• Stefanie (10/5): Ein sehr gutes Hotel - Wir waren eine Woche in dem Hotel und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und u.a. mit einer Küche, einem Sofa und einem Tisch für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie in der Küche/Wohnzimmer. Es gab ein Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen und einen Raum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern um seine Kleidung selber zu waschen. Im obersten Stockwerk gibt es einen Fitnessraum aus dem man auch einen netten Ausblick hat. Die Lage war sehr gut. Nicht zu viel Trubel aber trotzdem Restaurants, Cafés, Lebensmittelmärkte, Parks und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Taxis können direkt vor dem Hotel parken was das ein- und aussteigen stressfreier macht. Besonders wohlgefühlt haben wir uns, weil das Hotelpersonal einfach wunderbar war. Sehr freundlich mit guten Englischkenntnissen und Tipps rund um Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflüge. Egal welche Frage wir hatten es wurde uns stets erfolgreich und geduldig geholfen. Die Abholung vom Flughafen vom Hotel organisiert hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir brauchten Hilfe um Kleidung auf einem Markt umzutauschen - uns wurde netterweise eine Formulierung auf vietnamesisch aufgeschrieben und es hat funktioniert und noch so vieles mehr. Also wer in einem freundlichen, sicheren und gut gelegenen Hotel übernachten möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden das nächste Mal wieder dort buchen!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Duyên. I liked how quiet the neighborhood was, but still walking distance to many places around Sài Gòn.
• Denise (10/5): I always am made feel welcome by the wonderful staff. - From the moment my taxi arrived staff were out to help with my luggage and continued to open doors and help me for the whole time I stayed. This was my 4th stay and I have enjoyed staying here and will continue to stay whenever I’m in Saigon. I love the area which is close to Turtle lake and not far from all other places of interest. Staff and accommodation are excellent. Nothing negative to say.

The location was good (super good if you want something a tiny bit out of the way) and easily walkable to most things we wanted to do. Good breakfast. Kamer groot maar kaal en niet erg gezellig maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Fijn dat er 2 aparte kamers waren. Prima ontbijt. Hotel is wat gedateerd maar geen reden om niet een volgende keer te boeken.

• Whatisalllowed (8/5): Great value for money recommend staying here. - We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment and (due to an overnight stay on Mekong Delta) one night on return in a superior double. I’d like to give this 4.5 out of 5 but as there isn’t that option have to go with a 4. Both rooms clean and beds comfortable. The apartment had a toaster, microwave, fridge and most cutlery/pots needed for preparing a convenience meal-strangely no knife. A large bottle of drinking water was provided in the apartment, would have been better if this had been placed in the fridge for arrival. The apartment was side on to the street and there was a lot of traffic noise at busy times. Despite this we still managed to sleep. Great location. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast varied, tasty and had everything we might want. Laundry room with washing machines and dryers was free and you can buy laundry tablets from reception for a minimal cost. Be careful which dryer you use as some work better than others and you could spend hours trying to dry your clothes. All in all great value for money.

The hotel is in a quieter, but still very convenient (walking distance to many things) part of Ho Chi Minh City. If you did want to go somewhere farther away, Grab provides a very convenient and inexpensive solution.

What truly stood out was the support from Ms. Thao Van. From before our arrival through the entire stay, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. We had quite a few requests related to a group business trip: room arrangements, timing, small but specific logistics and she handled everything quickly and thoughtfully. You can really feel that she genuinely cares about guests, not just doing her job but making sure things go smoothly. That level of support made a big difference for our team. The location is excellent, especially for business travelers. It’s convenient to get around the city, meet partners, and access nearby services without wasting time on long commutes. The rooms are suitable for company groups - clean, comfortable. Overall, a reliable, well-located hotel with truly caring staff. We would happily stay here again for future company trips.

Very clean and has all the amenities that we needed and most importantly, is the staff’s exceptional service. The toilet bidet’s pressure was too low.

Todos son extremadamente amables, atentos y pendientes de los detalles, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Otro aspecto que destaco positivamente es la disponibilidad de lavadoras y secadoras de uso doméstico gratuitas (solo hay que llevar detergente propio), algo muy práctico y poco común. Se trata de un alojamiento sencillo pero muy bien cuidado, con una ubicación tranquila y un servicio eficiente. Los baños son modernos, con duchas excelentes y buena presión de agua. Lo recomiendo sin dudar si buscas un lugar cómodo, práctico y con una atención personal inmejorable. Como puntos de mejora, observé que algunas zonas comunes, especialmente la recepción y la lavandería, muestran cierto desgaste y podrían beneficiarse de una renovación que les dé un aspecto más fresco. En nuestro apartamento, aunque estaba limpio y funcional, con pequeños detalles decorativos se podría lograr un ambiente más cálido y acogedor. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, both in Europe and across Asia, but EMM Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (District 3) truly stands out as one of the very best experiences I have had. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. From the very first moment, I met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care — from the front desk and restaurant team to housekeeping and management. It genuinely feels like a family-run hotel where everyone takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, especially given the hotel's very reasonable price level. A wide variety, high quality, and always served with a smile. I also enjoyed several lunches and dinners at the hotel, all of which were consistently very good. The rooms are simple, clean, and well-maintained, with housekeeping at an excellent standard throughout my stay. The only minor note is that some traffic noise can be heard if you stay on the higher floors, as the windows are not fully soundproof; however, this is a very small trade-off considering the overall experience. I stayed at the hotel on two separate occasions during my trip, and during that time, I had the chance to get to know the staff quite well. When it was time for me to leave, I was genuinely touched by their kindness, which gave me a thoughtful farewell gift. In summary: A fantastic hotel with heart, warmth, and outstanding service. I gave EMM Hotel my very highest recommendation, and a special thanks to Ms Duyen, who was so helpful in helping me use the Grab App to order some stuff, and arranged the taxi back from Phan Thiet. • Ray (8/5): Great space for a family lookjing to explore. - The two-bedroom apartment was ideal for us, primarily because it gave our 15-year-old his own room, which was much better than a family suite. It was a little walk for us to the main attraction (from district 3), and we loved getting out and about and exploring different routes. Breakfast was great, the election was decent, and I loved the pho station. Limited on the gym front, and it was great value for money, so I can not complain too much.

