- bkksincdgtpe (10/5): A Relaxing and Convenient Getaway from Bangkok - With only 2.5 hour drive, this hotel is a perfect getaway from the hustle of Bangkok. The design of the lobby is modern and the reception staff were friendly and spoke English well. A gentleman took us to our rooms with a golf cart and helped with our luggage. We stayed in the studio suite and the room was spacious. The bathroom was surprisingly large but the water pressure in the shower was low and the water drainage was slow. The bed was comfortable. Ample water bottles were provided. The heated water in the dipping pool was an added touch of luxury and thoughtfulness. The mountain views were amazing and relaxing. Note that the hotel is close to the main road, so you can see and hear cars passing by during the day. The facilities were up to standards. Although it is small, the gym had the necessary equipment. The swimming pool was OK, but it is mainly for families with kids (no more than .87M high). The breakfast was adequate with both Thai and Western food. We had dinner at the Chow Barn restaurant and the food was tasty (mainly Thai). A stroll around the hotel property was a nice way to end the day. It would have been even better if there is a restaurant or a cafe that served coffee and snacks in between meal times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks to its location, ambience, friendly service, amenities and value for money.
- Panwarat (6/5): - I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays.
- 369geerte (2/5): Slecht - waiting too long for dinner with a group drinking not cold swimming pool full of leaves nothing to do in and around the hotel and money has disappeared from several rooms so not recommended speaking english was difficult our guide had to come over separately to translate prices were quite high for what they had to offer

- anochar29 (10/5): Nice place in quite area - The hotel location was located in a quite convenient, nearly cafe and restaurant. All staff are friendly care and helpful. Room was clean and functional. I also visit Chao Baan restaurant, serving a lot of street food menu but good taste and reasonable prices. This is our second visit and surely that I would visit your place aging.
- The_TravellerSg (6/5): If the entire area is as good as the lobby then all is good. - Was kind of looking forward to the resort judging from the photos posted but left a little let down because the overall impression is good but the room is a little small. Facilities looked worn out and paints are peeling off. We were greeted warmly on arrival and is very impressed with the set up of the lobby area. However when we arrived in the room, it looked nothing like what the lobby made it to be liked which the rooms are dated and lack of maintenance. Water pressure in shower is low and is those whereby you need the mixing of cold and hot. The set up of the breakfast area is nice but with limited choices. The breakfast area overlooked a nice pond area and beyond the swimming pool which is small and since it is in a garden set up , you get lots of fallen leaves into the pool and underneath you can see it lack maintenance. Service is attentive and if they made an effort to refurbished it, it would be a wonderful environment .
- Nomad10342350639 (4/5): Poor maintenance - My family booked 5 Superior Garden View rooms. All of us were truly disappointed. Rooms have very strong smells of mould. Cleanliness was poor. Dare not use their clothes hanger and kettle. Breakfast was also limited. Hotel still using keys instead of cards.
- AhJie (8/5): Hotel staff is friendly and hotel room is reasonably spacious - Room is adequately spacious. Bed is comfortable and pillow is of the right density which allows for a good night's sleep. Door requires key to manually lock. Our door does not lock from the inside so we had to use the ledge to 'lock' it when in the room. There is also a balcony attached to the room but we didn't use it. Breakfast was sumptuous. There is no spa facilities in Peri Hotel. Had to go to another nearby hotel to enjoy spa. In Khao Yai, you need a car to get from place to place. Otherwise, need to ask hotel to help you book a car to travel around as all the places are not within walking distance. Hotel staff are really friendly and will assist you to the best of their abilities.

The location is perfect - it's situated in a quiet, mountain setting with beautiful views, and it's a very short drive to the Khao Yai park entrance. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of options.

Overall was nice but should have more waste bin around the area as we bring our doggies with but couldn't find it anywhere so we have to bring the poopies back in the room 🥲

The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type.

