• GORETTI (9/5): ESCAPADA - Nos encantó el hotel, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo imprescindible, el desayuno muy bueno, las instalaciones son ideales destacando la última planta con la piscina y la terraza chillout, las vistas son ideales para ver el atardecer y el lago Martiánez. El personal del hotel es encantador, desde la recepción hasta la cocina, te hacen sentir como en casa. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable

Alle sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man bemängeln kann. Wenn, dann nur falls jemand Probleme mit dem Ein- und Ausstieg aus der Dusche hat. Da es nur eine Badewanne gab und diese sehr hoch war, war das ein- und aussteigen eine kleine Kletteraktion. 😉 ... aber sonst alles gut. Frühstücksbuffet war okay, nicht überragend.

• Michael (9/5): Rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! - Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen konnte tageweise hinzugebucht werden. Auch hier täglich wechselndes Buffet, mal spanisch, kanarisch, italienisch u.v.a.m. Sehr gute Lage an der Uferpromenade. Dachterrasse mit Pool. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Das ist aber bei der Mehrheit der Hotels im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz nicht anders. Mehrere Parkhäuser in der Stadt sind gesperrt und nicht benutzbar. Beste Möglichkeit ist ein großer Parkplatz am Meer in etwa 1 km Entfernung. Bei rauher Witterung verschmutzt das Auto hier allerdings sehr stark (Mischung aus Meersalz und Staub). Angesichts der Verkehrssituation auf der Insel sollte man sich gut überlegen, ob man ein Auto für den gesamten Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer (rund 130,- € pro Fahrt, max. vier Personen). Der ÖPNV funktioniert sehr gut.
• CurlyKaleKing (10/5): Great Hotel - 4.95 STARS.... some minor issues but not serious enough to remove a star. There is a lot of external noise. My room overlooked the side street and in the evening the restaurant opposite closes between 11 & midnight and make an awful lot of noise in the process and in the morning around 6:30am, they're back preparing for opening. There are also a lot of people passing by having loud conversations and in the morning early deliveries to the hotel happen. I understand the hotel has no control over this but a solution would be to install soundproofing of the balcony door. My only other concern is the combined bath and shower. I'm a small person and had difficulty climbing in and out of the bath to shower as it is very high. What I like about the hotel is the comfort, the spaciousness of our room. The breakfast buffet is excellent and finally the wonderful location and the friendliness of all the hardworking staff.
• andrewdU2108FZ (6/5): 4 Star hotel? - Location of hotel excellent. Rooftop swimming pool and bar super. Hotel cleanliness super. Now the negatives. Although breakfast good evening meals pretty average. Staff in restaurant from top to bottom require serious training in dealing with clients. Despite signs about taking food from restaurant this was blatantly breached without any staff intervention. I was a solo traveller and on approx ,20 per cent of occasions at meals my table was cleared when I returned from buffet Rooms were quite dated and are falling well behind other similar rated hotels. Note there is no hotel entertainment. On the sun terrace the sun loungers should be consigned to museum they were old metal where the height adjusters were mostly broken. In all seriousness what would it take to purchase a dozen new modern sun loungers! In summary hotel in my opinion living on reputation and really needs to have a serious rethink going forward

• Guest (10/5): Vacaciones inmejorables - Nos encantó todo, muy bien ubicado y sobre todo el trato del personal desde el momento en que llegamos hasta q nos hemos ido, todos muy agradables y con mi niña muy atentos, Candelaria y Juanjo en recepción, Andrea camarera en el buffet, Luis el cocinero, Mercedes ayudante de cocina, nos han hecho sentir como en casa, dándonos todo tipo de comodidades con respecto a la comida y todos en general muy resolutivos, si volvemos, de seguro q repetimos, ha sido todo un placer!!!! Lo único q el tele no se veía bien, pero fuimos a recepción a preguntar y de momento nos avisaron al técnico, aunq tampoco lo echamos a ver porq no pasábamos mucho tiempo en la habitación

