naomi (10/5): Hôtel TOP !!! - Emplacement assez incroyable dans une baie magnifique au milieu des pins, l’hôtel est beau et bien entretenu, il y a plein d’endroits aménagés pour se baigner et la piscine à débordement est top ! le PDJ est extra lui aussi, les dîners variés et très bons ! La terrasse du restaurant a une vue magnifique sur la mer Excellent rapport qualité prix hors saison. Le prix des boissons est un peu excessifs certes, mais il y’a des frigo dans les chambres et plein de supermarchés aux alentours, dont un Lidl à 5 min. Cela dit l’hôtel aurait tout intérêts à baisser ses prix, les clients consommeraient beaucoup + je pense ! Les seul bémol à mon avis, ce sont les gens nus au spa. C’est assez malaisant d’autant que les douches sont ouvertes et mixtes. 1 homme nu est venu se doucher juste à côté de mes amies alors qu’il y’avait de la place partout…

Sabrina (10/5): Petit resort agréable - Bel hôtel avec de grands appartements entourés d'une pinède (avec une aire de jeux pour les enfants) et en bord de mer avec des petits coins de plages (il y a aussi deux piscines, une extérieure et intérieure et un sauna, mais non testés à cause de la météo pluvieuse). L'appartement était confortable avec deux toilettes, bien équipé et très spacieux. Le restaurant sert de très bons plats. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bien avec plein de choix (céréales, graines de chia, omelettes, œufs au plat, charcuterie, viennoiseries, etc.). L'hôtel est par contre un peu isolé, il faut un véhicule pour aller à la ville la plus proche, Biograd na moru. Il y a un système de bracelet pour entrer dans les chambres et payer les consommations, en soi pas si mal mais le bracelet est en caoutchouc et se perd facilement, la perte est payante (3 euros), mais ils ont été gentils et nous en ont fait grâce. Le restaurant qui ferme la cuisine à 18h, pas possible de diner sur place, dommage car c'est plus souvent le soir qu'on rentre fatigués des visites et qu'on aimerait se poser sans avoir à cuisiner ou aller en ville :)

Aleš (8/5): - Udobno, prijetno. Dobra hrana, prijazno osebje. Okolica dsje vtis, da bi lahko bila lepse urejena. Pač, detajli. Cene pijač absolutno pretirane. Dražje, kot na avstrijskih smučiščih, storitev oa slabša. Škoda, zaradi tega smo porabili manj denarja, kot bi ga ob zmernih cenah. In verjetno se tudi vrnili ne bomo iz tega razloga
Ivica (9/5): Tolle zwei Tage…..super ruhiges und angenehmes Resort - Die Lage Und das freundliche personal Das ich Aufpreis bezahlt habe für Zimmer mit Meerblick aber die Bäume so groß und so dicht sind dass vom Meer 99% verdeckt war Also man sah nur 1% des Wassers am Ufer rand(mehr nicht) 1 Bild von drei geposteten ist der Blick vom Balkon!!!!!!!!!!!

Chimone (9/5): - Das Frühstuck ist wunderbar und der Lage phänomenal. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Die Matratze war etwas zu hart und das Kopfkissen etwas zu höch.
Pamela (7/5): - Hôtel avec un super emplacement au bord de la mer dans un environnement calme avec plage privée. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec un grand choix de produits. L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon coup de rajeunissement et rafraîchissement. Les chambres sont grandes, mais manquent de charme et de chaleur. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire, ni de machine à café dans les chambres. Le spa est bien, mais l'eau de la piscine est froide, dommage. De plus, il n'y a pas de peignoir mis à disposition pour aller au spa.

Lada (8/5): - Snídaně bohatá, ale vlastně pořád stejná. Místo jako takové pěkné a tím, že jsme byli mimo sezónu (o Velikonocích), tak jsme si užili i bar na pláži apod. Což v sezóně, věřím, je úplně jiné kafe, co do dostupnosti posezení. personál v restauraci byl velmi milý a pozorný. Personál na recepci byl extrémně odměřený, až protivný, a to jak na příjezdu, tak na odjezdu. Umístění resortu je sice pěkné, ale s Biogradem naprosto nepropojené. Pro bezdětné je to hodně kids-friendly, a to doslova. Děti rozjívené všude. Ráno nachrchlají do každého kousku snídaně. Ale to není o hotelu, ale o rodičích.
Goran (1/5): - I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We specifically paid extra for a “sea view” room, but the so-called view was completely blocked by trees. This feels like false advertising and very misleading. The indoor pool was uncomfortably cold, making it impossible to enjoy. The food was mediocre at best — repetitive, bland, and definitely not what you would expect for the price paid. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were unhelpful, and acted like guests were bothering them whenever assistance was needed. Customer service was far below acceptable standards. Overall, this hotel did not deliver what was promised, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Sandra (8/5): Vrlo dobar resort s potencijalom unaprjeđenja usluge polupansiona - Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji, čistoća na visokoj razini. Postrane i udobne sobe. Osoblje ljubazno. Plaža je blizu, mi smo bili u predsezoni pa je bilo dovoljno ležaljki i nije bila gužva. Koristili smo uslugu polupansiona, ukoliko se dođe odmah na početku termina doručka/večere, hrane ima i izbor je velik. No sve kasnije znači to da nema dovoljno hrane, odnosno ista se ne nadopunjuje redovito, u jednom trenutku nije uopće bilo kruha za doručkom. Također, dio hrane je bio hladan i po meni ispod nivoa ove vrste hotela.

