Jahrhundert in TOP Lage: Markusplatz, Dogenpalast, Anlegestelle der Vaporettos, Restaurants etc.schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Empfang durch den Herrn an der Rezeption, der jederzeit ein paar freundliche, persönliche Worte mit einem wechselte. 😃👍 Das Frühstück war etwas schlicht, keine Eierspeisen o.ä. erhältlich, aber für Ital.Verhältnisse ganz gut . Dennoch wäre hier leicht anzusetzen, um den Komfort deutlich zu steigern (auch das Frühstückspersonal ließ wenig Freude an der Arbeit erkennen!).

Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco, che abbiamo potuto raggiungere anche di sera e se Parigi val bene una messa... beh Venezia ne vale almeno due...colazione buonissima, disponibilità e cortesia dello staff. Il ns punto di riferimento per gite future in Venezia.

Staff very helpful and kind. Marvelous garden to relax after a long day getting around Venice. A stone throw away from restaurants and bars, with somehting for every taste. The room was HUGE! We had the Deluxe Junior Suite and the King Suite with Balcony. Very spacious rooms, with private balconies, finely decorated and very elegant. The Junior Suite had a painted ceeling and a long balcony that gave on the canal. Breakfast was very tasty with coffee, pastries, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, something for every taste. Easy to reach and a very pleasant area. We stayed for 2 nights, great experience, highly recommended!

Il est très beau, dans le style de Venise, chargé d'histoire, on est tout de suite dans l'ambiance , Notre chambres triple était magnifique, les communs sont magnifiques, et le jardin tout autant. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. De plus il est très bien placé dans Venise mais au calme. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable !

La chambre rénovée était immense ainsi que la salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Le confort et l'équipement de la chambre triple supérieure. La fermeture intérieure de la porte pas pratique dutout et le fait que la chambre soit en rez-de-chaussée sans vue.

- Florence (10/5): Great hotel, highly recommended. - Excellent breakfast. Great location with walking distance to major attractions. The room was very nice and spacious. The only thing is that the curtains didn’t have a darker shade at the back, so the sunlight through the light color curtains woke us up in the morning. Other than that, everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden inside the hotel next to the breakfast area was beautiful and well maintained. The fountain was decorated with real flowers, beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel.

- Charles (7/5): Beauty masking issues - It was in a pretty good location and the staff was very warm and nice. I thought i had a nice room in the front of the hotel. It was not as good as it appeared. The room had no door handle. The room was also where the smoking pit was so people were right in front of my door and window loud early in the morning at late at night. No peace while in the room as there was also construction happening starting early in the morning. I understand that maybe the rest of the hotel might have been nice but i was only in the front around the noise and that really left a bad feeling of the property Maybe this is a personal thing but the Breakfast was not that good in the way of breakfast. - Galina (10/5): - An old world hotel only 500m from St Mark's, square, but in a quiet non touristy area. Very close to Stop of ferry . It has a beautiful gardens to take a break in. The staff were fabulous, especially when organising a courier when my husband left his wallet. The breakfast buffet was excellent

- Ralf (8/5): sehr zu empfehlen für einen Venedigbesuch - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück, Zimmer mit Blick in einen tollen Garten, Nähe zu Stationen verschiedener Vaporettolinien und zum Markusplatz leider keine deutschsprachigen Sender (z.B. für Nachrichten), obwohl diese auf der Senderliste im Zimmer aufgeführt waren

- Ceccarelli (5/5): - Staff molto gentile e posizione ottima Purtroppo le foto della camera non corrispondono a quello che effettivamente abbiamo trovato.. La stanza era mansardata, molto bassa e scomoda. Sulle foto invece era raffigurata una stanza normale che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto.

L’accueil chaleureux, la chambre gigantesque et magnifique (merci pour le surclassement !!), la salle d’eau top, le jardin magnifique, le petit déjeuner complet et très bon et enfin l’emplacement génial !!! À portée de tout ! À 10’ de la place saint marc et à 10’ à peine de la station de bateau ospedale (très direct aéroport). Bref formidable !!! On revendra !!! C’est sur!!!! Rien

- Hannah (6/5): - The hotel was in a very good location - in walking distance of many key sights. The room was large and good value for money. Breakfast was included and was nice. I suffer from back problems and thought the bed was very uncomfortable and struggled to sleep because of this. However, my sister had no complaints about the bed so wouldn’t be an issue for most people.

- Annunziata (7/5): Un soggiorno discreto addato per un weekend - Il punto strategico cioè vicino la zona di San Marco . Come struttura penso che avrebbe delle alte potenzialità perché comunque si è presentata accogliente e pulita Non abbiamo apprezzato la camera piccola ma soprattutto poco sonorizzata in quanto sentivamo tutti i rumori e di parlare essendo affianco alla reception . Per quanto riguarda la colazione poco assortita e minimizzata .

- CHRISTIAN (8/5): - Chambre très spacieuse donnant sur un parc (c'était une suite junior semble-t-il). Hôtel très mignon dans un endroit très calme entre la place St Marc et l'Arsenal. Présence d'une bouilloire pour prendre un thé ou café au réveil. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Salle de bain correcte mais sans plus. Emplacement assez loin de la gare (nécessité de prendre un vaporeto ou taxi). Mobilier assez kitch mais c'est fréquent à Venise. Bruit d'écoulement d'eau en provenance de l'étage supérieur mais là aussi dans ces vieux palazio... c'est assez classique
