The room was not clean at all. The bedding was unacceptable — the duvet provided for my baby was extremely small and not warm enough. To make matters worse, there appeared to be bed bugs, and we started experiencing itching during our stay, which made the situation even more distressing and uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities were also unacceptable. There was no proper hot or cold water available, making it very difficult to use the shower or even wash properly. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. The overall hygiene standards were very poor. There was clearly a lack of cleaning and maintenance. Even simple things like a TV remote were missing from the room. Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel lobby was highly unprofessional. There was a person sleeping on the floor in the lounge area, which made the environment feel unsafe and poorly managed. The staff did not demonstrate professionalism or proper customer service throughout our stay. I have never experienced such poor standards in a hotel in the UK before. There seems to be a serious lack of cleanliness, organisation, and basic hospitality ethics. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The mattress was broken, no towels, no tele remote control or bin. The dirtiest room/hotel I have ever stayed in, toilet flush not working. 2 electrical wires that have been disconnected just sticking out. Huge piles of rubbish inside and outside of the hotel.

This is NOT a hotel — it is a dirty, neglected, unsafe building that should not be open to the public at all. The level of filth is unbelievable. If you are considering staying here, take my advice: sleeping on the street would genuinely be a better and safer option than staying in this place. Nothing in the photos matches reality — not even close. The pictures on Booking.com are completely misleading, and Booking.com clearly knows this because so many guests have complained, yet they keep this place listed without taking any action. During my stay, homeless people and addicts were literally sleeping at the entrance, making the entire place unsafe, uncomfortable, and totally unfit for anyone. The rooms are dirty, the conditions are awful, and the service simply does not exist. I left earlier than planned because staying there any longer was impossible. And let me add this clearly: Do not expect Booking.com to help you, and do not expect OYO (the company operating the hotel) to help you either. In my experience, both offered nothing but empty promises and no real support at all. You will be completely on your own if you face any problem. Avoid this place at all costs. This property should never have been listed as a hotel. I wanted to show you more photos, but unfortunately I could only upload four.

• Amy (2/5): - If there was a check in procedure, the employee did not follow it. I had to ask for towels, hand soap and the wifi code. NO HAND SOAP provided. He tried to put me in a room that was already being used. It appeared I was the only guest and I suspect the inn was being run by a family that lived there. I had trouble locking the door to my room so did not go to dinner since I could not secure my belongings. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was gross. I stopped drinking water to avoid using it. I became turned around trying to leave in the early morning and had to exit via the bar. BUILDING NOT LOCKED OVERNIGHT.
• Stephen (3/5): Just about ok to rest after a long flight, if youre on a tight budget - Its a very rundown pub, used more as a hub for a moped food delivery company than as a pub, so the staff member wasnt really focussed on the hospitality business and didnt speak very good English. So about as low quality as you can get... but very cheap so probably represents ok value for money if you dont mind slumming it a bit The shared bathroom was pretty dilapidated and not very clean. No towels. Overall very scruffy

Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

The place is old, the rug is dirty. The first room we booked was not good, dirty window clothes, used condoms in the drawer. We changed room to one with bathroom, the window clothes has stains, not washed. The annoying part was the music on Friday night from the bar from 11 or 12am till 4am and same on Saturday. If you can't sleep amidst of noise don't book around weekend. I think they need to remodel and consider their guest when it comes to weekend party. Maybe sound proof installed.

And I travel around for work every single week and have been doing for about 15years now and I can honestly say this is by far the worst place I’ve seen.. we ad 3 rooms in total me and 2 other guys.. 1 guy found a used condom and wrapper under his bed. The other lad and to change rooms as his window was broken and stayed open in winter of all times. My room was disgusting as well my sheets was dirty. The shared bathroom is not fit for a wild animal never mind humans… thick layers of dust and dirt all round the building. Looked out my window and they was dirty nappies on the window sill 💩 We complained to the guy on the bar who checked us in.. he was very rude and aggressive, this place needs shutting down I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone… please avoid this place at all cost It was that dirty we all ended up leaving at silly hours in the morning and having to go to the local pure gym for showers as well all felt that dirty from staying in this hell hole !! In my room was a lamp on the floor and it looked like it ad male semen all over it and on the floor next to it.. we was given WET and dirty towels I really don’t understand how this place is still trading

Room heating not working... however was given a heater/blower by the chap on duty. No wifi password given. Morning view was beautiful from the window... ducks... however on checkout saw all filth dumped in the parking -perhaps not visible on arrival at dark. Could really improve but things are shabby currently (aim to improve)

There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost me a pound as I didn’t feel safe leaving it there.

The passkey was given on a torn off bit of paper, and everyone can see what everyone has as a code. No keys. I saw the stains in the room and heard, what I assume, was rats in the wall and paid for another hotel which we went to stay at.
• J (4/5): - This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.

The photos must be many years old as the property looks nothing like it now. Pretty much everything. Property was filthy with rubbish in the common rooms. Shared bathroom had scum everywhere, vanity was broken, bed sheets were stained, pillows paper thin, mouldy ceiling and walls, smelt damp, bed bugs in the beds. I think that’s about it. Oh wait, we left the day of checking in due to the state of the property and now I can’t get a refund out of these scam artists. Don’t stay here
