• roszitahy (10/5): Perfect base for a family weekend trip - We stayed at Hotel Granada for a short family trip and it was a great choice. The room was surprisingly spacious for all of us, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy. What we loved most was the convenience; being just a walk away from AEON Bukit Indah meant we could easily settle dinner and do some light shopping with the kids. The atmosphere is grand and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back

The manager Rahimah was nice as to even entertained many of our last minute request. We told her that we want it to a lively & memorable raya family reunion event. • CALFirestarter (8/5): Great Location - Stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions for work related/ business at Johor Bahru. Loved it for the location; quite central for driving accessibility to JB town, Nusajaya and the airport and shops (Aeon Mall, Lotus’) are within walking distance. Only downside are some of the hotel facilities/ amenities which are somewhat lacking: no sauna/ steam room, gymnasium and swimming pool are small and oddly located beside the hotel main entrance on an elevated platform. -

I wanted to have Porridge until I saw a fly sitting on the shredded chicken. I call the staff and showed him the fly and asked him to change the whole offering as I do not Know fi the fly had visited the other ingredients too. He only change the shredded chicken which I showed him. I’m the end, I skip that section and other section where the food if open and not lid is covering. The hotel should reconsider to have their expose food covered

The ambience was spectacular and defnetly a very recommended hotel to have iftar with friends and family! It was blowing directly on my head and I couldn't sleep the whole night. Your staff changed the room without fuss. I am grateful. I tried to extend for another night's stay. Unknown to me, my secretary paid for the extended night online. 2 days later, your reception asked me to pay again, I settled with credit card. Then I found out that it was a double payment for the same room. I was informed that the refund will take some time.

The snacks & drinks are missing. So is this worth it?

• Setyono (6/5): Happy but can be better - The front desk staff was efficient and able to give all necessary information without being asked. The fact that the room was truly non- smoking The room has some amenities, including bottled drinking water. Room, bath and beddings fairly clean. Facilities working as expected. Location near the intercity bus very helpful and became our biggest consolation. The corridor has a damp unpleasant odour. The sound proofing not the most conducive, door slams from adjacent rooms was heard many times in the day, even after midnight. Aircon was a bit warm, especially when the energy saving mode kicked off around 2 or 3AM. The breakfast offered was unfit for consumption. The dhal curry was too salty even though the prata was well done, other offerings seems prepared half hearted and mostly over salted. It could have been better.

• AdyAdyvaI (10/5): Half day event successful - Half Day Meeting at Hotel Granada Johor Bahru We hosted a half-day meeting from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hotel Granada Johor Bahru, and the experience was excellent. • The spacious hall comfortably accommodated our group of 80 participants, providing a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. • The coffee break menu was tasteful and well-prepared, featuring Beehon Singapore, jemput-jemput, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, apples, along with freshly coffee and tea. • The banquet staff, Nabin, was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring all our requests were met with efficiency and warmth. • Special thanks to En. Adi from Sales, whose support and clear communication made the entire arrangement smooth and successful. Overall, the event was a great success. We highly recommend Hotel Granada Johor Bahru for meetings and functions, and we will definitely return for future events.

• Trek06667375881 (8/5): Feedback on Dinner Event Support - Thank you, Pn. Rahimah, for assisting with our request during the dinner event yesterday. Everything on your end was attended to promptly, and we appreciate your support. The food was also good, especially considering the more affordable price set. We would like to highlight one issue we faced: the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the music console and control area (GRANADA 4), where most of our display equipment was set up. Plus, it would be great if we were provided with an in-house Wi-Fi for the invitee as most of our activity yesterday involve using the internet. Because of this, we had to rely on our own hotspot to keep the system and the event running. This is just a note for future improvements with the venue team. Other than that, our team had no issues with the selected date. Thank you again, Pn. Rahimah, for your assistance.

• Pioneer35222788101 (10/5): Strategic Hotel , Best Service - It's a good hotel with strategic location, nice room with standard facilities arranged by Mr. Adi (best service!) The only thing that needs to be improved is, there is no ironing facility in the room. When I called the FO counter to ask where the ironing board is, they said it's in front of Room 13 on each floor. The room next to me is 13 but there is none (because my room is 912). So I called them again and finally they sent HK staff to my room. Everything else was good and will definitely come back in the future.
• 842nurr (10/5): Company workshop at Granada Hotel - We hosted a 3D2N company workshop at Hotel Granada Johor Bahru and had a great, memorable experience. Special thanks to Naufal from the Sales team for his excellent support, and to Nabin from the Banquet team for always being helpful throughout the event. The Gala Dinner at Olla Restaurant was a highlight, with great food, and fun terrace activities. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable workshop. Thank you, Hotel Granada Johor Bahru — we look forward to coming back again in the future.

The Gala Dinner at Olla Restaurant was a major highlight, great vibes, great food, great service. The terrace activities were super fun too haha Also, huge thanks to Nabin (Banquet) for always being on standby and helping with anything we needed Overall, a wellrun and memorable workshop. Thank you, Hotel Granada JB. We’ll definitely be back for future events.