Jože (3/5): pod povprečno za hotel s 4 zvezdicami - Narava, lep zaliv, borov gozdiček. 1.) jedilni pribor (predvsem žlice) je bil v večih primerih umazan (sledi slabega pomivanja v pom. stroku..) 2.) večerja in zajtrk še zdaleč ne dosegata nivoja 4 zvezdičnega hotela (slaba ponudba, postana hrana, pri zajtrku po 9. uri je že vsega zmanjkalo, pri večerji se vsako pijačo še posebej plača..)

Roki (7/5): - Die Lage, die Sauberkeit Wir konnten lange nicht einschlaffen. Deswegen der grosse Abzug. Nach 3 Telefonaten konnten die lauten Geräusche aus der Ventilationsanlage nicht eliminiert werden. Somit konnten wir lange Zeit nicht einschlaffen und sind deswegen auch früh aufgewacht. Alles andere war gut.

Nicolas THIRIEZ (9/5): Un lieu exceptionnel - Le lieu est exceptionnel et magique, au fond d'une petite baie dont l'eau est transparente. La piscine à débordement au bord de la mer est magnifique. Il y a aussi une belle petite plage et des espaces aménagés dans les rochers pour poser quelques transats . Les bâtiments sont bien intégrés dans l'espace naturel. La salle de restaurant est bruyante et comme nous y étions en début de saison (avril) il faisait trop frais pour manger dehors et nous n'eétions pas très nombreux sauf le 2eme jour où il y avait un groupe. Le buffet n'est pas top et comme le Resort est isolé (5km) d'une ville, on reste sur place. Le prix des boissons ( vin et eau ) est un peu excessif.
Ermina (1/5): Nista mi se nije svidjelo. - osoblje je okej tv nije u spavacoj sobi nego u pred ulazu, takodje i taj tv nije radio nije cisto.. nije vrijedno novca hotel treba renoviranje nakon upotrebe tus kabine vecina vode zavrsi van tus kabine i to vam stvara opasnost od klizanja i povrede

Pero (10/5): Sehr schen am Tag. Leider abend ist totehose - Die Ferien waren sehr schön und erholsam. Früschtick war sehr guet und für jeden etwas. Sehr sauber und die Personal sehr nett. Abend essen ist auch sehr lecker gewesen Einzige Nachteil nach dem Abendessen ist totehose. Keine schpantzierwege und die kurze Wege sind nicht Beleuchtet. Keine Unterhaltung. Einfach nicht

Patryk (6/5): Ładny obiekt z fajnym basenem ale bez klimatyzacji w sezonie - Basen, zatoka do pływania, bar plażowy, zadbane domki i ośrodek Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju popsuł mi cały wyjazd. W nocy spać się nie dało. Budziłem się kilka razy przepocony. W pokoju było odczuwalne około 25 stopni i nawet otwarcie okien nic nie dało. Dzwoniliśmy do recepcji to nam wmówiono że brak klimatyzacji i 22 stopniowy nawiew to standard :/

Nikolai (8/5): - Отель находится на берегу очень красивой большой бухты среди сосновых рощ, вход в воду по настоящему пологий, вдоль всей бухты расставлены лежаки, в сентябре было много свободных, сосны создают естественную тень. Есть тренажерка, маленькая, но есть гантели разных весов, штанга, стойки и скамья. Понравилась сауна, она хорошо прогревалась, в помещении перед ней можно облиться холодной водой из опракидывающегося ведра или обтереться льдом, было приятно после сауны возвращаться в номер и дашать прохладным вечерним воздухом напитанным сосновым ароматом. В номере было чисто. Еда в отеле обычная, но в округе ничего больше нет. Номер был старенький и не уютный.

Michael (8/5): Gut aber ausserhalb der Saison ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen - Lage am Meer war wunderschön. Frühstück war gut. Reaktion bein kaputten Kühlschrankbzu langsam. Ausserhalb der Saison/Saison Ende nur noch Pizza im Restaurant alles wurde runtergefahren. Ohne Auto wäre es mühsam geworden. Pool defekt.

