• Елена Дядюнова (10/5): - Чудове місце розташування. Недалеко від аеропорту. Хороша транспортна розв'язка. До Барселони легко дістатися або автобусом, або потягом. Поруч великий торговий центр. Саме містечко Віладеканс затишне і гарне. Є можливість після шумної Барселони просто прогулятись маленькими вуличками. Персонал готелю уважний і доброзичливий. Перші враження від Барселони тепер назавжди пов'язані з перебуванням у цьому готелі.❤️ Відсутність у номері склянок.

Kam 8.15 Uhr zum Frühstück und fragte nach Eier, man sagte mir, es gibt keine und das auch noch unfreundlich und genervt. War im Best Western - kein Vergleich - . Personal bei CHECK-IN und Frühstück.

Più volte ho chiesto di farmi funzionare la tv in camera , non si è presentato nessuno, cosa importante, dire al personale che a volte le regole si possono infrangere per validi motivi.

• Laura (4/5): hotel carino staff gentile ma poco produttivo e camere non pulite a dovere - la stanza non era pulita tipo peli sul letto polvere dappertutto per terra piena di polvere ed anche sotto il letto , stanzare che ti ammazzato la notte una sul vetro della doccia che non è stato pulito mai . quindi mi sono il vista il sangue della zanzara morta tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno hanno proceduto solo il giorno dopo alla pulizia di cui mi aspettavo una pulizia più approfondita ma niente era una pulizia molto superficiale, come rifare i letti e pulire il vetro della doccia . ho fatto le foto che ho dato allo staff ma poi ho cancellato sennò avrei condivise anche qui ho ripetuto ogni mattina che la notte non funzionava il condizionatore e la finestra non potevamo aprirla ( polita interna ) mahhh !!! e lo staff gentile mi ripeteva che avrebbero provveduto ma ogni notte abbiamo avuto questo problema di cui ci hanno offerto una mattina la colazione

• EVA (8/5): Bon séjour dans l'ensemble - Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel après notre vol avant de reprendre la route. La chambre était propre et calme, et le personnel agréable. Parking au sous-sol pratique pour 6 €. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : certaines tasses manquaient et aucune fourchette n’était disponible sans avoir à en demander.

• Roberto (6/5): Bien, pero... - Nos asignaron una habitación en la planta baja (planta 0) y salía del baño un olor a alcantarilla bastante fuerte. Puede que sea un problema con los sifones de dos desagües o que al estar en la planta baja está más cerca de la salida del alcantarillado, pero de cualquier forma no debería de oler así. A parte, el suelo de la habitación estaba bastante sucio. Tenía una falta de aspirador notable. Respecto a las camas y al personal todo perfecto.

• Morgane (5/5): - The location was ideal for us, near Viladecans city center, and I guess it must be very well located for people who need to stay close to the airport. The cleanliness. You need to review your procedures because it is absolutely not up to the level you expect of a hotel these days. I understand we cannot expect charm, we know what we are booking, but cleanliness and hygiene is a non-negotiable, and it was cruelly lacking.

• Jonathan (9/5): Mostly enjoyed it - Guests are typically charged €15 for early check-in prior to 2:00PM, but somehow we squeaked in under the radar around noon. Our large two twin bed room was basic but comfortable. The extra floor space was great for storing our 6 bags. Big shower with great water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. We were also given two extra pillows upon request. 👍 Good buffet breakfast from 6am to 10am. There were many bread, jam/jelly and cold cuts + cheese options. Some hot foods as well. Cost is €12.50 if you add breakfast at the front desk. Having 24-hour access to complementary specialty coffee in the lobby was nice. Big thanks to Carlos (front desk) and Eliza (housekeeping) for their excellent service! Room phone did not work and the small fridge didn’t get very cold.

За шикарну ванну кімнату - окрема подяка.Персонал дуже привітний. Сніданок смачний та різноманітний. Рекомендую! Мінусів для себе не виявила
