal (3/5): Hot water but horrible beds - The water for a shower got very hot. This property is older. The bathroom shower is made for someone who is about 4’5” the positive was the shower water got very hot but the hotter it got the pipes made a screaming noise. As far as sleeping/beds are very hard and felt like they had pebbles all in them I honestly was more comfortable sleeping on the hard floor for the few hours I got due to all the noise from the road and vehicles .
• Jerry (2/5): - When we arrived, the hotel lobby was dark, locked, and had a handwritten 'no vacancy' sign taped to the door. They could not be reached by telephone. We ended up driving around to find a hotel room. We will never use Expedia again. Terrible experience.
• Judith (4/5): Miss leading but acceptable - Not much Rudeness of clerk at check-in. Wasn't told when called (833-448-0872) that only one pet was allowed and it cost $15 not $10 as expected (clerk was kind enough to allow our second pet for $15), clerk claimed we didn't speak to him when called and stated he is the only one that answer the phone. Turns out that the phone number we call was actually Booking.com's not Executive Plus's phone number.
• Clairesss (7/5): Clean, safe, cheap roadside motel. Good price for what you get. - This was a cheap , clean motel. I would not recommend it for more than a night but if you are just traveling through and need a place to stay it is sufficient. It is not fancy and there are people hanging out in the parking lot all night drinking and listing to music. I did not mind this but I am sure some would. A thicker blanket on the bed would be nice. I also had trouble with me key and had to go back to the office and she still only gave me one key/ It would be better to give a second key in case it does not work. She tried to blame it on my phone but it had not been anywhere near my phone.

• Sarah (4/5): - This is a 2 star property at best with only the bare minimum of amenities. Despite what is shown in the pictures online, this is an older property that has not been well maintained or recently refurbished. The room flooring was in obvious need of cleaning - it had been vacuumed, but the carpet needed to be cleaned. The bathroom had a lot of issues. There were signs of water damage around the tub enclosure, the tile was missing grout in several places, the tissue box in the vanity was empty, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Pluses were that the toilet flushed well and all the linens were very clean. I would not stay here again.

• Richard (10/5): Hunting weekend stay - Our stay was great. The hotel is an older remodeled hotel, but has a great price, clean, quiet and simple. Our room had plenty of hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot (you will need to bring your own coffee) and microwave. We had stayed at the Oyo, same owner, same property previously in the month and it is just as nice. Perfect for what you need no extra frills, but we did not need it. I would recommend it, the gentleman Jose who checked us in both times was very nice and friendly.

• Krisy (4/5): - There’s no cable TV in this property, every room has a smart tv so unless you want to log into your Hulu/Netflix you can’t watch anything. If there’s incoming storms (it’s Oklahoma, it happens a lot) you wouldn’t know what’s going on because there’s no local stations to watch to keep an eye on the weather. When I checked in the person was hassling me on how much I paid (because I used Expedia points) and acted like he didn’t want to check me in because I didn’t pay the full $50 or whatever the room was. No hair dryer in the bathroom, even tho it says there is one. Ice machine was dirty, had to go buy ice at a quick shop. There’s trash all over the parking lot. Most exterior lights didn’t work very well. Will not stay here again.

• stjohnbeachlover (8/5): Inexpensive but clean! - We stayed here one night on a road trip on the way back from Arizona. We arrived at 8:15 pm. We were able to rent a room for $51 with taxes. We weren't sure about the area so we unloaded everything from our Jeep. It probably would have been fine but better to be safe than sorry. We basically just slept and were back on the road by 9:00. There was no breakfast. I was not sure if this was because of covid or if they just don't serve breakfast. Would probably stay again!
• Debi (2/5): Just don't... - We should have known by the rudeness of the woman who checked us in! We walked in, took one look at the room, walked out, and got a hotel elsewhere. This is what you would call a "flea-bag" motel - it was dirty, stinky, and we could literally see the bugs flying around!
• Otis (8/5): Erik city Oklahoma - Door would STICK!! Thought I wasn’t going to get back in for my puppy. Then when I went to turn key card in there was no one on site and the door was locked comfortable bed.
• Dani (8/5): Road trip ready - Check in and out was easy. Staff was kind. Looked like they were in the middle of updating the hotel and the one next door to it. Only down side was the mattress was not the best, but for a quick stay on a road trip it worked.

The room was spacious and clean. 3. The shower pressure was on point, and they had plenty of fresh towels at hand.

• Lauren (8/5): Very Good - This is a budget motel, and very good for the price. It’s an older property, so some things in the room were not in perfect condition. But it was clean, had plenty of hot water both at night and in the morning, and a comfortable bed. We arrived late at night, and the lady who checked us in was very nice. When we come back through this area, we’ll stay here again.

• RickyFlynt (8/5): Clean, comfortable, for the price. - Dropped in late (10:30pm) road weary from driving after and 8 day camp in the mountains. Google listed this as a Best Western but that is no longer the case. Got 2 rooms for $50 each. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room is spacious. Good hot water and good shower heads that makes a difference. Room coffee was kinda blah. Free soap bar was pathetic. Wish I had my own in my pack to use. Towels clean and fresh smelling. I’d do it again but just bring my own soap.
• WalkinWobin (10/5): What a great find! - If you want to see a bit of Route 66, this is a great place to stay. There is a Route 66 museum just up the road. The hotel was better than expected. It was clean, had a microwave and a refrigerator and the price was fantastic!

• LADub628 (10/5): Great value! - Great hotel for the price. New owners are slowly renovating, but, it was quiet and very clean. I've paid twice as much at other hotels that weren't anywhere near as nice. The owners were very nice and tou could tell they really cared about keeping their customers happy. If I ever go back to Elk City, I'd definitely stay there again.
• roberteC504NE (8/5): Great value - Make a little effort and get off the interstate to old route 66. You'll find a great value at the executive plus hotel. Large clean rooms, Fast wifi, roku tv are a few picc the reasons to stay at this hotel. It's centrally located and very reasonably priced
• Teresa04501 (10/5): Wowsers! What a nice surprise. - We traveled across country on a tight budget and had to stay in 2-star hotels/motels, so we came across some unpleasant situations. This place is not one of them! This was the best 2-star hotel we stayed at during our trip. We were very surprised when we opened the door to our room and 1) saw how big the room was and 2) how good of a condition it was in. Very, very impressive for a 2-star. This hotel is on old Route 66, so it is about 2 miles from the highway, but well worth the short drive.

• 127clarep (10/5): Great for the price! - Quiet place to stay along Route 66 for a reasonable price. Had to stop in at 2 am to sleep on an overnight drive. The owners woke up to check me in and graciously offered the room for the next night too, since I checked in well after midnight. All expectations met: great hospitality, clean sheets, free WiFi, and piping hot shower in the morning!

• Bej93 (10/5): Excellent Motel! - We pulled up here for the night and were instantly welcomed by the friendly owners, with the option to pay cash/card and were promptly checked in. The room was immaculate, spacious and generally very cosy with free WiFi, air con, coffee machine and other useful facilities. The owners had put together a small booklet of recommended local places to eat which we found really helpful as we didn’t know the area (we definitely recommend the Mexican restaurant directly opposite which was handy to be able to have a drink without worrying about driving). Overall a comfy, quiet, safe place to stay for a bargain price. Thank you!

• Rebel1958 (10/5): Excellent stay - This little jewel in Elk City was a great find. Spacious king room with comfortable bed and sheets. Very clean and owners are friendly and welcoming. Love that all rooms are non-smoking so the room did not have lingering smells. Highly recommend and will stay again if ever in the area.
