• Elena (8/5): Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend sowohl für kurze als auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Insel begeistert mit ihre - Das Resort ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet, mit liebevoll eingerichteten, charmanten Bungalows. Es fehlt an nichts – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist bequem in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Zudem war alles sehr sauber, und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit ungebetenen Gästen.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner, l'emplacement est vraiment loin de tout, très cher pour bouger en bateau, rien à faire aucune animation le soir il faut prendre un bateau pour aller au centre. La plage n'est accessible que sur une toute petite partie car le reste est pour les hôtels. Et les bungalow auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement ! • Simrin (7/5): Pretty good. - The staff were excellent - the resort is owned by a man and his family. While they were hard to reach before we got to Thailand, when we were actually there he was very responsive and kind. He accomodated all of our requests and arranged transport to and from Ba Kao Bay and the main part of Phi Phi. The rooms were spacious and the location was quite central to all of the restaurants and stores. They also had an onsite laundry service which despite being a little bit pricier than what I've paid at other places, was very nice and fast. I enjoyed my stay. In one of our bungalows (we booked two), there was fire ants. HOWEVER, the staff were super accomodating and cleaned it immediately. The bungalows itself were very clean, but that was the only downside we had to it. The shower pressure was also not that great, and the shower itself is not separated from the toilet (the toilet gets wet when showering), but that was honestly kind of expected living in the smaller part of the island.

• Charlotte (9/5): - Hôtel plutôt agréable, très bien situé dans un coin isolé de l’île, ce qui a rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Notez toutefois que seul un aller-retour gratuit pour le port est proposé, les autres seront à vos frais. Le point de vue 3 et la plage de Laemtong sont facilement accessibles à pied.

• Justine (2/5): Les colocataires indésirables : cafards,vers - Les lits pas confortables du tout comme sur une planche de bois, pas propre moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bain, une porte qui se disloquait à peine on la touchait, pas de poignée. Les femmes de ménages ne lavent même pas la chambre juste elles font les lits. Meilleures parties : les petits colocataires énormes cafards, énormes vers qui sortent de la douche, des toilettes et j’en passe. Quand on le signal ils nous ont simplement donner une bombe, et on a du le faire nous même ! Aucune empathie ou autre ! Bref je ne vous conseil vraiment pas à part si c’est pour qu’une nuit.

• Billy-Jo (7/5): Lovely stay! Expensive part to stay on phi phi to get around. - Lovely having our own place, and the host was lovely and very helpful and accommodating! The only sadly it wasn’t very sound proof and a lot of the furniture was already broken. E.g the table had no glass and the curtain rail wasn’t connected to the wall properly! Another thing to note - free transfers or “cheaper” transfers to tonsai and the main part of phi phi islands would have been great. It felt super scammy and very expensive. The guys on the beach who ran the boats felt comfortable really ripping of tourists and making prices up that were crazy for a short boat journey :(. I feel like wee we’re just seen as money rather than people and that make me not enjoy phi phi islands as much as I wanted. I also sadly had some money stolen from me from a massage parlour near our accommodation (a few minutes walk) when I got a massage - which tainted the whole experience for me

• Ana (5/5): Not recommended. - We liked the location in a sense that it was very close to the beach, in fact you could walk to two beaches from the hotel and the one a little further away is very beautiful and doesn't have such strong tide. To get anywhere else on the island you need to take a boat, specifically, a private transfer which is around 20 euros one way. The hotel says they include transfer from the port on the day of checking in and back. However, on the way back we were told the hotel only offered transfers at 7:30 am or 11 am, which meant we had to leave 2,5 hours early to catch our speedboat. It was Christmas morning and we were the only passengers on that boat. However, I felt it was misleading to say they offered a free transfer and didn't want to pay extra. The hotel itself is beyond basic. The room is quite small. The beds are very hard. The air conditioning was directed straight at beds and it was uncomfortable. Our toilet got blocked. My luggage was full of little ants. The morning prayers are very loud and go off at 5:30.

Le patron, mais ca semblait être surtout avec nous, peut-être car j ai mentionné en arrivant que la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas. Se a quoi il m a demandé si j en avait vraiment besoin… enfin bref, rarement un bonjour er quand on lui demande un renseignement (par exemple excursion bateau) il nous demande de repasser une autre fois… bref rien de super grave mais si pour moi ca fait partie du service.

• Elena (4/5): Da evitare - Servizio navetta puntuale....purtroppo il mare era un po' mosso e abbiamo fatto fatica a salire sulla barca con quella scaletta. Il bungalow necessita di restyling...doccia mal funzionante senza tenda e il bagno si allaga tutto. Pulizia insufficiente. Moschea vicino al bungalow e sveglia.alle 5 con la preghiera. La piscina piccolina ma pulita potrebbe.essere un intermezzo piacevole ma è TOTALMENTE sprovvista di lettini e sedie. Ci si deve sedere lungo il bordo e appoggiare tutto a terra. Basterebbero 10- 12 sedie di plastica..e suggerisco l investimento. La prima mattina volevamo prendere un semplice caffè liofilizzato che offre la direzione e nell area "ristoro" un po' deprimente... c erano 5 tazze e solo 2 pulite decentemente e 1 solo cucchiaino ...noi eravamo 4 e abbiamo chiesto...le tazze ci ha risposto che erano in numero sufficiente e i cucchiaini ...non pervenuti. Questo è inaccettabile...io capisco che i servizi sono da parametrare al posto ma le tazze vanno lavate. In ultimo la spiaggia vicina, seppur molto bella, è utilizzabile solo per una piccola area e sul lungomare antistante i residence non si può neanche passeggiare. Una guardia ci ha mandato via un paio di volte. Lenzuola non esattamente pulite. In ultimo abbiamo faticato molto a ricaricare i telefoni perché le prese della corrente non tengono la spina e manca il contatto elettrico.

