The location is great and makes it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to the receptionist, Elza, Devi and Jannah who was professional, kind, and very supportive from check-in to check-out. Her positive attitude really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

• John (8/5): - Excellent location, near shopping malls, transport hubs and has easy access to all Jakarta attractions. Very good value for money. This time included breakfast in room rate but disappointed in quality of food, they used to supply omlets and eggs freshly cooked from the kitchen but now they dump cold greasy eggs and omlets on a cold plate cooked earlier. Not very appetising, could do a lot better, return to old system.

The service is good especially Boy who first welcome me when I was first arrived. The cleanliness is good and really appreciate the atmosphere surroundings.

All the shopping you can do, jewellery shops, Dinner markets and Breakfast market everyday and night. Amazing food and cheap prices. No Fridge in the Room and they couldnt get our 2 rooms next to each other

• Phmc (6/5): The best place to stay in Blok-M but nothing more and nothing less close to Damri and the Metro - I could not answer any of the bonus questions you asked me, the Fave Block M is outdated in an area completely out dated. The streets are no more there; at least none are good all are broken down. The Carrefour Shop left, 50% of the shops are closed the Top Malls of indonesia only have very outdated Muslim specialised clothings for the Medina and Mecca trips in the basement. From the typical food court in Pasar Raya Mall 80% was closed and not due to Covid. It is an area which was once superb thats why I went back over the last 15 years over and over again, but Jakarta is not maintaining this Blok-M neighbourhood well. So sad and bad that I have to give it a low score. The staff and people were very friendly except the check in at breakfast they were friendly but confused each day with my hotel room card and invoice. Bed linnen smelled to sweat of other persons as well inside the matrassen and pillows. Opening the bed there was 2 days the same old blood spot. I have seen sad things on the street and hope this was not an entertainment room in the rooms of Fave Hotel, as I am scared to dead of small bacteria and animals then in the matras. Sorry Booking.com, this hotel had its best days behind today. But needless to say the staff was ever so nice and friendly!!!!! Coming back to the Breakfast it was not inclusief although you offered all accommodation with breakfast as Genius member. I paid additional breakfast by Credit Card, and had to go to an restaurant elsewhere in the street not far 3 houses away. Each morning they looked at me like I was not okay, I paid the breakfast, showed them my hotel-card and number and they refused me each morning as I was not approved to have breakfast, even if I had an copy of an handwritten invoice of the reception. It is so sad that they had to call the reception call to give me food. The quality of the food was okay, but I am not an homeless who has to ask for breakfast, here I had to. This can be improved please. The smell of the pillows and matrassen, the wet floor behind the toilet in bathroom which I only dated to use with my plastic flip flops....
