Pkhakadze (8/5): It is a good palce to stay if you have a bussiness meetings nearby the hotel - Quite a good hotel, clean, personal was very attentive, and most of the personal were speaking good English ; very were very heldful It is far away from the centre, about 50 minutes ride with the TAXI
Rosen (9/5): Very nice room but overpriced coffee. - Very nice room, good pillows, good pressure in the shower which ticks all the boxes. Overpriced coffee at $12AUD which was the same price as a beer was poor.
Ana (7/5): Well, if you have work nearby this hotel, it is a OK choice to stay, if not avoid! - The hotel istself is OK, far from the centre, but is in the business centre, staff was very friendly, spoke good English and were helpful! Rooms - already need to be renovated; Cleaness - not good, room are very dark, air conditioner did not work well!

シュ (5/5): 性价比一般，不会再来了 - 我觉得打扫房间的人很有礼貌！！而且只要写了免打扰就不会打扰你睡觉灯光暗的一批…想化妆都画不了… 根本看不清自己的脸和头发，全屋只有黄色灯光是最亮的…厕所等也看不清… 和殡仪馆灯光差不多超级暗说实话，性价比很不好。然后前台的人根本不会帮忙拿行李什么的。我住过那么多五星酒店…这个服务是最差的。前台也不会跟你打招呼问好的那种… 怪不得8.3分

TOSHIMITSU (8/5): - 少し古さを感じさせるホテルですが、敷地内にセブンイレブン（22時閉店）やマクドナルドがあります。徒歩5分の場所に6階建てのショッピングセンターがあり買い物や食事に困りません。そのショッピングセンターから上海南駅に直結しています。ホテル内にはATMもあります。朝食は普通に美味しいですが、和食はありません。上海の中心街まで地下鉄2本で約30分かかるので観光で使うホテルではないように思います。現地決済を選びましたが、2泊約4万5千円のところ、デポジットで約2万5千円をプラスした、約7万円をカード決済されました。チェックアウト10日後にきちんとデポジット分は戻ってきました。禁煙ルームでタバコ臭はありませんでした。「喫煙したら約1万5千円を請求します」と書いてあるアクリルスタンドがありました。フロントやレストランの従業員さん達は全く愛想がありませんが、中国では上の対応です。

Manxi (1/5): I won’t stay here anymore although they offered a suite for my next stay to apologize. - Nothing The staff were crazily rude for no reasons. I’m a native mandarin speaker and had no problem communicating with them. But still I had to report the issues two times to the on duty manager during my only two nights stay because I got no help and was asked to do it myself when the room had problems. When the clothes rack fell on me and my charger fell into the gap between the wall and nightstand, I requested help twice, they asked me to do it myself at both times. And I had to explain myself that I couldn’t put the clothes rack back and I couldn’t move the nightstand to get my charger and they helped me reluctantly. I highly doubted why it had such a high rating on booking.com. If it was because they treated non mandarin speakers nicer, I recommended those who speak Chinese avoid this property.

Thapat (7/5): Great location and clean rooms, but staff are unwelcoming, often on their phones, and only help when asked. - The hotel has a great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from Shanghai South Station Metro. It’s surrounded by various shops and eateries, making it very convenient to find food. The transportation is convenient, and the area offers plenty of dining options. The room is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with standard hotel amenities. You can order food delivery to the hotel, and there’s a food storage locker available. The fitness center is not very large but adequately equipped. The hotel gives off more of a hotel-like atmosphere rather than a homey feel, possibly because the staff follows standard procedures without going beyond expectations. The staff’s service is somewhat rigid – not bad, but it doesn’t exceed the usual standards, which makes the stay feel less warm compared to other places. I didn’t really want to mention this, but it needs to be said. The staff, even the supervisors, often seem unoccupied, mostly engrossed in their phones. Sometimes they are so distracted that they don’t even notice when guests are standing right in front of them. The staff will only assist when asked or prompted – they never proactively offer help or inquire if guests need anything. To be clear, I’m not referring to paid services, just basic assistance or hospitality that you would expect at a hotel.
Verified traveler (8/5): 整體還算可以 - 房間大，櫃檯人員有些冷漠，但很感謝離店時幫忙代叫去機場出租車的服務員大哥，用一個溫暖的笑容送我上車，算是劃上不錯的句點。
Yun (6/5): - It is near a highway but is quiet in general. There are many restaurants on the street next to it. A few staff members seemed inexperienced and had great difficulty finding a package for me that was sent in advance. The shower gel bottle was almost empty, which was surprinsing. Other that these little things, the stay was good.

Holly (4/5): Very basic but not reflected in the price - Location was good for what we wanted Nothing like the level of previous Pullmans I have stayed in before! Rooms smelled of smoke & were dated. Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Only restaurant open in the evening was Japanese, despite there being 3 restaurants total in the building. Couldn’t find a bar which was open. Facilities were there to class as 5 star but it was not operating as one.

Yimin (9/5): Strongly recommended this hotel under Accor group. She made an unfortunate beautiful holiday in Shanghai. - It’s great hotel with clean room and convenient location. Excellent function such as swimming pool and gym room. Air conditioning was a bit weak. I felt sweaty in the room when outside was 26c humidity.

Molfernando (6/5): NIce hotel at the outskirts of the city - Breakfast was ok, many options- Chinese and international cuisine but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was pleasant and helpful in spite of the language barrier. There are good dining options at the neighboring building. I booked an executive room with lounge access. Upon checking in, I was told that the lounge was under repair. Wished I was informed of this at the time of booking as I would have skipped that option and saved a couple of hundred USD (Stayed 6 nights). The hotel is a bit far from the major sites so yo'd have to factor that in. There are however some tourist sights nearer to the hotel like Qibao water village.

And a staff member that was bussing tables at the buffet was coughing and sneezing all over the tables/silverware at breakfast one day. I'm sick now 🤒 Aside from those issues, great hotel! Plenty of stores and restaraunts nearby, and even a mall right next door, and Shanghai south tran station is a 15 min walk away.

Hock Leong (2/5): This hotel provided me very unpleasant experience. - This hotel gave me a very unpleasant experience. After checking out, I called for a ride-hailing service. Since I had to wait for 12 minutes, I wanted to find a place to sit and wait. Incredibly, the vast hotel lobby had no sofas. Naturally, I looked for a table in the lobby about ten steps away. As soon as I sat down, a waiter came over with the menu. The waiter gave me a disdainful look, indicating that I had to order something, or else I had to leave. It's not like I couldn't afford a cup of coffee, it's just that the attitude of the waiter was really disgusting. When I went to the front desk to complain, they didn't seem to care either. This attitude simply does not treat guests staying at this hotel as guests. I stay at five-star hotels in Shanghai for one or two weeks almost every month. Since my company just moved nearby, I wanted to experience this hotel this time. The result is that even if other hotels are further away from my company, I will definitely not stay here unless absolutely necessary.

Kate (10/5): Will definitely stay here again - Brilliant location, easy to get to the metro station and also great spot for find while driving. Love all their staff at the reception, very welcoming and friendly. Quiet at night and very convenient to park the car.

SHU-MIN (8/5): 便利舒適的飯店 - 住宿地點環境舒適，離地鐵站不遠約10分鐘腳程。隔壁有一個商場，用餐很方便。唯一可惜的是商場的家樂福撤掉了。另外行政樓層無法使用也是很可惜。繳了房費還是要在一樓大廳及餐廳用餐，應該在訂房時加註，免得入住後才告知的困擾