It was very far from Ton Sai Pier and we had to walk in the water to reach the water taxi. We tried calling the property several times but the number was not correct. No info was shared about the water boat and what shoes should we wear. Our feet became sore because of walking in water with stones.

• Luise (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Nichts Absolut schlecht! Ich hatte einen luxuriösen Bungalow gebucht, weil die kleineren schon ausgebucht waren. Rein gar nichts an dem Bungalow war luxuriös! Viele Kakerlaken, sowohl draußen als auch drinnen. Auf der Terrasse stand ein kaputter Tisch. Im Bungalow selbst wirkte alles total runtergekommen, der Fußboden wirkte so instabil, als würde man jederzeit durchbrechen, sobald man darüber läuft. Das Waschbecken im Bad war undicht (das gesamte Wasser lief sofort wieder aus). Ich kann auch die ganze Region nicht wirklich empfehlen. Man ist dort abgeschieden vom Rest der Insel, den man nur mit einem Taxiboot erreichen kann. Das kleine Dorf in dem man sich befindet, deckt die Grundversorgung mit Geschäften und Restaurants ab, mehr aber auch nicht. Viel gibt es dort nicht zu sehen. Ach ja, bitte ausreichend Bargeld mitnehmen! Geldautomaten gibt es in diesem kleinen Örtchen nicht. Man kann dort nur in einem Supermarkt Geld abheben, allerdings mit 4% Zinsen.

The manager (Dee I think he said he name was) was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for a lovely stay! The beds were just a bit too hard for our liking. But other wise the room was comfortable!

Bathroom a bit shabby. Expensive for what it was...but Ko Phi Phi is more expensive. To go back to Ton Sai bay you can use free shuttle service when checking in and out but other times you will need to book a water taxi.

• David (10/5): The resort was really nice and clean, the staff were helpful and overall great value for money. - The manager was really kind and helpful. The resort provides a free boat transfer from Ton Sai pier. Not to do with the resort, but it can be difficult/costly to go back and forth between that part of Phi Phi (Lo Bakao) and the mainland area (Tonsai).

Kleiner Einkaufmarkt, Caffè, viele Restaurants, Massagen, Touranbieter und vor allem der Strand nur wenige 100 Meter vom Bungalow. Das Resort hatte uns per Longtail Boot vom PhiPhi Pier zum Strand ans Resort gebracht. Wir mussten dafür allerdings ca. 1h warten, bis es los ging. Die letzten Meter musste dann durchs Wasser waten. Darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Der Bungalow war äußerlich erneuert, aber innen sehr abgewohnt. Aber der Komfort stimmt und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.Die Lage mitten im Dorf mit allem was man braucht. Kleiner Einkaufmarkt, Caffè, viele Restaurants, Massagen, Touranbieter und vor allem der Strand nur wenige 100 Meter vom Bungalow. Das Resort hatte uns per Longtail Boot vom PhiPhi Pier zum Strand ans Resort gebracht. Wir mussten dafür allerdings ca. 1h warten, bis es los ging. Die letzten Meter musste dann durchs Wasser waten. Darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Der Bungalow war äußerlich erneuert, aber innen sehr abgewohnt. Aber der Komfort stimmt und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Der Zustand des Bades war erschreckend. Die Wand hat Fleckfieber, unterm Bett war viel Dreck und Staub und viele schwarze Haare. Der Toilettensitz war nicht fest und es dauerte 1 Tag bis dieser repariert werden konnte. Bei der Reinigung lässt das Personal die Türe offen. Dadurch hatten wir jeden Tag 10 neue Mücken von denen wir jeden Abend 8 erlegten und uns über die verbleibenden 2 Mücken sehr ärgerten. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass wir als 4 köpfige Famile 1 Luxury + 1 Deluxe Bungalow buchen mussten, aber vor Ort einen Luxury Bungalow mit Aufbettung erhielten. Das war gut für uns als Familie, weil in einem Bugalow bleiben konnten, aber entsprach preislich nicht dem was wir gebucht hatten. Wir haben versucht mit dem Personal zu sprechen, aber die meinten, sie seien nur Angestellte und können das nicht entscheiden und ich soll über Booking.com direkt mit dem Besitzer schreiben. Antworten kamen nur gelegentlich und die Antworten passten überhaupt nicht zum Problem. Wir haben versucht des Deluxe Bungalow zu stornieren, was der Besitzer abgelehnt hat. Wir hatten angeboten unseren Aufenthalt dafür 2 Tage im Luxury Bungalow kostenlos zu verlängern, aber wieder nichts. Zumindest einen Rabatt hatten wir erwartet, aber es kam nichts. Selbst die Ankündigung den Booking Support einzuschalten änderte nichts und es gab keine Reaktion mehr. Auch auf die Anfragen des Booking Support gab es keine Antwort. Ich habe leider viel zu viel bezahlt, für das was wir vor Ort bekommen haben. Das geht leider gar nicht und so können wir das Resort für Familien leider nicht empfehlen. Ein letztes Lowlight gab es am Ende. Einen kostenlosen Rücktransport gibt es nur 11 oder 13 Uhr, wenn wieder Gäste vom Pier abgeholt werden. Da unsere Fähre bereits 10 Uhr gestartet ist, mussten wir uns selbst ein kostenpflichtiges Wassertaxi organisieren. Das sollte man beachten, dass nur die Abholung organisiert und kostenfrei ist oder man sich an den Zeiten des Resorts orientiert.

