- Michal (7/5): - אחלה ארוחת בוקר. הבעיה הייתה זמני ההמתנה ושצריך להירשם וכל ההתנהלות מאוד מוזרה. אבל ארוחת הבוקר עצמה מגוונת ומצוינת. הקפה הוא ממכונה אוטומטית. החדרים קצת מיושנים, כל המלון מרגיש מיושן, המתקנים לא הכי נוחים. אין מיטות זוגיות זה תמיד 2 מיטות מחוברות שזה ממש מבאס. למי שמגיע עם תינוק- הפתרון שמציעים לא רלוונטי בכלל. צריך להביא לול (זה מוזר כי זה מלון ילדים) המלון מאוד מותאם לילדים שזה היתרון המשמעותי והסיבה שבחרנו את המלון.

You have to pay extra for every little detail. Food in restaurant is very overpriced. Breakfast nothing special. Staff not very nice. We had an issue during our stay the staff was not only not helpful we felt really fooled and were left behind as really unhappy customers. All in all the try but are in reality far from a 5 star hotel. Not worth the amount of money spent. Location is okay, but also not close to a very lively area; without a car simply impossible, beach also not that nice.

La vue restait magnifique malgré la météo, ce qui rendait le cadre très agréable. Entre les piscines extérieures et intérieures, l’espace de jeux avec piscine à balles, et la chambre spacieuse, notre fils ne s’est pas ennuyé une seule minute. Un excellent choix pour un séjour en famille, même lorsqu’il pleut.

- Todd (10/5): Despite rainy weather, which of course was not the fault of the resort, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return one - This is a beautiful resort right on Tiger Beach. We loved the location away from Naha, because it was the end of our Japan vacation and we knew we’d be tired of big cities. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and gorgeous views. We would’ve liked more options a to grab quick snacks, or coffee and pastries for breakfast.

- 雅筑 (10/5): - 飯店人員接待貼心周到，停到較遠停車場還有專車接送至大廳。服務親切有禮。飯店內設施及提供各項物品都非常齊全，只要帶換洗衣物跟泳衣就可入住。客房陽台景觀非常漂亮 是適合渡假的好地方，推薦一定要一次住2晚，才能享受飯店的設施與美景。 自助式早餐非常好吃，西式早餐非常搶手（可選擇5：30現場抽券或是7：00線上預約），7：00線上預約馬上可入席，但現場真的非常多人，預約果真一下就滿了，渡假需要早起預約有稍稍失去渡假的悠閒。

- koji (10/5): 生意気な言い方で申し訳ないですが、モントレーの中でも別格と感じました。 - 朝からアクティビティを入れていたので朝食は食べていません。 夕食は和食、バイキング、バーベキュどちらも素晴らしかったです。 特にレストランスタッフの方素晴らしいパフォーマンスでした。 清掃もかなりいいのですが、便座に座ると四隅のホコリと言うほどではないのですが 私も商売路してますのでトイレは特にうるさく言っているので、気になりました。 車の駐車サービスはカートで送迎をしていただけると聞いてましたが 早朝は玄関にスタッフがおらず、自分で車まで行き、外出から戻って車を停めても誰もいないので 自分で上まで上がらなくてはいけない事が3泊の中2回はありました。

Hier wird wirklich an Alles gedacht und der Service ist überragend. Besonders geeignet für Familien. Frühstück richtig richtig gut. Tolle Poollandschaft. Zimmer richtig groß und Blick einmalig. Restaurants im Hotel haben uns nicht zugesagt.

- Olga (8/5): - Номера с видом на море, завтрак, чистота и просторные номера. Наличие ансена в отеле. Отель плохо себя позиционирует- есть и антиквариат в интерьере, но отель ориентирован на отдых с детьми. Если Вы отдыхаете в компании взрослых, то лучше подобрать другой отель.
- Tiffany (6/5): Great for families, not so great for couples. - The location with plenty of walkable dining options and the expansive coastal views made this hotel worthwhile. Unfortunately it was very family focussed and overrun with children. We tried to lounge by the adults pool only to be told we had to pay to use the lounges, even though we purchased premium access. This was very disappointing as we were forced to sit by the kids pool.

- Chae (10/5): - 숙소의 컨디션, 직원들의 응대가 완벽했습니다. 바닷가와 가까운 거리에 있어 바로 해변으로 나갈 수 있었으며, 수영장과 온천은 완벽했어요. 조식이 약간 아쉬웠지만 그래도 너무 좋았습니다. 조식의 메뉴 가지 수가 적었으며, 인원이 굉장히 많았습니다. 수영장에는 별도 레인이 없이 그냥 놀이 풀 과 같은 느낌이었어요. 헬스장의 기구가 적었지만, 사용하는 인원은 없어서 쾌적했습니다.

- SZU HSUAN (10/5): - 房間、浴廁、陽台寬敞舒適，對於二大二小的家庭十分合適。雖然是冬天的旅程，海景十分漂亮。早餐選擇多樣性且有沖繩當地料理可以體驗，也有blue seal冰淇淋，飯店提供兒童及幼兒兩種遊戲室，簡單乾淨。飯店內也有DIY手作課程，讓孩子有個開心的體驗。步行至飯店外的餐廳十分方便。
