PARKING WAS VERY AMPLE. WHERE ABLE TO FIND A LOCATION NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL THE SMOKE SMELL WAS OVERPOWERING AT ENTRANCE OF FACILITY. DID NOT ENTER THE BAR FOR FOOD FOR THIS VERY REASON. NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR DAY WE WERE THERE.

- L9131IDkevinh (4/5): FIRST RATE HOTEL/CASINO, SECOND RATE ROUTINE - This should be a first rate hotel/casino, but to me very second rate. First off, the situation was unacceptable.....I require an HDMI input to expand my PC on the TV screen, but when I attempted to do this, the inputs would not fit my cable, and when i inquired at the front desk, I was basically told I could not do this and they would not give me an acceptable reason, they could not even let me talk to the IT people as to why this is a problem, when it is virtually no problem at other major hotels I have stayed at during travel.....also, the casino is no properly secured...several times players were playing two machines at once with people (namely me) standing in line waiting to play......at one time i sat at a machine vacant and was told someone was playing it, apparently the Invisible Man, with no money in the machine...this led to an ugly response from a customer....I have traveled many cities, stayed at many hotels, and gambled at Deadwood SD, Las Vegas, Reno and other cities and have NEVER experienced this and again, the HDMI issue should not be one, it is mainly plugging a cable into the TV and PC to expand the screen, and with my weak eyesight it is a must in order to view programs and do PC work. I shall not stay at this property in the future, and I hope other people who read this remember this when choosing a resort to stay at.

The smoke smell is through out the entire place. In order to get to the restaurant you have to walk through the smoke filled casino. The restaurant also smells. We would never stay there again. I felt like I smoked a pack of cigarettes by the time we left.

When I went in the room the first day my room stunk like if someone had just finished smoking a cigarette in there, I barely slept during the first night, with people yelling and slamming doors non stop making the entire room shake until pass midnight in the hallway and pool area.

There was nothing but a coffee maker in the room. I thought a voucher for a discount on the breakfast might even work. Other than that and a smoky atmosphere going towards the restaurant, we were very happy with the room.

- Nicholas (5/5): Rude people work there - Rude workers at service desk 420 dollars in motel cost there gave me 10dollars I. Free play the lady at help desk got mad and rude said no I will never stay there again
- William (8/5): Fun place to stay in Redding - great location, comfortable beds tv pixelated every 5 minutes and I could not access the wall to see if it needed tightening.

- Ann (8/5): Fun stop for a one night passage through Redding. - Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom area large. Shower over tub makes it a little more difficult to access for older people. Parking was easy and convenient to hotel entry. Pool area was very pretty (not used due to weather). Restaurant food was reasonably priced, large portions and quite tasty. Dealers at casino tables friendly and fun. Hotel registration desk is situated directly across from large door going into casino making the area have a very strong cigarette smoke odor. Casino area also is quite smokey smelling. I know the facility is 35 years old but updated filter system needs to be done. Table area for gambling very small (3-4 tables).

- Kelly (8/5): do research! - I booked a handicap accessible room, the springs on the bathroom door were so tight and the door so heavy that I had trouble opening it. I had to put my suitcase in front of the door open. I went to Redding for a family emergency, I wish I had done better research, no microwave in room and they did not serve breakfast. I only picked the Win-River because of the easy directions, less traffic and proximity to the hospital. Super 8 on Churn Creek would have been cheaper and just as easy.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. Our bed was not made up on the second day. The trash cans were not emptied on the second day.
