- Samuel (8/5): Large hotel, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great breakfast! - A large hotel, in a good location near a subway station with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants etc. nearby. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The food choice at breakfast was surprisingly varied, good quality, and with different dishes everyday. Would happily stay there again. It's a fair way from the main tourist areas in Suwon (which I was aware of when booking) and the room was a little bit in need of a refresh in terms of slightly scuffed furniture and just feeling a little dated.

Based on photos, we were expecting a room with a bathtub, but apparently you have to call in advance to request that. As a family traveling with a young child, this was unexpected and rather disappointing.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 일 관계로 갈때마다 이용하는 호텔인데 확실히 예전엔 오래되어도 관리가 잘 된 호텔이라는 인상을 받았는데 점점 객실이 이전만큼 관리가 안되고 있다는 느낌을 받게 됩니다. 어쩔 수 없는 부분도 있겠지만 각 객실 상태에 조금만 신경을 쓰셨으면 좋겠습니다.

- Lofi (8/5): Satisfactory, with a great location to public transport. - Great location, close to the subway and it had a convenience store onsite which was handy since I arrived late in the evening. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The hotel was dated and a bit worn in places. For example, there was ripped wallpaper and the towels were clean but old. Also, the hallways were dimly lit so it seemed weird.
