- Elsa (1/5): It was unbearable. - Location. The room was not handicapped as I requested. It had regular bath tub and regular toilet. Handicapped individual could not shower and had issues bending to use toilet. Because if this she wet in her pants. The floor was dirty. After I showered and walked around my room my feet were black. The floor had some type of moisture to it.

- Cheryl (8/5): It's good - Comfortable mattress, was quiet We had to go the desk to obtain the secret code on adjusting the thermostat .
- Mary (4/5): Very disappointing stay, bad odor in room, plumbing issues, and door locks have issues - It is hard to find anything positive to say about this stay. I guess the bed was somewhat comfortable, and the size of the king suite was large. And we did get help from the front desk, who tried to handle our issues to make our stay comfortable. When we went to our assigned room, the door was ajar, which was disconcerting. We later found out the door locking systems are tricky, and just turning the lock all the way will cause the card reader to not work and you get locked out - which we did experience. Our room had a strong musty/moldy smell, and the toilet was not working. The second room had the same smell, and the shower did not drain at all - we left with about 3 inches of water in it. The Television would not get the channel we needed, and it required IT help and about an hour to get it working. In the morning, our clothes were all damp from the A/C. We only had towels for one person and had to get them from the front desk ourselves. And before we checked out, as we were packing, housekeeping just let themselves in to service the room - would have been very upsetting if we were dressing. Very disappointing stay.

Not enough towels, toilet would not flush. Had to use my personal phone to call the facility to reach the front desk to have someone bring a plunger to our room. Bed very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows

Standing in there even made my dogs uncomfortable. There was a big dog in the 1st floor that was peeing everywhere and being aggressive to my puppies and nothing was done

I would like cheese for my eggs 😁 the surroundings were safe and quiet. We will definitely be back next time visiting grandkids. My husband said the shower was awesome and will want to stay in room 110 again!
