404BobG (10/5): Another day in Paradise - Radisson Grenada Beach, another year, another total success. The ambience and tranquility is superb, from room, restaurants, bars, pools and gardens, there is always somewhere to relax and chill, oh, and there is the beach. Would like to thank Michael, Joseph, Kendra, Natalie, Anne-Marie, Akim, Dyllon and Carmen for their support and love in my time of sadness. My only negative is that I feel the resort need's to improve on the evening entertainment as it lacks in quality. We stayed in a double double executive seaview room, but was only made up for two, but after a little chat with reception, sorted within 30 minutes, very clean and tidy, but some room fittings need to be upgraded, but work is in progress.

Herney15 (2/5): Disappointed.. and I don’t get any satisfaction - This is my second time staying at this Resort .. and I was really disappointed. It was my birthday staycation.. from the time I arrived .. no one offered assistance I’m there just sitting in de lobby .. arrived to my room .. they said it was a upgrade but the room was poor . Keys didn’t work when we arrived to the room sigh .. bed was running on a slope.. balcony was dirty and no shower gel .. housekeeper cleaned the room and didn’t clean the toilet so I went and asked her for the tools so I can clean it myself.. there are coffee and tea in the room but no stirrers or a spoon to stir your tea .. she never replenished the little creamers .. my fiancé love coffee so he was so disappointed.. when we asked her for a spoon she said they were out of. At breakfast they offered coffee or tea but was cold .. on the buffet look out for little fruit flies in you food .. the buffet it basically the same everyday .. they take so long to clear your table and hardly even check on you .. felt like some stuff was brought back from the day before .. I notice three dinning area but all served the same menu .. so sad I have to make reservations out of the resort for my birthday .. the last day the breakfast buffet was filled with smoke and I guess bcuz the place was crowded my eyes was literally burning ..shout out to Kendra at the restaurant amazing lady she works harder than the staff on the floor .. the resort is beautiful.. lovely location but they need to do better I won’t go back .

imogenj613 (4/5): **IMPORTANT REVIEW** - We were initially in room 317 which flooded due to blocked drains, with grey water spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom. Staff resolved the external blockage quickly, but communication regarding remedial action in our own room was poor. A housekeeper later informed us that 317–319 flood regularly. We had to ask to be relocated and were placed in a beachfront room beside the main pool and bar. Unfortunately, excessive late-night noise made it unsuitable for a relaxing stay, and complaints to security and reception after 10pm had little effect. After further requests, we were eventually moved to a quieter area of the resort. We also experienced a breakfast billing error where two guests were incorrectly charged around $60 USD, which took over 48 hours, several discussions, and 4 hours of our holiday to resolve. Management staff other than Mrs Purser were generally unhelpful, however most other staff were lovely. There are positives: the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the daytime atmosphere is relaxed. Early room access was appreciated. Special thanks also to Chef Joseph for accommodating my coeliac disease, although awareness of cross-contamination risks could be improved. Overall, many guests will likely enjoy their stay, but I would strongly advise confirming your room allocation in advance and avoiding beachfront rooms if seeking peace and quiet. And while we want to be able to offer a positive review, it would be misrepresentative to do so.

I’m very very happy I choose this resort than any other! Even over the all inclusive ones. Your seriously walking distance from a lot such as local food places, KFC, Spicemall, Grand Anse shopping center. Great for solo traveler
claire (7/5): - Rooms tidy, always clean. We booked an accessible room, as my husband is a wheelchair user, bathroom not really accessible. Getting around the hotel was accessible with ramps but no disabled toilets in main areas, are/ poolside/restaurant Breakfast buffet were always amazing, fresh and a wide choice of food. Resturant lunch and evening food was good although resturant choice limited. Staff in restaurants alway cheerful, front of house staff I felt were not so welcoming, in reception. Accessible toilets in hotel main areas.

Resort228563 (10/5): A beachfront treasure - The first thing I noticed on arriving was the beautiful landscaping everywhere, often incorporating natural elements such as Traveler palms, all areas beautifully maintained; the next thing that drew me in was the common areas (bars and dining): clean, & comfortable with well chosen furnishings. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast is outstanding: what a vast selection of food! Our room had been updated, on the beachfront, everything clean & comfortable. This is our second visit to the Radisson & we're plotting a 3rd.

Hallcian (9/5): My trip was wonderful. - The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I enjoy the beach, pool and food. I didn't like that it was extremely hard finding beach towels. One of the housekeeping staff was very rude to the point my mom had to tell the front desk clerk that she doesn't want the lady back. The wifi was terrible. The staff at the bamboo bar was over charging us for food we ordered. We ordered the same food twice and the pricing was way more the second time when we ordered. I don't understand why the price were never the same. Also we have been coming to this hotel as a valued customer for the past 17 years and not one day has this hotel gave us a thank u basket or a candy. Most hotels I have visited more than once I always get a warm welcome gift as a recurring customer.