• Bettina (7/5): Na 3 keer Vallemar gaan we toch eens uitkijken naar andere opties. - De ligging is super, kamers zijn netjes en het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is vrij basic en het eten (eieren, spek, churros, pannenkoeken) was koud/lauw. Ondanks de aanzienlijke prijsstijging van de laatste jaren was dit voor ons een teleurstelling.
• Sebastian_1983 (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit grandioser Aussicht! - Gebucht haben wir das Hotel primär wegen der Lage. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber und obwohl wir die noch nicht renovierte Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten, war unser Zimmer bereits renoviert (vermutlich wird es irgendwann nur noch renovierte Zimmer geben). Der Hotelpool und die Bar auf dem Dach sind empfehlenswert (Ruhig, tolle Aussicht, tolle Longdrinks & Cocktails, aufmerksame Bedienungen). Auch die Atmosphäre bei Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel ist angenehm und ruhig - sicher auch bedingt durch das eher ältere Publikum. Folgende Punkte sind nicht unbedingt negativ, aber durchaus erwähnenswert: - Durch die zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz ist die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe meist erfolglos (das Hotel hat aber einen kleinen Privatparkplatz für 10,-€/Nacht, welcher vorab reserviert werden kann). Kostenlos geparkt werden kann immer in 1-1,5km Entfernung am Hafen - Das Hotel ist direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen und das Musikprogramm des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss sorgt auch in allen Zimmern zur Meerseite zwangsläufig für Unterhaltung Allerdings war es im Oktober ab 22:30 Uhr immer ruhig. Wen das stört und wer auf den Meerblick verzichten kann, bucht ein Zimmer zur Landseite - Das Abendessen in Buffetform ist für den Preis echt gut, immer mit leckeren Salaten, frischen Fisch-, Fleisch und vegetarischen Gerichten. Allerdings habe ich das Themenabende-Konzept noch nie verstanden, bei dem oft abenteuerliche Kreationen (Exotisches Buffet) herauskommen. Das Abendessen lässt sich aber auch tageweise für faire 25,-€ (oder 29,-€?) pro Person buchen.

• Godelieve (10/5): - Mooie kamer met frontaal oceaanzicht. Fles cava als welkom in de kamer. Zeer centraal gelegen. Dichtbij winkels, restaurantjes en bars. Gezellige bar op het dak naast het zwembad met solarium.

• Svetlana (8/5): хороший отель для НЕ любителей купаться. - Отель расположен на променаде . в шаговой доступности магазины , бары и рестораны , остановка такси , автобусов и поезда до Лоро парка . На крыше отеля бассейн с красивейшим видом . в ресторане на ужин предлагают блюда разных стран . пляж около отеля каменистый . без специальной обуви не зайти . загорать около океана практически не возможно.

• Maciej (9/5): Fajny hotel położony nad samym oceanem - Fajny hotel położony nad samym morzem i promenadą. Piękny widok w pokojach od strony oceanu. Możliwość rezerwacji hotelowego parkingu. Dobra lokalizacja ma swoje minusy - w pokojach od strony oceanu wieczorami jest hałas od położonych poniżej lokali/dyskotek. Wejście/wjazd do parkingu hotelowego znajduje się dość daleko od wejścia do hotelu. No ale i tak na plus jest to, że w ogóle jest hotelowy parking.

• Shira (10/5): מלון מעולה במיקום מושלם על הטיילת - מלון מעולה, במיקום פצצה על הטיילת ומול הבריכה, קיבלנו חדר גדול, מרווח עם מרפסת ונוף לים, חדר האמבטיה גדול וארוחת הבוקר נהדרת בשפע עם נוף לאוקיינוס. למלון יש חניה אבל צריך להזמין מראש.

• alicia (10/5): EXCELENTE - El personal fantástico. Muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades; tanto el personal de recepción, como el personal del Buffet de desayuno como el del Bar piscina. La piscina nos gustó muchísimo, así como el Jacuzzi. La habitación también, muy limpia y tranquila; solo me quedó la pena que no fuera con vistas al mar. Para la próxima la reservaremos así, porque volveremos. El Buffet de desayuno era muy completo y el almuerzo del Bar piscina muy rico.

• Daniel (9/5): Encontramos las vacaciones que buscábamos - Amabilidad, profesionalidad y trato del personal excelentes en todos los servicios (restaurantes, limpieza, piscina, recepción, etc). Todo está muy bien cuidado, limpio y actualizado. La ubicación es excelente. La piscina en la azotea es un lujo ya que tiene unas vistas preciosas. Hemos disfrutado mucho las vacaciones en familia. En el buffet libre de la cena las consumiciones son de pago. Me parece que el agua debería ser gratis y si no, a un precio más razonable..
