El personal muy amable y servicial. Lo único que no me encanto, fue que la habitación de alado estaba muy "ruidosa" todo se escuchaba y era tarde en la noche y seguían haciendo mucho ruido :(.

• Florian (6/5): Preiswerte Unterkunft mit Schwächen - Eine eigentlich schöne Anlage, die leider etwas vernachlässigt wirkte. Das gute dimensionierte Zimmer hatte bequeme Betten und ein großes Bad. Es wird leider kein Englisch gesprochen. Frühstück musste am Vorabend vorbestellt werden. Wir hatten ein Problem mit einer zu schwachen Toilettenspülung, dass leider nicht wirklich gelöst wurde. Angeblich ist ein schwacher Wasserdruck dort normal. Lage zum Zentrum recht weit.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of my all time favorite hotels. I have stayed here numerous times. The setting is lovely. It is always clean. The staff is very helpful! I had car troubles on one of my stays and the staff even helped me by calling a mechanic to come for my car. Overall, this hotel is one of my favorite places to stay!

It's not in centre - but ok for us as we drove in. Best to communicate in Spanish as staff could not speak English but were helpful and friendly. Wasn't close to centre but ok if u have a car or ok to walk (too hot for us for that and we were time pressed).

The location was close to town, and there was free parking. the shower was very hard to regulate in terms of hot and cold water, so I did not get a good shower.

• Mairghread (10/5): - This was an excellent hotel that was pristine! The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was the best in Mexico! The pool was clean and inviting as are the grounds. It was tranquil and close enough to town for an easy walk or ride to the center. There were even bikes to use. Definitely recommend!

Carlos was great. More towels and for sure pool towels would have been a bonus!!! also the should purchase drain cover , because there was a foul smell coming from the drains. and know maid service the so the towels were used bothdays for the pool and showing 4 times.

The breakfasts were a good value and the staff were helpful when needed. The rooms were nice but quite bare. Our room needed another chair or chest on which to set our things.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The location was what we were looking for it was quite And the staff took good care of us We stayed a few nights then left and came back 5 days later. And will come back again. The complaint I have is not due to the staff or hotel it was a family of French people who came in to rent and wanted 4 rooms but only paid for 2 they were not going to pay and didn't . The hotel didn't want a bad review so rather than argue they let them have the two extra rooms. These people were rude had an attitude. I felt really bad for the night clerk such a nice guy too. These people showed no respect at all. I know all French are not like this but this is no way to treat people in a country that is not even theirs. They are visitors and they need to show respect. I love it here and I'm from the US.been coming to Izamal for years and have been treated like family I highly recommend this hotel and Izamal. Thank you

Some snacks and beverages were avaible for purchase which was very convenient. I was also impressed that 70 of the energy was supplied through solar panals. The gardens were lovely. Nothing. It was a great stay.

• Leonardo (4/5): Hotel bonito, mala administración - No respetaron mi reservación, aunque si aparecía en la computadora, pero me informaron que hoteles.com sobrevenido la habitación y que fuera a buscar otro hotel, les mostré mi inconformidad y finalmente me hicieron el favor de darme una habitación aunque de menor categoría y sin refrigerador, requisito para hospedarme en este hotel, ya que soy diabético y lo necesito para guardar mi insulina, finalmente

Tiene estacionamiento , las habitaciones son sencillas, pero limpias, con baño amplio así como un cuarto muy amplio, todo con vista a la alberca y al jardín. La alberca está bien para el calor que hace. Así que lo recomiendo ampliamente. Eso si, está como a 10 minutos caminando del centro, pero esta fácil llegar e Izamala es muy seguro. por supuesto que volveré a ese maravilloso hotel.

The price of the meals are easily twice the average price of Merida… overall, it is an expensive hotel for what they offer
• Marie (10/5): Great place to stay - The place is beautiful, it’s a walking distance from the center of Izamal. The room was quite big, water in the shower was hot with a good flow. No smelly drain and I visited very few places that didn’t have that problem so that’s a real plus !! There is a parking inside. It’s really a great value for money and I had a great night there.