Room had sugar ants on the dressing table and near the fridge area. I leak under our bathroom sink which flooded the bathroom each time it was used. Checkout time was 12 noon sharp and no appropriate facilities to change after using the pool or sea after this time on your last day. Building work was underway which meant you could not sleep long in the mornings. NO entertainment during the days we were there whilst the receptionist said they would be! This should have been made clear!

Those issues will be addressed. Beautiful envoirment and ambiance generally. Beds were too soft.

926subashn (10/5): Experience of a lifetime! - Excellence throughout! General Manager Trevor and his team's attention to detail and ensuring a superior customer experience is clearly apparent. Housekeeping, grounds, food, amenities all superb. Check in and checkout was easy, quick and efficient. Second to the beach, breakfast was the other highlight of the day, local favorites along with a wide selection of international fare made it something to look forward to daily. I will be back on multiple occasions!

suebC1150JX (8/5): We had fun! - We loved the resort location. Beautiful beach. Walked 2 miles every day on the beach. Our room was beachfront and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our little patio. The room itself is dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the decor is outdated. A little modernization would go a long way. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choices. Lunch and dinners at the hotel were not so good. Service was extremely slow and food was just ok. Serving staff need more training. For the most part, they were disengaged and uncaring. The only staff person who really put in an effort was Shenard. Give her a raise!! We ended up leaving the grounds for our dinners at local restaurants. Loved the Beachfront Bistrot. The pools and grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed them very much. The beach was not overcrowded which we appreciated.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo comprato una stanza ad alto costo per passare una settimana in relax, l'hotel ha rovinato completamente le nostre vacanze mostrandosi assolutamente indifferenti. Non dovevano vendere una stanza sapendo che vi era una manutenzione pianificata sottostante, assolutamente inaccettabile e vergognoso.

My room was spacious, sparkling clean and comfortable. The Internet did not work in my room, which was disappointing. Buffet breakfast can be a little more warm for consumption.
Fabrizio20132013 (2/5): Scheduled maintenance underneath my expensive room - My wife and I book a very expensive ocean view room for one week. After a few days the hotel started a scheduled maintenance just underneath our room making a lots of noise with drill, hammers, workers, and with all dust going to our balcony. My complaint to the manager was useless, they don't care about client satisfaction. They sold a room knowing that a planned maintenance was about to start, absolutely unacceptable. This hotel ruined my vacation completely and their superficial behavior without respect to the client is unbelievable.

345janicej (6/5): Review of a Resort Stay with a Large Group - • I stayed at the Raddison in October 2025 with a large group for a social event. • Upon arrival, there was a staff shortage at check-in, causing an hour-long wait for their room. • The executive sea-view room was disappointing, with old furniture and dated decor, though the view was good. • The room lacked essential items like balcony chairs, bins, an ironing board, and a TV remote. • Housekeeping was generally good, but on one occasion, the room wasn't cleaned, and the requested towel change was mishandled without apology. • The hotel experienced significant staffing shortages, particularly during breakfast service, leading to long waits and stressed employees. • The egg station was especially problematic due to slow service and improperly cooked food. • Outdoor dining was plagued by birds, and Georgies Beach Bar suffered from a single cashier, causing delays. • The coffee bar was often unstaffed. • Lunch and dinner also involved long waits, especially for large groups. • One swimming pool was closed, and jacuzzis were non-functional. • The executive block was deemed not worth the cost, and overall, the resort seemed understaffed despite high occupancy. • Despite issues with blocked toilets and a towel shortage, other friends felt their experiences were better.

Sara (8/5): Beautiful resort for family of five! - The Radisson was the third and final place my family of five stayed while we were in Grenada (Kids ages 14, 12, and 10). After staying in two boutique hotels, my kids were so excited to be at a large resort. The pool and grounds were beautiful and you cannot beat the accessibility to the turquoise calm and clear water. The staff were friendly and kind, and there was always some type of activity happening. We enjoyed the free breakfast. It is very large and there is a lot to choose from. Lunch took a very long time at the restaurant but was good. There is a shopping center and restaurants walkable to the resort. Overall I would recommend for a family. The one thing we were disappointed in was our rooms. We had two double-bed garden view rooms. I had sent several requests to have rooms connecting and even asked again when we arrived. I was assured they would try their best to connect. When I officially checked-in another staff member informed me that they would not be connecting because they do not have any "two-double bedrooms" that connect. That was the first time anyone said that. We did get two rooms right next to each other, but with 10 and 12 year old frustrating to have to use a key to get in and out. The rooms also had a distinct mold smell. You could even smell it outside. I know its a damp climate, but the smell was a bit unbearable. Housekeeping put air fresheners to help, but it eventually came back. We were only there for two nights, and we spent most of our time outside in the resort. If we were to stay any longer I would have asked to move rooms.

