- Kate (6/5): Very nice looking & clean, very professional staff, from kitchen, maintenance & front desk - Breakfast was good, staff very kind, get some lids to fit those cup for coffee. Time was fine Mentioned above. Just that there were no coffee lids to take coffee to my room. The key cards for my room got desensitized twice in 4 hrs. The sound did not work on our tv. Very kindAssociate came up & tried to fix. Offered to. Change our room but we were already in PJ's.

- Elizabeth Jones (10/5): Great place - Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
- Robert (8/5): Staff friendly and helpful. Location was clean and attractive. - Breakfast was good. Limited selection but everything was cooked well, area was clean, food plentiful and an attendant kept everything stocked and clean. There could have been additional towels and wash cloths. Stay was for my wife and I, we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. That was 1 of each for each of us. No one serviced the room on the second day which just means you make your own bed and reuse the same towels. The television took a bit of learning with 2 controllers to be able to turn on and change channels and the wall mounted heater / air conditioner could have worked better.
- Tiffany (9/5): - Had a decent breakfast and the location was close to Western Carolina University, which was the reason for the trip.
- Janice (10/5): -
- Morris (7/5): -
- Amy (9/5): Just a quick overnight on our way south. - Clean and comfortable stay. Directions to the hotel were not clear from link, but had to manually enter in address to show up correctly.

- Mannion (10/5): After a long day in the bike - It was a perfect comfortable emergency stay. I was shooting video of the Blue Ridge Parkway on my motorcycle website cowfactor.com and I wasn't going to make it home before night and I never ride at night and this place saved me. I had no problem with my service dog Milly and my son ran the support car for the day. I didn't like the one guy who parked too close to my motorcycle but that wasn't the property
- Rahman (10/5): -
- Steven (10/5): -
- Hope (10/5): - Only missed hair conditioner container was empty but room was
Clean and spacious and breakfast had all anyone would want. Great bacon
- Lora (10/5): - Nice breakfast
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Scott (4/5): - They had only coffee in the lobby, none to refill our use in the rooms.
- Debbie (6/5): - Bathroom smelled like pee. Requested cleaning. Still smelled after cleaning. Couldn’t change room due to no availability with 2 queen beds. Sunday breakfast ran out of majority of food by 9am. Staff very pleasant and apologetic.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Everything was great! We stayed one night to visit WCU. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to town and campus.
- Stephen (10/5): - Everything we needed for an overnight stay
- pamela (10/5): -
- Keith (10/5): - Great
- Zawana (10/5): - This is the second time staying at the property everything was nice the employees were very welcoming and helpful would book this property again
- Stewart (8/5): -
- Ronald (10/5): Two day stay - Very clean room, no issues
TV control with two different remotes very confusing, contacted front desk, they sent a staff person to instruct usage.
Parking with a boat trailer a little tight, a few wider spaces needed.
- Leigh (10/5): Excellent choice when visiting WCU - Excellent stay, as usual. Friendly front desk staff, efficient check in and nice, clean room. Breakfast is a nice perk.
- Jessica (10/5): Great stay! - location, clean and staff all great cannot think of anything
- Candia (10/5): - Check in fast and pleasant
- dewey (10/5): Good - Our stay was very nice. Everything was great expect the shower. The tub was very slippery and we felt unsafe due to the fear of falling while taking a shower. The tub should have a mat and more safety bars to hold onto. Thanks, Karen and Dewey
- amerson (8/5): - Breakfast was great. We had a handicapped room.
- Phillip (9/5): -
- Ali (10/5): - Clean rooms, great customer service, very close to WCU and downtown. The cats table was close by and awesome! Cute restaurants in downtown but some aren’t open on weekend.
- Ali (10/5): - Close to several restaurants and a really cute downtown. The cats table was really good…hole in the wall but great! Close to other restaurants downtown also.
- Melanie (6/5): - We came to town to move my daughter into WCU, the area is beautiful! We checked in around 10:30pm and was informed that the elevator was not working (we were on the 3rd floor) and had been moving furniture all day. We would have made other arrangements if we would have known prior to checking in. The mattress cover had a huge blood stain and you could see it through the sheets, and the shower was dirty and slippery. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors peeing in the bathroom next door.
- Janine (8/5): It was a great stay . Easy to check in and out . Clean - Clean and convenient to wcu The breakfast could have been better . It was ok just needed more hot options
- Blaisdell (10/5): -
- Paula (10/5): - The room was clean and within 5 minutes of Western Carolina campus.
- Francesco (10/5): - My stay was pleasant. This is my second time coming to this establishment for a trip to the mountains. The staff is very helpful and the stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff EVS cleaned very well. In a perfect world I’d love if the facility had rooms that had more high tech amenities like all digital window shades or a more sophisticated air conditioning unit. What was there was normal and acceptable. I had a pleasant stay.
- Denni (6/5): - Check-In was awful. They ran my credit card 4 times due to a “room error” in their computer. Once the attendant worked the issue out and my balance was $0, she left the front desk to go check our room to make sure no one else was in it. WHAT??? She came back with an all clear. I got to the room and received a text message from my bank stating a fraud alert with my card. I couldn’t use my card the rest of the trip. Huge inconvenience trying to move a college student into the dorms and not being able to purchase food and supplies. I just arrived home and checked my bank account. The hotel charged me twice!
- Christopher (4/5): Good, but charging twice what it’s worth - Proximity to things in Sylva and WCU Breakfast was sub par, loose maintenance items in the hallway and room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (clothes left from previous visitor).
- Patty (2/5): Great lovely town, but tired hotel . - Location great. Tired, slightly unkept. Unkept, a bit unclean.
- Dyan (10/5): - Courteous staff
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Montgomery (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable beds and room as well as the rest of the hotel was clean. No complaints
- Qiang (6/5): - Staff not professional. Breakfast is very bad.
- Julie (10/5): Very good - Everything
- Jerry (10/5): Pleased - Clean and friendly staff Improve breakfast
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tara (8/5): - Conveniently located to WCU
- Annabel (10/5): - Staff were wonderful
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (10/5): Comfort at the Comfort Inn - Visiting family. Very comfortable stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfort Inn Culowhee - This Comfort Inn was very clean and updated nicely. We would definitely stay again.
- Josh (10/5): - Quiet area with amazing views. Dining option close
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well.
Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year.
- Marlene (8/5): Great stay - Excellent location clean quiet friendly place
- Deici (2/5): Very poor - Breakfast was delicious. Fridge, blinds, and AC ac not working properly. Ask to be moved, and it was worse. I put the complaint and emailed the manager, and nothing was done . My daughter got bitten by idk what, and they did nothing.
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
