- Philippe (10/5): - Hébergement très bien placé. Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes. Un plus particulier au staff vraiment sympa et toujours disponible. Ne pas hésiter à les contacter pour toute question.
- Chrystelle (4/5): - On ne peut pas régler la température de la clim soi même. Elle était bloquée à 23°ce qui est trop froid pour moi. Donc j'ai dû la couper et j'ai eu chaud toute la nuit. C'est malheureusement ainsi dans tous les KYRIAD, on ne peut pas choisir la température du chauffage ou de la clim. Il faut s'adresser à la réception, ce qui est très pénible et surtout elle était fermée à 21h quand je suis arrivée! Je ne choisirai plus cette chaine d'hôtel car j'ai très mal dormi. C'est dommage car la chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée.

- ERIC (10/5): Très correct pour une nuit - Hôtel facile d'accès proche d'un célèbre restaurant américain Il y a une cafetière et une bouilloire dans la chambre il faut juste prévoir de quoi se restaurer la matin car lors de notre séjour il n'était pas possible de prendre un petit déjeuner car tout était fermé au sein de l'hôtel

Comfy bed and pillows, quiet, nice room space, and everything is perfectly clean, dog-friendly and close to a Tesla supercharger. Parking slots are large enough. The automated check-in machine worked fine.

- Jenny (8/5): Good hotel for sleeping - You get what you pay for. We only stayed one night and it suited or needs (to get some good sleep). The room is not so big but if you are only going to sleep is perfect. We had a room towards the highway but we didn’t hear the traffic. Would stay again.

- Helen (8/5): Pristine Hotel Spoiled by Disgraceful Breakfast. - The problem with Kyriad hotels is that there is no consistent standard. This one is one of the best. Everything is pristine and the receptionist on our arrival could not have been more helpful. However our stay was spoilt by the terrible breakfast. We arrived 45 minutes before closing to find that the small amount of hot food left was dried out and inedible. There were insufficient pastries left and we had to specifically ask for milk as none was provided. On pointing these out to the sole reception staff member we were greeted with a shrug. If visiting again we would decline the breakfast and eat at the McDonalds next door.

Rien autour à part un Macdonald ou je ne met pas les pieds. Obligé de reprendre la voiture et refaire 10 mn de trajet pour trouver de quoi manger . Svp soyez attentif à cela pour la prochaine fois

Juste les portes intérieures qui claquent (les grooms se règlent certainement). Petit-déjeuner classique (viennoiseries, brouillade oeufs, confiture locale, yaourt, compote).

Comfy hotel convenient for a break in travel and a welcome refuge from the weather. Some services were closed (as it was winter I guess) but staff were helpful and room was good.

- Verified traveler (6/5): propre mais glissant ! - la chambre est impecable .la literie idem ..petits bémols ....le bac a douche est tres glissant et je suis tombee .je m en sort avec quelques contusions et une belle frayeur mais cela aurait pu etre plus grave . nous en avons fait part a l employe présent a l acceuil le matin de notre depart. dommage qu il n y ai pas de sol anti derapant ni barre pour se tenir en cas de glissade . serviettes pour la douche trop petites et usagees . d autre part chambre vue sur autoroute plus bruyantes que cote parking et surcout demandé pour changement alors que ll hôtel n est pas plein.! la chambre n etait pas chauffee a notre arrivee alors que la température extérieure etait de 2 degres .car la carte active la lumière et le chauffage..elle a mis deux bonnes heures a se rechauffer .dommage .

Durch die aktuelle Situation sind die umliegenden Geschäfter auf ein Minimum heruntergefahren worden. Das Angebot an Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten war entsprechend eingeschränkt.

- Jean (2/5): Casse croute au kyriad Saint chely - " Le service Restauration " On est bien loin de la restauration ! Repas servit en chambre dans des barquettes en plastique sans même une assiette et une carafe d'eau. Le petit déjeuner est également livré en même temps. c'est plus rapide pour le lendemain matin... Les viennoiseries emballées dans du film plastique c'est bien caoutchouteux le matin. Pas de laitage ni de beurre et cela se conserve mal à température ambiante. Je me rends à l'hôtel 2 fois par semaine et je n'ai jamais constaté un aussi mauvais service durant cette période de Covid. Vos concurrents n'ont pas de soucis à se faire.

Friendly staff and restaurant was practical since we arrived around 8pm and everything in the area was closed. Good value for money for a quick stopover after a long car ride.

De plus pas de produits toilettes (emballes)comme annonce et pas de dosettes de lait pour le petit dejeuner dans la chambre. De plus , bac de douche tres glissant , au point de dire a ma mere de 85 ans de ne pas s'en servir. Par ailleurs , acceuil tres agreable.
- François (8/5): - Séjour de 2 nuits qui s'est bien passé. Pour les gens au sommeil fragile, le double vitrage n'est certainement pas suffisant pour effacer le bruit de l'autoroute qui est (très)proche, de mon côté j'ai un bon sommeil. En revanche j'ai été déçu par le petit -déjeuner facturé 10.50 € qui propose un seul type de thé en sachet, par ailleurs peu de choix en dehors des viennoiseries, pas de pain frais, pas de jus de fruit frais uniquement en machine, peu de choix aussi dans les mets salés. Pas d'oeufs coques mais exclusivement brouillés? Le 2éme jour vers 8h50,le plat à viennoiseries était pratiquement vide... A mon avis, il y a des améliorations à faire de ce côté là, car l'étape est dans ce cas un peu chère. Le reste est OK, accueil, propreté, literie. Cordialement. François

Un petit frigo en chambre serait un plus notamment pour les touristes qui ont parfois besoins de mettre au frais qqes denrées avant de repartir. Le restaurant a coté quant a lui est plutot moyen, ce que nous avons commandé n'etait pas top top. Une salade de chevre chaud avec beaucoup beaucoup de salade, l image suggerait des lardons qui n'y etaient pas...bref plutot quelconque, voir très bof.

- Gary (8/5): Bad air con and internet, otherwise good. - Check in was good with a very friendly receptionist who spoke good English. The room was clean but a little on the small side. The air conditioning did not work so we had to open the window to cool the room. The internet was too slow to stream video at about 1mpbs.

The receptionist was very welcoming and the room had everything you need, including tea and coffe facilities, not always available in France.

The young lady on reception went out of her way to ensure everything went well for my stay as it was a late arrival for me. The room was nice and clean, small but just what was required. The only downside to it all was it was a little hard to find, but not for the next time.... and McDonalds is right next door too...... Thanks to all the staff.