Filip (9/5): Dobre miejsce na spokojne wakacje z dziećmi. - Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone pokoje. Czysto i bezpieczne. Zatoka jest świetna dla dzieci i dla miłośników pływania z maską. Dobra baza wypadowa do atrakcji w okolicy. W drugiej połowie września wyraźnie było czuć że jest już po sezonie. Restauracja w hotelu nie serwuje pełnego menu, a druga wcześnie się zamyka. Aquapark w okolicy nie działa w dni powszednie. Ale niski sezon ma też swoje zalety, nie ma tłoku na plaży i w okolicznych atrakcjach. Na minus, brak jakichkolwiek darmowych napojów do kolacji. Nawet zwykła woda kosztuje 6€ za niewielką butelkę.

gregory (5/5): Tout était parfait sauf le principal se reposer au calme. - Le cadre nature, la belle crique. Le personnel souriant Si vous êtes dans l'immeuble principal, je vous conseille de demander un logement très loin du système de climatisation, les vibrations transmises par le béton sont insupportables. Il faut demander une chambre au premier, le deuxième on entend un peu le bruit et au troisième ça vous rend dingo. Bref un hôtel doit vous permettre de vous reposer et là on y est pas. Ils doivent faire venir leur mainteneur des vrv (PACs) et installer partout des vibrakills haut de gamme + paramétrage du dégivrage qui raisonne toute les 5 mn pour régler le problème.

Karsten (8/5): Beautiful location, average accomodation - With the resort situated around a pretty bay with pine trees lining the waterline and a view over the islets in the Adriatic sea, you could probably pick a worse place to stay. On arrival, you find a large private parking with a barrier and guard. Once you are in, the efficient and friendly reception is right at the end of the car park (use the online check-in to save time). After check-in you will be allowed to drive to your building to unload your luggage, but you will have to park your car at the car park. The rooms are in various buildings across the resort; the hotel building are near the car park, the apartments further into the bay. The hotel buildings have lifts to the rooms on the upper floors. My room (a “superior” room – nothing else was left…) was very large; I was also offered a free bottle of wine. There were three large wardrobes, so no lack of space to put my clothes. The bathroom was reasonably sized for one person (a bit crammed for two or more) The WiFi worked without any issues; the beds were good. Apart from a small slit at the bottom, the curtains allow you to fully darken your room (if you close the bathroom door, if has a window like my room…) Apart from some birds, it was absolutely quiet at night. Apart from the usual stone terraces, there is actually a small beach with fine pebbles (or very rough sand, depending on the point of view); the water is very shallow, so kid-friendly (less suited for serious swimming – you have to walk out far before you can). As a guest, you have free use of beach sunbeds and umbrellas; not sure how full the resort was (well, dinner was packed), but I had no issue finding a place for me. I paid for a sea side view room; however, I found that makes no sense – there is no view of the sea to be had in any of the rooms, as the pine trees block the view from all buildings. During my entire (one-day)) stay, I had no hot water (!); I was told that this was an exception - and was offered no refund whatsoever… Seating in the room was a bit of an issue, as the chairs were old ones that had only been given a new fabric, but no (much-needed…) overhaul - you can sit, but not comfortably. I found no way of switching off the air-conditioning (apart from switching off electricity by pulling the card, or opening the balcony door). Unfortunately, only one pillow type is offered (and only one large duvet instead of two for the double bed). The lit light switches everywhere in the room create an unwanted ‘night light’. Dinner can be had only at the restaurant (the bistro closes at 18.30 h), with a buffet; you get the usual mass-production fare, with hefty prices – if you have a car, you should consider one of the good restaurants nearby (better quality at lower prices). The breakfast buffet had the usual limited choice and quality; don’t arrive too late – your choice might be even more limited.

Bernard (8/5): Séjour parfait en formule nuit/petit déjeuner, demi-pension à proscrire - Front de mer agréable, équipements de loisirs disponibles sur la plage (hélas pas toujours remis en place par les vacanciers).Piscine extérieure de belle dimension Le restaurant le soir, beaucoup trop bruyant et de mauvaise qualité, le tarif des boissons excessif. Il pourrait y avoir une bouilloire à disposition.
Heather (5/5): It was ok - Pretty property, the breakfast was nice The standard room felt like a military barrack. The shower did not drain, toilet paper fell off every use as holder was broken and paint was peeling off the wall. The room was dark and dismal, although it was quiet. The resterauant had decreased hours and menu items but that was not advertised nor were advised of this in advance . The beach was nice except at 330 there were no open chairs, I believe in part because it’s also open to the public .
