- J (1/5): We did not sleep because of zero soundproofing - The staff and security are plesant, courteous, and helpful. There is no sound proofing. We cannot sleep because of the vehicles passing Shaw Boulevard. We can hear EVERYTHING from motorcycles, cars, buses, ambulance, and even people passing.
- Kerick (5/5): - I love how clean the room is. The staff in the check-in area did not give any greetings nor instructions. She just handed me the card. Also only one card was given so me and my husband would need to both go if we need something downstairs because the lights will automatically turn off if we remove the card from the slot. The staff with blue long polo sleeves staying in the entrance is more friendly and accommodating. There are only 2 pillows in the room and were too bulky and too high for the head when lying down. The air conditioning unit was so old that it does not cool the room enough. Turning the fan on didn’t help. No complimentary water or anything just the liquid soap but you can buy one at the lobby. The white towels are a bit dark.

- Francis Paul (8/5): It was a great and pleasant stay. I wish to come back again to this hotel. It is a recommended, - the overall surroundings was good and it was very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and the services are excellent and sometime punctual. The facilities are good and I like it since there is available parking spaces for guest/s. I think the WIFI internet facilities needs to be improved, because it is little bit slow. I hope they will increase ceiling fan in the each rooms for proper ventilation especially during summer months.

- Matiur (8/5): - The hotel was located very close to the place I came to visit, making it easy to hire transport from here. It is one of the best budget-friendly places to stay. Several large shopping malls are also nearby, all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was kept exceptionally clean. Since we did not take the complimentary breakfast in the morning, we have no comments regarding it. However, some complimentary items should have been provided with the room, such as facial tissues, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. In addition, there should have been some facilities for hanging clothes.

It's location is unbeatable: walking distance to St Francis parish for daily prayer in Adoration chapel & daily Mass, walking distance to the best shopping/dining options in Shangri-La & SM Megamall. Fast internet & very easy to book Grab. Hotel staff are professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. During our check-out, I accidentally left one of my suitcases. The front desk staff tried to contact me ASAP, calling me 11 times. Finally, I was able to see the message & arranged for the suitcase to be picked up as we headed to airport. Thank you so much, you truly saved the day!!!
- elainerey (10/5): Comfortable stay, though basic and minimal. - The room at Red Planet Hotel Ortigas is small but very clean and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning works well, and the bathroom has a nice hot shower. It’s simple yet convenient, perfect for a short staying, I didn’t like that there was no water station on the guest floors. Guests have to go down to the lobby just to refill their water bottles. It’s quite inconvenient, especially if you need water late at night.
