• Christian (7/5): Hotel agréable ,très bon personnel - Accueil et personnel souriant ,propreté ,calme A peine arrivé (et fatigué du voyage) ,pas de clim dans la chambre. Obligé de redescendre à l'accueil pour faire résoudre le problème.Le lendemain soir personne au bar pour boire un verre ,la personne à l'accueil pendu au téléphone depuis 20mn .Nous sommes finalement parti boire un verre ailleurs. Sinon séjour très agréable.

• Andrea (9/5): Sicuramente tornerò, ma c’è qualcosa da migliorare - ✅ Hotel vicininissimo al Santuario, raggiungibile interamente a piedi o - solo per un breve tratto - con l’ascensore pubblico. Classica colazione dolce (c’era anche la Nutella, ma solo per i viaggiatori singoli). Presente anche quella salata (affettati, uova sode e pane). Staff gentile e scrupoloso. Ho anche cenato lì (costo pranzo/cena: 19 euro) e il cibo era buono (però i piatti sono molto ricchi di verdure e poveri di proteine/carboidrati). 👎🏻 La camera, seppur molto carina, manca di lampadario e le luci disponibili sono un po’ soffuse. Il climatizzatore ad aria calda/fredda ha funzionato una volta soltanto. La polvere dall’incavo sul muro dietro alla testiera del letto (comodo) non è stata tolta. La doccia, nonostante si chiuda, permette all’acqua di uscire. Non vengono fornite le bustine di shampoo/bagnoschiuma: sono presenti due dispenser di un sapone che è più schiuma che altro (uno accanto al lavandino, l’altro dentro la doccia).

Although decor is a bit dated, the room was comfortable, clean, and bed was comfortable. • Dorota (9/5): Exceeded all expectations. - Lovely, quiet place to stay. Staff are nice and friendly - happy to help with any queries. Breakfast provided was all standard morning products (baguette, eggs, fillings, yogurts, fruit, etc.) which was good. The room was clean from the beginning, with the staff checking in and sprucing it up throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our stay, can’t complain and defenitley recommend for anyone staying in Lourdes, especially for a city break. A kettle in the room, for guests who would wish for a warm beverage other than breakfast hours.
