• John (4/5): - The property needed repairs and lots of updating. To date the furniture, the TV had a VCR attached and no DVD. The bed was very hard and you could feel the springs.

• Harpinder (6/5): Not an apartment for a family - 1st when i got there i had no internet and no contact from the owner until i had reached Kyiv. I connected to the wifi at the local mcdonalds and had instructions sent to me via whatsapp. I had to collect keys from a different location about a 5 minute walk which was not ideal as it was dark, cold and i had a baby with me. It added to the stress of the holiday. The owner was trying to be as helpful as possible but it was not ideal. If you are alone or as a couple it may be ideal. But not for me...

• ANGELA (8/5): Olga Appts.....Great location, communication - Firstly Great communication from the Olga Appts, These Appts are situated right near the musical fountains across from Maiden Metro station. We stayed in appt 27 which wasn't the one we booked but was very similar, which was on 5th floor there is a lift in the block which runs all night, The appt consisted of large lounge with a king bed which is comfy, sofa, chairs and ample storage with a enclosed balcony which looked into the backs of other Appts, there was a kitchen with microwave hob sinknand table, bathroom with decent shower, & a washing machine in large hallway with storage too. The appt was a little tired but don't let this put you off as the location is perfect to the metro, trolly busses, restraunts bars and shopping. + For £37 a night The Olgar offer transport from terminal F, at Boryspil Airport, for about £15, we didn't take this up as we've been to the city before & transport his so cheap, 100 UAH bout £3 on the 322 sky bus where you get off 3 stops at Kharkivisia Metro then for 8 UAH, 27p, you get the green Line Kharkivisia to Palate Sporty then change to the blue line to Maiden Nezalezhnosti station make sure you cross under the roads at both stations. & When you come out and see macci D's the Olga Appts are on the road to the left. All we did was pick up WiFi in maccyD's to say we were to check in. Thank You Olga Apartments.
• Andreas (8/5): Kein Luxus aber öllig ausreichend - Die Lage ist wunderbar, nur ein paar Schritte zum Unabhängigkeitsplatz. Das Treppenhaus und der Fahrstuhl sind nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Das Apartment ist ok , großer Raum, eine seperate Küche und ein Bad. Die Ausstattung ist nicht gerade modern aber ok. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen klappt gut.

• Claude (8/5): Basic well equipped studio in good location - It is a very large, quiet, bright studio on the 6 floor with elevator. Unit has a view, heat, Ac, kitchen with few utensils washer and laundry. Location is great near Maidan Square and safe. Everything is basic but functional. Bed was not so comfy but I slept well. Overall it is not cheap but convenient

We had traveled for several day and we needed to wash our clothes so we could did it because the apartment has washer machine and iron for our clothes. The apartment has big rooms snd close to every landmaek of the city. It has excellent air conditioner. They have taxi service something cery important but try to have the exact money. For us was an excellent stay there.

The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin but otherwise it had everything you needed We had trouble finding the address, there are no signs, number or name on the outside of the apartment block, also no buzzer to call anyone. We had to phone him . For anyone staying there the door is on the left hand side of Mcdonlads and next door to the photocopy shop & sex shop. Information on its exact location and how to get to his office inside of the building would of been helpful before we arrived. I would be happy to stay here again great location. Have added a picture of the enterance incase it helps anyone else.

• Ryan (10/5): Exactly what we were looking for. - First time in Ukraine, staff proactively contacted us to organise a transfer to our hotel from the airport which was extremely helpful. Apartment complex was just off the main square, perfect location. Apartment was clean, all appliances were working and in good order (Fridge, hot water, kettle). Had to add one extra member to our group last minute and the Management were happy to oblige. Pick up and handover at the end of our trip was on time and very helpful. Would highly reccommend.

• Keith (8/5): Cozy, apartment hotel near Maidan Square - This is actually an apartment, located right by Maidan Square, which is one of the most known landmarks in the city. The apartment was charming and a little old but cozy, but with a full kitchen, bathroom and even a living room area where the bed was located. The apartment is also not too far from the metro (Maidan Nezalezhnosti or technically Khreschatyk). One of the managers texted me several times in the evening after I landed around 6 pm when I arrived to make sure I was still coming (although check-in is listed to start at 2 pm). He was very understanding and helpful, especially as I did not have time to retrieve cash when I landed (they only accepted cash as payment). Some of the reception staff did not understand English very well or at all, but there were no major issues. The main problem I had was with finding the location after I left the apartment, which is a little confusing from the Google Maps address. Otherwise, pretty convenient and very close to the main square and lots of restaurants and the metro, which was the biggest perk.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Excellent location and price, old and dirty - The apartment is well located and good size for 2-3 adults or 2+2 adult/children. It is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. The apartment cleanness was below my expectations and properly looks dated. All the appliances worked fine and were in good condition. At the check-in I arrived about hour and a half later than communicated to the property, 8 inestead of 6:30, (due to airport delays and that the apartment is very hard to find), and there was nobody at the property. After 1.5 hours trying to reach them, a neigbour helped us, call them and got the instructions to get in. The price was very reasonable, so expect to get what you pay.
• Dave (8/5): Good place to stay. - Clean and comfortable. Close to city center. Good places to eat or drink with reasonable prices very near by. Across the street is a 24 hrs market with most amenities. Coffee, TP, fruits and vegetables and things to cook. Maid service only on request. Washing machine available. Shower has good water pressure.

• David (10/5): Nice Apartment situated in the heart of Maidan - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Olga's apartments. It was in close proximity to everything one would need.during your stay. Since the Metro does not go to the Airport, they arranged an economical taxi round trip transfer. All in all, I will stay at Olga's the next time I am in Kiev.

Hard to find because the address just says its near independence square but in ukraine mnot English so you need to ring to find the actual address. Once found it was as accurate as the pictures, self contained and clean close to independence square, night life and eating. Had a double bed in a mezzanine and a pull out sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine.
