• Klára (10/5): Kifogástalan szállás. - Csodálatos szálloda. Gyönyörű rendezett parkkal, csodás tengeri elovilaggal. Több korall szigetet láttunk. Gyönyörű színes halak. Láttunk óriási teknőst, bohóc halat, ráját, murenat. Kellemes volt a bungalónk. Jók az animátorok. Bőséges volt az étel és ital kínálat. Minden nap volt hal, csirke, marha, egyszer kacsa is. Rengeteg saláta. Helyi alkoholos italok, üdítők. Nekünk semmi nem hiányzott ahhoz, hogy nagyon jól érezzük magunkat. Köszönjük szépen a kedvességet, és a szeretetteljes vendéglátást. Nem tudok olyat mondani, ami nem tetszett.

• Mathilde (2/5): - L'emplacement Nous avions réservé deux chambres avec balcons, baignoire (nous avons un enfant en bas-age, cela faisait partie des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions payés un supplément pour ce type de chambre) et vue sur la mer. En arrivant, on nous proposait soit une seule chambre "familiale" avec baignoire et vue sur la mer, soit deux chambres sans balcon ni baignoire avec vue sur le parking qui empestaient le produit chimique. Nous avons perdu une demi-journée à notre arrivée en négociations et changements de chambres pour finir dans une seule chambre "familiale". Il a fallut demander à Booking.com d'intervenir pour que l'établissement réagisse le lendemain. Au final, on nous a surclassé dans les bungalows, mais toujours pas de vue sur la mer... et nous n'avions pas envie de perdre d'avantages de temps et d'énergie en négociations. Le wifi payant est beaucoup trop cher, le wifi gratuit dans le hall est tellement lent qu'on peut dire qu'il ne marche pas. La piscine des enfants est en travaux. À part ça notre séjour a été passable. L'établissement ne répond clairement pas aux standards d'un 4 étoiles.

• Jadranka (10/5): Good hotel with l ong beach - We are in this hotel for the second time. Beautiful beach, clean sea, very, very friendly staff. Hygiene is at a solid level, the food is delicious, the waiters are helpful and friendly. Every evening there was meat from the grill. We were with our three-year-old grandson and everyone entertained him. Mr. Adil was especially interesting, whom our grandson adored because he gave him balloons every day. He is a very cultured gentleman who raises the hotel's reputation with his behavior. Otherwise, the hotel is very safe, be sure that everything you lose or forget in the hotel will be found and preserved. If you are interested in a taxi ride for a tour, you have a man at the hotel who will provide you with the best and safest transportation. Waiter Karim Is helpful only for guests who gives him bakshish

• Nagy (5/5): - Tengerpart A személyzet csak akkor hozott italt ebédnél és vacsoránál ha borravalót kaptak, ez egy all inclusive foglalásnál durva. Az ételek nem voltak megfelelően átsütve. Nem a foglalásnak megfelelő szobát kaptunk de 2 nap után áthelyeztek egy olyanba amit foglaltunk. A parton dolgozo salse csapat akik a különböző programokat szervezik(safari,snorkel stb) nagyon rámenősek és ha nem foglalsz azonnal akkor naponta többször zaklatnak.
• Pavels (7/5): - Staff was the highlight of my two week stay in this hotel. Always helpful and responsive, they made each day easier. The territory felt like a small green oasis. Clean, tidy, and peaceful to walk through at any time of day. The beach was decent with clean enough sand and acceptable sunbeds, but every morning by 8 A.M. the best spots were already "reserved" with towels that sometimes stayed untouched until evening. Check in and check out were smooth. WiFi was paid, so a local SIM was the better option. I used Orange, and the internet was more or less OK. The restaurant looked nice, but the main food choice was limited. The potatoes always was half raw, so most days I ended up with rice or macaroni. Breakfast and lunch barely changed, while dinner had a bit more variety. Desserts were tasty. Beer was OK, but the juices were watered down. The overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made walks around the hotel relaxing. The pool and the so-called aquapark were disappointing. By the 4th of December the pool was still not heated. The pool itself is very small. The so-called aquapark have four slides with strange working times. The spa was very overpriced, with European prices and quality that did not match the cost at all. The room was cleaned daily, but linens and towels were worn out. The air conditioning was noisy, the pillows uncomfortable, and the minibar was just an empty loud mini fridge. The built-in shower head was the worst part. Some listed facilities did not exist. Soundproofing was very low, and you could hear almost everything from the hallway. To stay fair - the mattress was comfortable. Evening animation was dull with no spark. Day animation was much better, and the team deserved five stars for effort even though most guests ignored them. Most visitors were German speaking. Overall, the hotel was good value for money except for the spa. /AI was used to make this review look smooth