- Paul (8/5): - Hotel looks nice. However, we were disappointed that the "kids club" were just an empty room with no kids club staff. The gym was also empty and no one was manning it (guess they assumed you can switch on the lights and air-conditioning and do your own work-out). Saw a guy running outside instead of in the gym, so it wasn't just our experience. The swimming pool water was very cold even on a sunny day, pool was alright. On closer look, I noticed that there was small spiders on some of the pool towels (suggestion to probably need to cover the clean towels in wraps). Overall, hotel was quiet and nice if you need a quiet environment.

- sherrie (8/5): Family stay at the escape Khao Yai - Online reviews helped us with our decision to book the Escape for our family holiday stay. The room size was comfortable for an extra bed in each room. We went in June, So it wasn't in the peak season, so breakfast time was very relaxing, no rush, not like the hotels in the main cities. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was good. Both western as well as Thai food. You need transport around Khao Yai, so to travel out to attractions and shops from the hotel, make sure you arrange for your transportation. They had good live music only for one of the nights, on a Saturday. As usual for most Thai hotel, staff are helpful and friendly. Our stay at the Escape was comfortable and memorable.

- Franciscus (8/5): Mooi hotel maar te duur - Positieve punten hotelkamer fantastisch bed, regendouche heel erg goed. Negatieve punten hotelkamer niet echt schoon, haren van voorganger op badkamer en op balkon, te kleine kamer, tv zenders alleen maar thaise zenders. Restaurant in de achtertuin veel te duur zoals ook de bar. Wij waren de enigste buitenlanders op dat moment, dit is meer een hotel voor de Thai zelf, in het weekend zit het vol met de rijkere Thai uit Bangkok , een Escape dus voor het drukke leven in Bangkok. Overall een overpriced hotel voor wat het te bieden heeft.

- Tony (8/5): Quiet, cozy resort, away from the traffic jam - One of our rooms had air cond leaked. It caused the Sofa to be soaked wet. We requested for a change in room in the same floor, but was fully booked. The hotel only able to change room for us on the following day. They only compensated us with a 30% discount from F&B. Overall, we quite happy with the hotel buffet breakfast spread.
- Kien (10/5): Beautiful mountain setting - Stayed at The Escape on a motorcycling trip. Facility is beautifully maintained. Rooms are modern and clean. Delightful local fare at the green oak restaurant. Perfect!
- Holly (10/5): Chic hotel to soak up great views - Lovely stay at Escape Khao Yai. The pool and outdoor dining areas are great - relaxed, chilled & modern Khao yai vibe. Friendly staff. Great room with everything you need. Bath tub with view is perfect!
- maboo (8/5): Peaceful surroundings and yet easily accessible - Nice comfortable stay in the hotel with condo style facilities - good and safe for kids to be running around the green grass patch beside the pool with a small playground. Deluxe corner room comes with balcony reasonably good enough space for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Fantastic bfast with variety of choices.
- Patrapa (10/5): Nice and relaxing place. - Nice hotel with peaceful view of the mountains. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great facilities. Clean room but quite small.
- Man Pin (10/5): Perfect stay. - Great stay! The hotel is very clean and pleasant. Service was efficient too.
- Pimploy (10/5): Couple getaway - We stayed at the hotel with another couple for a quick getaway trip. It was great for us but not as much for the other couple. Water was dripping off from the AC for the couple but hotel handle it promptly. Staff were very friendly and sweet. The dining spot in the yard next to the pool is amazing.. Great ambience and nice music. Only 2 downside are that there were so many mosquitos and bugs. We came back to the room with bug bites all over our legs and arms. And the drinks aren't that tasty .. We got old fashion, sangria and escape special .. The bar made some twists to the recipes and they were a little off. Over all experience was great but we would totally spend more on drinks if it's yummy.

- joe (6/5): Not really close to anywhere but nice location - If you stay here for a long period you would need a car, Staff are not particularly well trained and seem to be more interested in their cell phones sometimes than serving customers. The seem to often run out of things on the menu. The accommodation is very nice and the garden restaurant was a pleasant experience although very limited.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location is good, the condition of the hotel is also good as it's a brand new hotel. But the room is so small, the bed is cheap quality. When we turned on the air con, it smelled very bad. One more thing the towel in the bathroom also have some smell.. So disappointed !! It didn't worth for 2600 baht per night at all.