Boendet låg på ett lungt ställe med närhet till restaurang, strand och barer. På själva hotellet fanns inte så mycket att göra förutom att bada i poolen då de inte har varken restaurang eller butik. Det var dock prisvärt och somsagt nära till allt. Bra med kylskåp och AC på rummet! Ångrar inte att vi valde en mer lugn plats att bo på då det var kaos inne i själva centrum med folk överallt. Synd att det inte fanns solstolar vid poolen. Det hade gjort det mer värt att hänga där. Fick be om en stol från receptionen så jag kunde titta till mina barn när dom badade. Saknade även någon form av bar på hotellet. Det fanns en gammal vid poolen, men den var stängd.

• Allan (8/5): Amazing small village cabin setup on the edge of massage/restaurant/beach/walks/sunlit peaks. - I enjoyed the fact that the manager was very forthright about the hiking and transportation options available and the reality of being able to hike back to the ferry dock over a ridge if we wanted to have an overland adventure. A very perfect little cabin: quiet, exquisitely clean, close to beach, small village , great local teams playing athletic version of volleyball , beautiful hiking, wonderful snorkeling options catering to wind direction, extremely aware staff manager, nice location to hose off after snorkel/sandy beach walks. Great value., easy to cool the cabin off after outings.
• Sandra (6/5): Pas cher mais décevant - Le prix, le personnel est aimable et serviable. Le sol est propre, il y a un sèche cheveux et du shampooing. Le lit est très ferme mais j’ai bien dormi. Il y avait des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours. La Clim fonctionnait bien et l’eau chaude aussi. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le mobilier est vieux et abîmé. Le ménage n’est pas fait systématiquement, et même quand il est fait le gel douche ou les serviettes sont oubliés. Vous ne serez pas seuls (présence de cafards). La navette (l’hôtel n’est accessible que par bateau du port) qui était gratuite,il y a 7 ans, est devenue payante. Et c deux fois le prix d’un trajet en speed boat pour Phuket, du vol!!! La piscine pas top non plus. Décevant…
• Lena Anouk (9/5): Sehr gemütliches Ressort, schön ruhig und mit grossen Zimmern - Die Unterkunft liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum von Ko Phi Phi und daher ist die gesamte Lage bisschen ruhiger. Das Resort hat einen eigen Swimmingpool und unser Bungalow war sehr gross und gemütlich!
• Simbob (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - Clean and cheap The beach is a bay with tide out it’s pretty much no good. The bed was hard and Wi-Fi not good.
• Antonette (8/5): Friendly staff, location not too bad, room was ok - Helpful staff. Longboat from Tonsai included on arrival and departure. Beach beautiful. Tranquil environment No kettle in room, had to go to reception for coffee. Location not on beachfront and chairs reserved for SAII residents, so had to find shade (which was difficult)
• Zechen (2/5): Very poor - Close to the 5-star saii hotel. Most hotel rooms reserved for construction workers. 5 am koran reading is a must from mosque. The owner doesn't care to hold luggage etc and rush me out the end of stay. Just feel like being treated a cashcow explicitly. Also water for showering is a bit salty seems like filtered from sea.

• Lee (4/5): The beached are mostly private to the front hotels so we got ushered away.food is the worse we’ve had in Thailandand mos - Nice little cabins which were clean, The shower dribbled on you and the beds were so hard they were un sleepable It also advertised free (Shuttle) we fount out this shuttle was only to and from the location and not anywhere else. It should advertise free transfer, as to get to main phi phi is more expensive for a 10min trip than a ferry to Phuket ie +1500 baht.
• Christopher (8/5): Relax - Nice little place on a quiet but great location on phi phi island. I wanted to change my arrival date at short notice and spoke directly to the manager. He was very accommodating in fulfilling this request. The bungalow was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend staying here for a night or two if you want a bit of relaxation. There are a few really good bars nearby, and I had a massage on my injured shoulder at a place next to the hotel which was amazing.

• Cristin (8/5): Lovely spot - Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location to stay if you don’t want the party side of the island . Very big bed . Good price for Phi Phi . The bathroom needs a little maintenance but everything worked fine.