• Günter (5/5): Habe den Aufenthalt trotz der genannten Einschränkungen genossen. Zum Tauchen sehr gut geeignet. - Das Essen war ganz passabel. Das Mittagessen habe ich nur einmal genossen. Frühstück und Abendessen war ok. Die Lage des Hotels und die angeschlossenen Tauchbasis sind perfekt für Taucher. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind einfach nur heruntergekommen. Seit 20 Jahren oder mehr wohl nichts gemacht. (War 2007 schon einmal in dem Hotel). Zum Essen gibt es eine handvoll Tische zum draußen sitzen. Ansonstem ist man gezwungen in einem riesigen Speisesaal mit dem Flair einer Bahnhofshalle oder Großkantine zu essen. Die Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool sind alle einfach nur abgewetzt und es wirkt alles überaus ungemütlich.

La réception qui n'a pas respecté le rabais consenti par booking. Il a fallu des échanges de messages, et l'intervention de booking pour obtenir le remboursement du trop perçu, apres interventions auprès directeur. Heureusement que nous avions du temps, notre sejour etant de 31 jours. Pourtant nous sommes clients depuis 20 ans. Encore des progrès à faire.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. Ich werde wieder kommen!

• Patrick (9/5): Superb - The room is good size, very comfortable with fridge and coffee facilties. Strong shower. I got room with a balcony.. 2 top floors don't have balconies. Room and hotel were sparkling clean. All staff from reception, restaurant to bars were great, professional and helpful. The animation team is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast and drinks were great. There's a free and very well equipped gym. Sandy beach. Good value for money. Would come back. The bar and pool area is small. There are not many sunbeds around the pool. You're forced to go to the beach. Not enough shade to shelter from sun anywhere outdoors. Grounds are filled with bungalows. Lunch and dinners are not the best. However, I can't complain about giving the price I paid.

• Donna (7/5): Good enough budget hotel for short stay. - Small, quiet, nice beach, good dive centre and great for snorkelling with turtles in shallow water. Nice wee house reef for diving. Bungalows and gardens well kept. No upset tummies = food safe. Entertainment available for those who wanted it but well away from those who wanted peace and quiet. Food was safe but meat portions were bony and rationed. Sofas were very uncomfortable with worn out seat padding.

Giant green turtles just metres from shore. Attentive staff who clean and refresh everything quickly. Chairs and sofas aren’t comfortable, padding very old.
• Sandrine (10/5): La plus belle plage de safaga - Le complexe shams comprend 4 hôtels dans des jardins ,sur une plage de sable avec club de plongée, club de windsurf et club de kite. Les logements en bungalow est super et proche de la plage . Préférez ceux du lodge qui ont été rénovés car ceux du resort sont un peu vieillot ( a rénover) Toute l’équipe est très serviable. Le buffet est correct avec beaucoup de choix.

Staff was very friendly, with good language skills and it was super clean. Our room was big with fridge and a balcony with seaview. There is not really anything around the hotel. Animation was more kids style.

The grilled food quality was not that good. The direction signs inside hotel are not accurate and missing for some places. The animation was not so good.

• Nadir (3/5): Poor review - Location Beach Staff Reception fraud and hotel managing residents. I have been in a room below what I reserved with no balcony for 60% of my stay there until I was finally moved to another better room for my final night there. I have paid more money than the hotel rate still got the worst possible room. I want to file a complain for this. Beverages and snacks were the worst ones i had in any hotel i went to.

• Kitty (1/5): An awful resort - food poisoning and the worst customer service - It was on the beach. Gym is really good and great aircon. We stayed there 7 nights and after night 1, we had the worst diarrhoea we have experienced and it lasted until the day we left. We have travelled across all Asia for 14 months and would think our bellies are quite robust after that, but this resort completely wiped us out. The free WiFi doesn’t work at all. The customer service is awful. We had a problem with our aircon and it took 6 hours and having to go to speak to reception or maintenance 4 times for them to finally admit it didn’t work and to move us rooms. We also weren’t given towels after our room was cleaned and again took 3 hours for them to get clean towels in our room after speaking to reception 4 times!
• Moharam (4/5): Disappointing - The Sea was good specially for snorkeling 😍, and staff was good, but as I left before breakfast and they get me my breakfast for me and my kids too. I asked for air conditioner remot as it was too cold for my kids no one get it for me till I left 😁, swimming pool floor was not fixed properly and water was not cleaned I think for few days, furniture a pit old.

The rooms are well-arranged and clean, The reception and hospitality staff and the workers in general are friendly and kind, especially Chef Ibrahim in the beach restaurant, is professional, friendly and very polite man. The food tastes very good but the variety is not enough. Overall, I enjoyed this vacation very much. although the air conditioning sound is loud in some rooms. Mr.tark Barman in reception is professional, but he needs to be more friendly
