- Etienne (7/5): - Très propre, confortable, de bon standing Lorsque je suis revenu du petit-déjeuner à 7:30 j’ai eu la désagréable surprise de trouver quelqu’un dans ma chambre. La personne m’a dit que la réception lui avait demandé de vérifier le minibar… Petit-déjeuner limité, ce n’est pas un buffet et l’offre est rationnée. Même en ce qui concerne la boisson on a droit qu’à une seule tasse de thé. Pas de thé noir disponible, pas de jus de fruit… Pain pas frais Les clients fument dans la salle du petit-déjeuner.

L’hotel si affaccia direttamente sul fiume Una e molte camere, così come le terrazze dei ristoranti, offrono una vista davvero impagabile. Pulizia eccellente in tutte le aree e parcheggio comodo, con sbarra e numerosi posti disponibili. Ho soggiornato qui in occasione di un evento di famiglia organizzato in uno dei ristoranti dell’hotel: tutto è stato perfetto, dall’organizzazione alla disponibilità dello staff, fino all’ottimo pranzo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Nikola, alla signora che ci ha assistiti durante il pranzo, ai cuochi e a tutto il team! La colazione à la carte, a mio parere, offre una scelta piuttosto limitata: nel menù non erano presenti opzioni come frutta, verdura o paste fresche.

Osoblje je ljubazno, a posebno bi istaknula djelatnicu koja nas je posluživala za doručak, divna osoba puna pozitivne energije. Svakako se ponovno vraćamo! 😊

Personel bardzo miły. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i obfite. Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Jedynie klimatyzacja mogłaby działać trochę ciszej.

Понравилось очень мало, а разочарований было значительно больше, чем положительных моментов. Ожидания не совпали с реальностью: сервис и общее состояние не соответствуют заявленному уровню ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Повторно выбирать этот отель мы бы не стали. В отеле проходила ночная вечеринка. Музыка до полуночи — терпимо, но после начали двигать мебель, и из-за плохой звукоизоляции шум был очень сильный до двух часов ночи. Весь отель прокурен: номер, общие зоны и место завтрака. Старое постельное бельё, неудобные кровати. Завтрак невкусный — пережжённое масло и горький кофе, при этом рядом курят другие гости.

- Sarah (10/5): Nettes Hotel mitten in Dubica - sehr empfehlenswert - Das Hotel befindet sich gleich neben dem Grenzübergang und beinhaltet einen großen Privatparkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In den Hotelzimmern findet man alles, was man benötigt (Handtücher, Bademantel, Föhn, Kühlschrank). Es gibt leider kein Frühstücksbuffet. Man kann von der Frühstückskarte ein Frühstück wählen, welches man dann mit Tee oder Kaffee serviert bekommt.

- Andreas (10/5): Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, allerdings nur ohne Frühstück - Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Ich bin ein Nichtraucher. Und leider wurde im Speiseraum stark geraucht. Wir konnten deshalb das Frühstück nicht genießen.

- Miroslav (8/5): Odlično ali osoblje treba edukovati - Lokacija, uređenost, čistoća... Doručak je prosečan, čak i niže od toga Treba obratiti pažnju na način na koji vam fakturišu boravak. Naime, iako u rezervaciji na Bookingu stoji da naplaćuju u Evrima i naravno po ceni u rezervaciji, oni su mi fakutiirisali u KM a kada se to onda konvertuje u Eure bude 6-7b Eura skuplje po danu boravka negos što ste ugovorili putem Bookinga. Ovo mi se ranije u istom hotelu nije dešavalo nikada. Da li je neznanje ili nešto drugo ....? Treby sprečiti zbog ugleda kompanije, u svakom slučaju