Right from the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us - helping with our luggage and even allowing us an early check-in before 2:00 PM, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, and the housekeeping team maintained our room perfectly throughout our stay. • philipwO2409BR (8/5): Emm hotel Saigon November 2025 - We stayed here for one night. The room was good but a little dated. There was two bedrooms and a bathroom. The security was good with lift authentification. The place was clean. It was good for an overnight transition. The breakfast was excellent with fruit, pastry, eggs, hot food coffee etc.. We would stay here again.
• gsE4755LF (8/5): Lovely Hotel with a Great Location and a Friendly and Helpful Staff - I spent three days in the EMM Hotel Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) during a two-month tour of Viet Nam. It's a lovely hotel, with beautiful rooms and a nice restaurant. The hotel is very close to a lot of interesting tourist sites, such as the War Remnants Museum and the Presidential Palace. Unfortunately for me, I injured my foot and found it difficult to walk. I basically spent two of the three days I there confined to my room and the restaurant because it was too difficult to get around. The hotel staff was very supportive. They brought food to my room until I could get down to the restaurant on my own, called a medic (he may have been a doctor) to check my injury, and basically did everything possible to make my stay more comfortable. I'd like to commend the entire staff for taking such good care of me during my little medical mishap. In particular, I would like to thank Vân for checking up with me regularly and making sure that I had everything that I needed. Despite my injury, I can highly recommend this lovely hotel with a great staff and an excellent location. I would have rated my stay excellent if I hadn't mashed my foot against a wall during a night time visit to the restroom. This hotel stay was arranged for me by Nguyen Hoai at Vivu Travel in Ha Noi.

The wave off from them at the end was a lovely gesture. The food was out of this world and the room was fantastic. Location was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.

• Daydream59055393168 (10/5): Wonderful Stay at EMM Hotel Saigon – Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Touches! - I had a truly lovely stay at EMM Hotel Saigon. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was outstanding and full of personal touches that made me feel at home. At the reception, Mr. Huy and Ms. Duyen were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They handled everything efficiently and with genuine warmth. When I checked out for my flight, Mr. Huy even surprised me with a cookie gift from the kitchen, such a thoughtful gesture that really made my day! The coffee house team was also fantastic. Ms. Suong greeted every guest with a bright smile and served each meal with care and attentiveness. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and perfectly turned down each day. I stayed in a suite on the 16th floor, which had a beautiful city view, truly one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities, which is such a convenient bonus for longer stays. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, great service, warm people, and excellent value. I’ll definitely be staying at EMM Hotel Saigon again the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City!

• Smazzle (10/5): - We have been to this hotel 3 times now and the staff remember us and are very friendly. We feel very comfortable and safe coming to stay at Emm Hotel. The apartment has all the basics, a good bed, nice bathroom and a kitchen and living area. We even cooked ourselves dinner in our room one night because it has a stove top and pans as well as a microwave. The breakfast here is always fantastic and the chef that does the egg and soup station is so good and friendly. The restaurant is a large size and there is always room to sit peacefully and have breakfast. The hotel also has a free laundry room that you can do your own washing in. That's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. There is nothing we don't like about this place. It feels like home to us when we stay here.

• Dung (10/5): - I don't know how to say thanks enough to all the staff in the Êem hotel. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. The hotel staff performed their duties with care and paid attention to the elderly people. I had trouble with my booking as the hotel was fully booked. That's why I have to move to the other room for my last 2 days' stay. However, the management and staff have managed for my family to stay in the same room as they worried about my parents climbing over the bath when they have a shower. All the staff are great, I like them very much, from the front desk to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the security... who are very polite, helpful, and friendly. The hotel location is good, it's in a safe area. There are a few famous restaurants around the block, such as Pho Hoa and Út Ca Mau seafood and the vegetarian restaurant as well. I stayed in room 604 with 2 good-sized bedrooms. The room is clean, with fresh air and large windows. Beds are comfy guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast is a good variety with menu changes daily. The bonus point is that the hotel has a self-laundry where we can do washing and drying our clothes, so we just pack light.. Overall we are very satisfied and happy to spend 8 days total in Êem hotel. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

Rims are modern and spacious, breakfast buffet is very possible with Western options. Quiet location but still close to all the local cafes and attractions. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend recommended.
