Automatic check-in on the second floor doesn't provide you with helpful info like breakfast details, so the morning after I had to figure out where the breakfast place was. Very small toilet and shower; it had no door, so the water splashed outside if unattended. Not enough towels. Cleaning service was quite lazy in my opinion; in 5 nights they only cleaned my room and changed the towels once, and they didn't tidy up the bed sheets properly that time.

- Jenny (7/5): - Great value for money. Although not my favourite area in Singapore the location was central and very convenient for public transport. Good gym. The check-in process was slow, despite having downloaded the app in advance. There was also a lot of time spent waiting for lifts. A water dispenser on each floor would be a good addition.

Room was extremely compact but comfortable for one person and had everything you need. Breakfast was simple but had enough choice. Staff were very helpful. Excellent facilities once you have checked out with a self-service fully functional kitchen and luggage storage. I found the information about the room facilities/hotel quite complicated to find via the TV screen. There were no channels to watch on the TV, not even radio - could stream from own devices but I’m not tech savvy enough to do that myself.

The location right between several MRTs was really great and the multiple 24hr restaurants nearby were awesome. A tiny bit more space for storage would have gone a long way. Shower is poorly designed and water leaked everywhere.

The room smelt odd everytime I walked in, though I either got use to it or the AC flushed it away after around 10 minutes of being in the room. I also hated the layout of the bathroom, having the shower right next to the toilet and nothing to stop the water from piling around the toilet

Bar hotelowy, młodzieżowy klimat. Pralnia samoobsługowa na miejscu. Mała powierzchnia pokoju. To nie jest miejsce, gdzie można spędzać czas, raczej tylko do spania.

A distância caminhável para little india e bairro árabe. Boas condições gerais. Tem uma sala que permite guardar a bagagem com cadeados para quem chegue antes do quarto disponivel ou que saia cedo e precise ainda de ir passear até voo de saída. Tamanho do quarto. É mal geral nos alojamentos em singapura. Ainda assim neste caso penso que poderia ser melhor aproveitado o espaço. Não havia suporte suficiente para as nossas 2 malas de viagem de 14kg

For the price, I thought it would be a bit more spacious and nice in the room. This just may be Singapore prices though, especially given the location.

The facilities are limited - mostly just some instant coffee and tea bags on the second floor, but honestly the proximity to the Bencoolen Station was perfect for us. Really quite easy for us to get around Singapore and see all the main sights Self check-in was confusing to some guests - if you are taking a Grab and getting dropped off, 1) tell your driver they need to go into the garage and up the ramp and 2) feel free to just go down the stairs to floor 1 if you need to talk to an actual receptionist

- Renee (2/5): Awful. - I hated this hotel, it was rated 4 star, so I thought it would be a classic, maybe tired, 4 star hotel. Instead it was a self serve micro-hotel. Check yourself in. Carry your own bags. Width of the Room was literally 2m - bed fitted end to end with a wall either side. The staff were friendly. I can’t imagine how hard it is for them to deal with the endless disappointment of their guests.

Terrific dining. Very good evening entertainment during our visit. Reception staff very helpful. A shout-out to Brendons mum & dad, it was lovely to meet you (they like to keep an eye on him), no need to worry they raised a wonderful youn man. Breakfast was ok, the fried eggs were not (as a european) Reception could be slow at busy times, but they were always helpful.
