• Aika (8/5): 90点！ - ワンルームマンションを改装したような所でそれなりに広く、お部屋も清潔。お客さんも静かでした。アメニティも基本のモノは置いてました。ファミマがあるので必需品は買えるかと。 北品川と知らず品川から降りて歩きました。もう少しアクセスについて詳しく書いてもらえると助かります。 周囲に遅くまでやる食事処があれば良いなぁ、と思いました。

A nice walk from Shinagawa Station, a major station that has a lot of options like JR Transit and Shinkansen. Lots of late night options when you walk about the door. The room is a standard Japanese size. Lots of storage very helpful staff. The bathroom is normal which is great. Stairs. It's just hard when you have suitcases. They don't have any elevators nor an easier way to bring up any suitcases.

• Andy Smith (8/5): Perfect for a quick one-night stay, or for people who are not planning to spend a lot in their room. - location was nice -- 10 minute walk from Shinagawa station. I was suprsied room had a (very small) kitchen. Price was good for the value. Facility showed signs of age and neglect, such as dust build-up in the corners. room and bath were small but useable--to be expected for tokyo.