Wendy (8/5): Relaxing vacation in a beautiful environment. - Breakfast was great. All staff were friendly and polite, from the landscapers to the security guards. Nikita at Georgie's was so lovely. Dimitri at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. There was no problem getting seats on the beach or the pool. Enjoyed the gym and bar service. We did notice garbage in the garden beds. The pillows were uncomfortable. There were teenage athletic teams staying at the hotel, who were at times loud and disruptive.

Maxine (7/5): Noise levels not acceptable! - We had the most amazing beach view. Lovely swimming pools and clear blue ocean. We were lucky enough to see a turtle in the sea from our beach almost every day. The noise was quite unbearable at times. Whilst I appreciate it isn't a private beach nevertheless I feel that the locals could be more mindful of holiday makers. 3, 4 or 5 groups of locals, all with their own music blaring out of very large speakers on the beach, which believe me is extremely annoying when all the music is different 🤦‍♀️ The hotel needs to put notices on the inside of the hotel room doors, asking holiday makers to close their doors quietly. This was possible as I never once slammed our door shut! We were woken by the slamming of doors at 6 in the morning and late at night! We had an incident of holiday makers below us screaming, swearing, and shouting from 2.40 to 4am, and Security didn't have a clue how to handle the situation. Whilst we had a nice time because of the noise levels, we won't be returning, which is such a shame as the beach is beautiful!
Karl (7/5): - The Radisson is well located and I would say a nice place to stay. The room size is quite adequate and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well.Wifi reception was excellent. I wish the restaurant/food choices were better, although we always found something we could eat and its preparation was certainly acceptable. Front desk assistance was good but restaurant service was consistently hit or miss. Don't expect to see a sense of urgency by restaurant personnel...it's just not there. The facilities are a little "old" and it occasionally shows up. We needed our toilet repaired and assistance with the TV. Both items were fixed within very acceptable time expectations.

Jemiah at the front desk is an amazing staff member! Limited menu for lunch/dinner or in between munchies, service can be slow, WiFi is good around the lobby and restaurant but was terrible for rooms facing the parking lot.

I loved the Nutmeg syrup and Caramelized Banana sauce.Not to mention the the hotel's prime location on Grand Anse beach. The views were simply immaculate. The wait time for non buffet food could be shorter. We waited almost an hour for a simple order placed after the peak lunch period, around 3pm (at Oasis Bar & Grill). Also, there is a drain going through the property which had a strong smell.

The staff was very accommodating especially Akim who was the most attentive, kind, engaging staff member there. Akim with his infectious genuine smile, and cheerful demeanor, managed to give everyone he assisted his undivided time and service, he was always on the move but seemed to make every guest he interacted with feel taken care of. As a single female traveler, Akim helped me feel very safe at the hotel and even gave suggestions for enjoying Grenada as a whole. I am looking forward to returning to the Radisson Grenada.

ROLAND (8/5): Quite a very exciting and rejuvenating experience. - The beach and location are resplendent and impeccably kept very clean, with adequate and visibly present security. The staffers are quite friendly, warm and extremely courteous. The breakfast, while generous and of diverse variety, could still be better. However, the ambiance of the environment is quite relaxing and comforting.
Denise (9/5): Grenada - A Food Lover’s Paradise with Great Service and a Perfect Location. - We really enjoyed the entire hotel. From a wonderful welcome from the staff team, clean spacious room, variety at breakfast, standard traditional breakfast options as well as traditional local produce. The restaurant on site, which was on the beach and close to a bar (apologies I can't remember the name) the food was delicious. We ate there for a quick lunch bite, the chicken wings and chicken was our favourite. We also had dinner there one evening, prawns and chicken dishes, again fabulous. I also really appreciated the staff who were clear the food at dinner had up to a 45 minute wait, which was fine, great to be informed and manage expectations. There is a beach restaurant not far from the hotel called 61 West....they could learn from the Radisson team, the customer service there was dreadful and the entire restaurant was incompetently managed. Even though the food there is nice, the service leaves a bad taste, I would avoid. About a 10-minute walk to the right of the hotel is a shopping mall. Near there is an authentic roti and doubles spot called Chadon Beni, which is a must-visit. I had a double with all the sauces, amazing flavours. We also noticed a lovely place called Mykonos in the same area. We didn’t get to try it, but it was always busy. On the way to the harbour for a boat trip (around 15–20 minutes from the hotel), we stopped at a small roadside food stall selling roti's. I can’t remember the name or exact location, but the food was delicious. Don’t be afraid to try the food stalls by the roadside or near the shopping centre opposite the hotel, go outside, there are some great options within walking distance. Finally, we really appreciated how safe and secure the hotel felt without the overbearing security you sometimes find at larger or chain resorts. The security team were present, friendly, and discreet while checking in with guests. A big thank you to the whole team. Nothing that we didn't like. What would have made our stay even better, would be shower facilities for guests who have a late flight. We did ask to extend our check out time, but unfortunately this wasn't possible due to capacity and new arrivals, which is understandable.
